Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of seabed fishing, in particular to a fishing device and a method arranged on the seabed, which have high fishing efficiency, good safety and low cost.
Background
Submarine fishes are expensive, difficult to catch and high in catching cost, for example, bluefin tunas, sushi tunas, big-eye tunas, yellow fin tunas and long fin tunas are mainly caught by means of long-line fishing and the like, however, long-line fishing requires fishing with a fishhook, the fishhook is injured, the fishes die easily, long-line fishing requires multi-person operation, production cost is high, and economic benefits are affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of high cost and economic benefit of a method for fishing the submarine fishes in the prior art, and provides a fishing device and a method which are arranged on the seabed and have high fishing efficiency, good safety and low cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a fishing device arranged on the seabed comprises a first box body with a circular cross section, a second box body connected with the upper part of the first box body, an umbrella-shaped shell arranged above the first box body, a net spreading mechanism arranged on the umbrella-shaped shell, a first opening arranged on one side of the first box body, a stand column arranged at the center of the first box body, 2 cross rod groups arranged on the left side and the right side of the stand column, a second opening arranged at the joint of the first box body and the second box body, a plurality of vertical rods arranged at the second opening, a blocking structure arranged in the first box body on the right side of the second opening, and a lifting cylinder used for driving each vertical rod to lift; the lower part of the first box body is provided with a first motor, the first motor is connected with the lower end of the upright post, the transverse rod group comprises a plurality of transverse rods which are arranged along the upright post at intervals from top to bottom, the blocking structure comprises a vertical rod which is connected with the inner wall of the first box body and a plurality of transverse rods which are connected with the vertical rod and are arranged at intervals from top to bottom, the position of each transverse rod corresponds to the gap between the adjacent transverse rods, the upright post is provided with a fish luring lamp and a bait, the second box body is communicated with a pipeline, the second box body is provided with a plurality of through holes, the end part of each transverse rod is in clearance fit with the inner surface of the first box body, the pipeline is connected with a water suction pump, the net spreading mechanism is connected with conical shading cloth, the umbrella-shaped shell and the second box body are internally provided with cameras, the edge of the second opening is provided with an infrared sensor, the telescopic rod of telescopic cylinder is connected with magnet, is equipped with a plurality of blocks of interval arrangement's iron plate on the conical shading cloth lower limb, and net casting mechanism, lift cylinder, first motor, attracting lamp, suction pump, two cameras and each telescopic cylinder all are connected with the controller electricity.
The invention can only capture the undersea fish with larger size, and the fish with small size can automatically escape, thereby effectively protecting the ecological environment of undersea fish and facilitating the sustainable development of fishery.
The invention can automatically capture submarine fishes on the seabed, when the number of the fishes in the second box body is small, the controller controls the net spreading mechanism to spread nets for multiple times and collect the captured fishes into the second box body, and when the number of the fishes in the second box body is small, the controller controls the water suction pump to suck out the water and the fishes in the second box body together and place the captured fishes into the collecting box;
after the fish sucking device is placed on the seabed and waits for enough time, the number of the fishes meets the requirement, and the fishes are automatically sucked up; can save labor cost, improve fishing efficiency, capture the fish under the condition of good activity, have good economic benefit, do not need to use fishhooks and have good safety.
Preferably, the net spreading mechanism comprises a flexible shaft arranged at the top of the umbrella-shaped shell, a second motor connected with one end of the flexible shaft, and a fixing piece connected with the other end of the flexible shaft; the fixing piece is connected with the umbrella-shaped shell, the fixing piece is connected with the flexible shaft through a bearing, the flexible shaft is bent to be circular, and the flexible shaft is connected with the upper edge of the conical shading cloth; n clamping grooves are formed in the outer side of the lower portion of the umbrella-shaped shell, springs are arranged in the clamping grooves, N circular rings are arranged on the conical shading cloth, and N is larger than 3; the second motor is electrically connected with the controller.
As preferred, first box upper end is located to the lift cylinder, and the telescopic link of lift cylinder passes through the connecting plate to be connected with each montant, is equipped with the through-hole that is used for passing each montant on the first box.
Preferably, the lower surface of the round base is provided with a plurality of positioning columns, and the lower end of each positioning column is conical; a plurality of connecting rods are arranged between the umbrella-shaped shell and the upper end of the first box body.
The setting of each reference column has increased the area of contact of first box with the seabed, and the first box of being convenient for remains stable.
A method of providing a fishing apparatus on the seabed, comprising the steps of:
fixing the first box body on the seabed of the sea area needing to catch the fish by using a tool;
(5-1) the controller controls the net spreading mechanism to throw the conical shading cloth to the seabed, so that the umbrella-shaped shell and the conical shading cloth surround the first box body;
(5-2) the controller controls the fish luring lamp to be turned on, controls the telescopic rods of the telescopic cylinders to extend out first, and controls the telescopic rods of the telescopic cylinders to retract after each magnet and the corresponding iron block attract each other to drive the lower edge of the conical shading cloth to approach the first box body;
(5-3) the controller controls the first motor to drive the upright post to rotate anticlockwise, under the action of the fish luring lamp and the artificial bait, fish in a space enclosed by the umbrella-shaped shell and the conical shading cloth enters the first box body from the first opening, and the two cross rod groups rotate anticlockwise along with the upright post to drive the fish leftwards;
when one cross bar group meets the blocking structure, all cross bars of the cross bar group penetrate through gaps of adjacent cross bars of the blocking structure, if the size of a fish is larger than the distance between the adjacent cross bars and the gaps of the adjacent cross bars, the fish cannot escape, and along with the rotation of the upright post, the space between the blocking structure and the other cross bar group becomes narrower;
(5-4) when the infrared sensor detects that the fish is close to the second opening, the controller controls the air cylinder to drive each vertical rod to ascend so as to open the second opening, and when the fish enters the second box body from the second opening, the controller controls the air cylinder to drive each vertical rod to descend so as to close the second opening;
(5-5) the two cameras respectively shoot images in the space surrounded by the umbrella-shaped shell and the conical shading cloth and the second box body, and when the controller obtains that the number of fish in the space surrounded by the umbrella-shaped shell and the conical shading cloth is larger than or equal to L according to the images shot by the cameras on the umbrella-shaped shell, the step (5-3) is returned; otherwise, turning to the step (5-6);
(5-6) when the controller judges that the number of the fishes in the second box body is less than M according to the image shot by the camera in the second box body, the controller controls the net spreading mechanism to recycle the conical shading cloth into the umbrella-shaped shell body, and the step (5-1) is carried out after the delay time T;
otherwise, turning to the step (5-7);
(5-7) the controller controls the suction pump to suck out the water and the fish in the second tank together, and the caught fish is put into the collection tank.

in an initial state, the conical shading cloth is wound on the flexible shaft, and each circular ring is respectively connected with each clamping groove in a matched manner;
the controller controls the net scattering mechanism to throw the conical shading cloth to the seabed, and the method comprises the following steps:
the controller controls the second motor to drive the flexible shaft to rotate, the conical shading cloth is released, the circular rings are bounced open by the springs, and the lower edge of the conical shading cloth falls to the seabed under the action of the iron blocks;
the controller controls the net spreading mechanism to recover the conical shading cloth to the umbrella-shaped shell, and the method comprises the following steps:
the controller controls the second motor to drive the flexible shaft to rotate, the conical shading cloth is wound on the flexible shaft, and the circular rings respectively enter the clamping grooves.
Therefore, the invention has the following beneficial effects: effectively save the recruitment cost, improved fishing efficiency, economic benefits is good, need not use the fishhook, and the security is good.

Example 1
The embodiment shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4 is a fishing device arranged at the sea bottom, and comprises a first box body 1 with a circular cross section, a second box body 2 connected with the upper part of the first box body, an umbrella-shaped shell body 3 arranged above the first box body, a net spreading mechanism 31 arranged on the umbrella-shaped shell body, a first opening 11 arranged at one side of the first box body, a stand column 12 arranged at the center of the first box body, 2 cross rod groups 121 arranged at the left side and the right side of the stand column, a second opening arranged at the connection part of the first box body and the second box body, 5 vertical rods 21 arranged at the second opening, a blocking structure 22 arranged in the first box body at the right side of the second opening, and a lifting cylinder 23 for driving each vertical rod to lift; the lower part of the first box body is provided with a first motor 5 which is connected with the lower end of the upright post, the cross bar group comprises 9 cross bars 1211 which are arranged from top to bottom at intervals along the upright post, the blocking structure comprises a vertical bar 221 which is connected with the inner wall of the first box body and 8 cross bars 222 which are connected with the vertical bar and are arranged from top to bottom at intervals, the position of each cross bar corresponds to the gap between the adjacent cross bars, the upright post is provided with a fish luring lamp 122 and a bait, the second box body is communicated with a pipeline 4, the second box body is provided with a plurality of through holes, the end part of each cross bar is in clearance fit with the inner surface of the first box body, the pipeline is connected with a water suction pump 6, the net spreading mechanism is connected with a conical shading cloth 102, the umbrella-shaped shell body and the second box body are respectively provided with a camera 9, the edge of the second opening is provided with an infrared sensor 10, the bottom, the telescopic rod of the telescopic cylinder is connected with the magnet 203, the lower edge of the conical shading cloth is provided with a plurality of iron blocks 204 which are arranged at intervals, and as shown in fig. 6, the net spreading mechanism, the lifting cylinder, the first motor, the fish luring lamp, the water suction pump, the two cameras and each telescopic cylinder are electrically connected with the controller 7.
Lifting cylinder, first motor, attracting lamp, suction pump, two cameras, each telescopic cylinder and each bee calling organ are the waterproof equipment who is fit for aquatic and uses.
As shown in fig. 5, the lifting cylinder is disposed at the upper end of the first box, the telescopic rod of the lifting cylinder is connected to each vertical rod through the connecting plate 101, and the first box is provided with a through hole 211 for passing through each vertical rod.
As shown in fig. 1, a plurality of positioning columns 2011 are arranged on the lower surface of the circular base, and the lower end of each positioning column is conical; 4 connecting rods 14 are arranged between the umbrella-shaped shell and the upper end of the first box body.
A method of providing a fishing apparatus on the seabed, comprising the steps of:
fixing the first box body on the seabed of the sea area needing to catch the fish by using a tool;
(5-1) the controller controls the net spreading mechanism to throw the conical shading cloth to the seabed, so that the umbrella-shaped shell and the conical shading cloth surround the first box body;
(5-2) the controller controls the fish luring lamp to be turned on, controls the telescopic rods of the telescopic cylinders to extend out first, and controls the telescopic rods of the telescopic cylinders to retract after each magnet and the corresponding iron block attract each other to drive the lower edge of the conical shading cloth to approach the first box body;
(5-3) the controller controls the first motor to drive the upright post to rotate anticlockwise, under the action of the fish luring lamp and the artificial bait, fish in a space enclosed by the umbrella-shaped shell and the conical shading cloth enters the first box body from the first opening, and the two cross rod groups rotate anticlockwise along with the upright post to drive the fish leftwards;
when one cross bar group meets the blocking structure, all cross bars of the cross bar group penetrate through gaps of adjacent cross bars of the blocking structure, if the size of a fish is larger than the distance between the adjacent cross bars and the gaps of the adjacent cross bars, the fish cannot escape, and along with the rotation of the upright post, the space between the blocking structure and the other cross bar group becomes narrower;
(5-4) when the infrared sensor detects that the fish is close to the second opening, the controller controls the air cylinder to drive each vertical rod to ascend so as to open the second opening, and when the fish enters the second box body from the second opening, the controller controls the air cylinder to drive each vertical rod to descend so as to close the second opening;
(5-5) the two cameras respectively shoot images in the space surrounded by the umbrella-shaped shell and the conical shading cloth and the second box body, and when the controller obtains that the number of fish in the space surrounded by the umbrella-shaped shell and the conical shading cloth is more than or equal to 6 according to the images shot by the cameras on the umbrella-shaped shell, the step (5-3) is returned; otherwise, turning to the step (5-6);
(5-6) when the controller judges that the number of the fishes in the second box body is less than 30 according to the image shot by the camera in the second box body, the controller controls the net spreading mechanism to recycle the conical shading cloth into the umbrella-shaped shell body, and after 30 minutes of delay, the step (5-1) is carried out;
otherwise, turning to the step (5-7);
(5-7) the controller controls the suction pump to suck out the water and the fish in the second tank together, and the caught fish is put into the collection tank.
Example 2
Embodiment 2 includes all the structure and method parts of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the net spreading mechanism of embodiment 2 includes a flexible shaft 311 disposed on the top of the umbrella-shaped housing, a second motor 312 connected with one end of the flexible shaft, and a fixing member 313 connected with the other end of the flexible shaft; the fixing piece is connected with the umbrella-shaped shell, the fixing piece is connected with the flexible shaft through a bearing, the flexible shaft is bent to be circular, and the flexible shaft is connected with the upper edge of the conical shading cloth; 5 clamping grooves 32 are formed in the outer side of the lower portion of the umbrella-shaped shell, springs 33 are arranged in the clamping grooves, and 5 circular rings 1021 matched with the clamping grooves are arranged on the conical shading cloth; as shown in fig. 6, the second motor is electrically connected to the controller. The second motor is a waterproof device suitable for underwater use.
In an initial state, the conical shading cloth is wound on the flexible shaft, and each circular ring is respectively connected with each clamping groove in a matched manner;
the controller controls the net scattering mechanism to throw the conical shading cloth to the seabed, and the method comprises the following steps:
the controller controls the second motor to drive the flexible shaft to rotate, the conical shading cloth is released, the circular rings are bounced open by the springs, and the lower edge of the conical shading cloth falls to the seabed under the action of the iron blocks;
the controller controls the net spreading mechanism to recover the conical shading cloth to the umbrella-shaped shell, and the method comprises the following steps:
the controller controls the second motor to drive the flexible shaft to rotate, the conical shading cloth is wound on the flexible shaft, and the circular rings respectively enter the clamping grooves.
