Description

Safety prevention and control method and safety prevention and control system for microwave oven
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of intelligent kitchen electrical equipment, in particular to a safety prevention and control method and a safety prevention and control system of a microwave oven.
Background
In daily life, people usually put food materials into a container, and then put the container loaded with the food materials into a microwave oven to be added, so as to achieve the purpose of adding the food materials. With the continuous use of microwave ovens, security and control techniques for microwave ovens have been proposed in succession.
The microwave oven safety prevention and control means a set of system which automatically identifies whether food materials and containers in the microwave oven are suitable for microwave cooking, monitors whether the microwave cooking process has explosion danger or not and whether the microwave cooking process has a fire condition or not in real time, and informs related personnel and carries out emergency treatment when the abnormal condition occurs.
There are many inconveniences in the use of the current microwave oven: for example, the cooking tableware must be high-temperature resistant nonmetal utensils, otherwise, the tableware can be ignited to cause fire; the cooked food material cannot be fried food, otherwise high-temperature oil juice splashing possibly occurs to cause open fire; the cooked food material cannot be a closed food, otherwise an explosion may be caused; for example, microwave ovens cannot operate idle or the magnetron may be damaged. There are many such hazards, which pose a significant threat to the safety of consumers' lives and property. Because the existing safety prevention and control method for the microwave oven cannot realize timely and accurate alarm aiming at various hidden dangers, some consumers inevitably attach negative labels such as 'trouble', 'difficult use' and 'easy danger', and the like to the microwave oven, and the negative labels can definitely hinder the development of the microwave oven industry.
