As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, the front end of the upper joint 1 is connected with a first 32-core female head 61, the tail end of the upper joint 1 is connected with a second 32-core female head 62, and the tail end of the lower joint 4 is connected with a third 32-core female head 63.
As shown in fig. 3, the flexible logging tool further includes a first 32-core bearing block 71, one end of the first 32-core bearing block 71 is connected to the tail end of the second 32-core female head 62, and the other end of the first 32-core bearing block 71 is connected to the fourth 32-core female head 64.
The 32-core bearing block is provided with a groove corresponding to 32 cores (namely 32 pins) of the 32-core female head, so that the 32-core bearing block and the 32-core female head can be tightly matched.
The 4 female heads with 32 cores are all arranged in a channel in the flexible logging instrument, wherein the second female head with 32 cores 62 is provided with a rear cover, and a thin retainer ring with 32 cores is further arranged at the front end of the first female head with 32 cores 61 and used for limiting the axial movement of the first female head with 32 cores 61.
The flexible logging tool further comprises a second 32-core bearing block 72, wherein one end of the second 32-core bearing block 72 is connected with the tail end of the third 32-core female head 63. The other end of the second 32 core bearing block 72 is connected to subsequent instrumentation to facilitate increasing the number of instrument strings.
Wherein the first 32 core bearing block 71 and the second 32 core bearing block 72 are also used for transferring electrical signals and radial positioning of the instrument. The tail end of the second 32-core bearing block 72 can also be connected with the upper connector 1 of the next instrument for the purposes of transmitting electric signals and positioning.
The connecting pipe 3 comprises a balance pipe 32 and a flexible pipe 31, the front ends of the balance pipe 32 and the flexible pipe 31 are connected with the upper connector 2, and the tail ends of the balance pipe 32 and the flexible pipe 31 are connected with the lower connector 4.
The tail end of the upper connector 2 is also connected with a connecting block, and two ends of the balance pipe 32 are respectively fixed at the tail end of the connecting block and the front end of the lower connector 4 through hose clamps. The balance tube 32 is made of perfluororubber, so that the overall heat resistance of the logging instrument is greatly improved (above 250 ℃).
The flexible tube 31 is provided with a plurality of annular laser cutting seams 311.
The number of the annular laser cutting seams is set to 5, and the effect of instrument reversing can be achieved.
The oil plug is further included, the oil plug comprises a first oil plug 21 and a second oil plug 41, the first oil plug 21 is arranged on the upper connector 2, and the second oil plug 41 is arranged on the lower connector 4.
Through the first oil plug 21 and the second oil plug 41, the dimethyl silicone oil is filled into a channel between the third 32-core female head 63 and the fourth 32-core female head 64, and the dimethyl silicone oil can play a role in protecting the balance tube 32 and ensure an electrical insulation effect. The first oil plug 21 and the second oil plug 41 are used for sealing oil liquid and maintaining the internal pressure balance of the instrument.
As shown in fig. 2, the flexible logging tool further comprises an upper protective cap 81 and a lower protective cap 82, wherein the upper protective cap 81 and the lower protective cap 82 are respectively installed at the front end and the tail end of the flexible logging tool.
The upper protective cap 81 and the lower protective cap 82 are used for protecting two ends of the flexible logging instrument and preventing external impurities from entering the instrument to damage the instrument.
The outside of the upper joint 1 is fixed with a first quick-screwing nut 11 and a second quick-screwing nut 12, the upper protective cap 81 is connected with the upper joint 1 through the first quick-screwing nut 11, and the upper connector 2 is connected with the upper joint 1 through the second quick-screwing nut 12.
Wherein the first quick-turn nut 11 can also be used for connecting other instruments, i.e. adding instrument strings.
The O-rings 9,O are made of perfluoro rubber (not all O-rings are labeled in fig. 3), and the number of the O-rings used for operation is 10 (the lower protective cap is removed during operation, so the O-rings thereon are not counted).
The O-shaped sealing ring of the perfluororubber can greatly improve the heat resistance and high pressure resistance of the flexible logging instrument, so that the working index of the instrument can reach 232 ℃/175MPa, and the requirement of hanging connection with a high-temperature instrument is met.
