(1) premixing: adding lubricating oil and N-methyl pyrrolidone base oil into a high-speed centrifugal pump together for premixing, wherein the volume ratio of the lubricating oil base oil to the N-methyl pyrrolidone is 1: 1.2;
(2) and (3) extraction: adding the premixed mixed liquor into a pipeline mixer 10 from a liquid inlet 16 of the pipeline mixer 10 through a pipeline for fully mixing, then feeding the premixed mixed liquor into an extraction separation tower through a liquid outlet 15 of the pipeline mixer 10, firstly carrying out more full mixing and extraction on the mixed liquor entering the extraction separation tower in an upper extraction section 6 and a lower extraction section 5, then respectively carrying out liquid separation in an upper separation section 4 and a lower separation section 7, discharging the extract liquor from a heavy liquid outlet 8 at the bottom of the lower separation section 4, and discharging the raffinate from a light liquid outlet 9 at the top of the upper separation section 7;
(3) temporary storage: temporarily storing the extraction liquid discharged from the extraction separation tower in an extraction liquid temporary storage tank, temporarily storing the raffinate discharged from the extraction separation tower in a raffinate temporary storage tank, and adding an extracting agent into the raffinate temporary storage tank;
(4) refining: conveying the extraction liquid in the extraction liquid temporary storage tank to a first heater through a pipeline for heating, opening a valve 18 on a branch pipe 3, conveying the extraction liquid in the extraction liquid temporary storage tank to the first heater through the pipeline for heating, conveying the heated extraction liquid into a first rectifying tower for rectifying, discharging rubber oil into a rubber oil receiving tank from a liquid outlet 15 at the bottom of the first rectifying tower in the rectifying process, discharging N-methylpyrrolidone into a first cooler from a liquid outlet 15 at the top of the first rectifying tower for cooling and condensing again, and conveying the N-methylpyrrolidone into an extraction agent receiving tank; conveying the raffinate in the raffinate temporary storage tank to a first heater through a pipeline for heating, conveying the heated raffinate into a second rectifying tower for rectifying, discharging the lubricating oil into a lubricating oil base oil receiving tank from a liquid outlet 15 at the bottom of the second rectifying tower in the rectifying process, discharging the N-methylpyrrolidone into a second cooler from the liquid outlet 15 at the top of the second rectifying tower for cooling and condensing again, and conveying the N-methylpyrrolidone into an extractant receiving tank; and simultaneously opening the vacuum unit to vacuumize the extractant receiving tank.
Example 3:
(1) premixing: adding lubricating oil base oil and N, N-dimethylformamide into a high-speed centrifugal pump together for premixing, wherein the volume ratio of the lubricating oil base oil to the N, N-dimethylformamide is 1: 1.3;
(2) and (3) extraction: adding the premixed mixed liquor into a pipeline mixer 10 from a liquid inlet 16 of the pipeline mixer 10 through a pipeline for fully mixing, then feeding the premixed mixed liquor into an extraction separation tower through a liquid outlet 15 of the pipeline mixer 10, firstly carrying out more full mixing and extraction on the mixed liquor entering the extraction separation tower in an upper extraction section 6 and a lower extraction section 5, then respectively carrying out liquid separation in an upper separation section 4 and a lower separation section 7, discharging the extract liquor from a heavy liquid outlet 8 at the bottom of the lower separation section 4, and discharging the raffinate from a light liquid outlet 9 at the top of the upper separation section 7;
(3) temporary storage: temporarily storing the extraction liquid discharged from the extraction separation tower in an extraction liquid temporary storage tank, temporarily storing the raffinate discharged from the extraction separation tower in a raffinate temporary storage tank, and adding an extracting agent into the raffinate temporary storage tank;
(4) refining: conveying the extraction liquid in the extraction liquid temporary storage tank to a first heater through a pipeline for heating, opening a valve 18 on a branch pipe 3, conveying the extraction liquid in the extraction liquid temporary storage tank to the first heater through the pipeline for heating, conveying the heated extraction liquid into a first rectifying tower for rectifying, discharging rubber oil into a rubber oil receiving tank from a liquid outlet 15 at the bottom of the first rectifying tower in the rectifying process, discharging N, N-dimethylformamide into a first cooler from a liquid outlet 15 at the top of the first rectifying tower for cooling and condensing again, and conveying the N, N-dimethylformamide into an extractant receiving tank; conveying the raffinate in the raffinate temporary storage tank to a first heater through a pipeline for heating, conveying the heated raffinate into a second rectifying tower for rectifying, discharging the lubricating oil into a lubricating oil base oil receiving tank from a liquid outlet 15 at the bottom of the second rectifying tower in the rectifying process, discharging the N, N-dimethylformamide into a second cooler from the liquid outlet 15 at the top of the second rectifying tower for cooling and condensing again, and conveying the N, N-dimethylformamide into an extractant receiving tank; and simultaneously opening the vacuum unit to vacuumize the extractant receiving tank.
Example 4:
(1) premixing: adding lubricant base oil, furfural and N, N-dimethylformamide into a high-speed centrifugal pump together for premixing, wherein the volume ratio of the lubricant base oil to the mixture of the furfural and the N, N-dimethylformamide is 1: 1;
(2) and (3) extraction: adding the premixed mixed liquor into a pipeline mixer 10 from a liquid inlet 16 of the pipeline mixer 10 through a pipeline for fully mixing, then feeding the premixed mixed liquor into an extraction separation tower through a liquid outlet 15 of the pipeline mixer 10, firstly carrying out more full mixing and extraction on the mixed liquor entering the extraction separation tower in an upper extraction section 6 and a lower extraction section 5, then respectively carrying out liquid separation in an upper separation section 4 and a lower separation section 7, discharging the extract liquor from a heavy liquid outlet 8 at the bottom of the lower separation section 4, and discharging the raffinate from a light liquid outlet 9 at the top of the upper separation section 7;
(3) temporary storage: temporarily storing the extraction liquid discharged from the extraction separation tower in an extraction liquid temporary storage tank, temporarily storing the raffinate discharged from the extraction separation tower in a raffinate temporary storage tank, and adding an extracting agent into the raffinate temporary storage tank;
(4) refining: conveying the extraction liquid in the extraction liquid temporary storage tank to a first heater through a pipeline for heating, opening a valve 18 on a branch pipe 3, conveying the extraction liquid in the extraction liquid temporary storage tank to the first heater through the pipeline for heating, conveying the heated extraction liquid into a first rectifying tower for rectifying, discharging rubber oil into a rubber oil receiving tank from a liquid outlet 15 at the bottom of the first rectifying tower in the rectifying process, discharging furfural and N, N-dimethylformamide into a first cooler from the liquid outlet 15 at the top of the first rectifying tower for cooling and condensing again, and conveying the furfural and N, N-dimethylformamide into an extraction agent receiving tank; conveying the raffinate in the raffinate temporary storage tank to a first heater through a pipeline for heating, conveying the heated raffinate into a second rectifying tower for rectifying, discharging lubricating oil into a lubricating oil base oil receiving tank from a liquid outlet 15 at the bottom of the second rectifying tower in the rectifying process, discharging furfural and N, N-dimethylformamide into a second cooler from the liquid outlet 15 at the top of the second rectifying tower for cooling and condensing again, and conveying the furfural and the N, N-dimethylformamide into an extractant receiving tank; and simultaneously opening the vacuum unit to vacuumize the extractant receiving tank.
The invention is not limited to the above alternative embodiments, and any other product can be obtained by the teaching of the invention, but any change in shape or structure is within the scope of the invention, and all technical solutions falling within the scope of the invention are within the scope of the invention as defined in the claims.

Claims (9)

1. A lubricating oil base oil extraction refining system is characterized in that: the device comprises a pipeline for delivering liquid, a high-speed centrifugal pump, an extraction separation tower, an extraction liquid temporary storage tank, a raffinate temporary storage tank, a first rectifying tower for recovering an extractant, a second rectifying tower for refining lubricating oil, a rubber oil receiving tank for storing rubber oil, a lubricating oil base oil receiving tank for storing refined lubricating oil base oil and an extractant receiving tank for storing the extractant; the liquid outlet of the high-speed centrifugal pump is communicated with the liquid inlet of the extraction separation tower through a pipeline, the heavy liquid outlet of the extraction separation tower is communicated with the liquid inlet of an extract liquid temporary storage tank through a pipeline, the light liquid outlet of the extraction separation tower is communicated with the liquid inlet of a raffinate temporary storage tank through a pipeline, the liquid outlet of the extract liquid temporary storage tank is communicated with the liquid inlet of a first rectifying tower through a pipeline, the liquid outlet of the raffinate temporary storage tank is communicated with the liquid inlet of a second rectifying tower through a pipeline, the bottom liquid outlet of the first rectifying tower is communicated with a rubber oil receiving tank through a pipeline, the top liquid outlet of the first rectifying tower is communicated with an extractant receiving tank through a pipeline, the bottom liquid outlet of the second rectifying tower is communicated with a lubricating oil receiving tank through a pipeline, and the top liquid outlet of the second rectifying tower is communicated with an extractant;
the extraction separation tower comprises a lower separation section, a lower extraction section, an upper extraction section and an upper separation section, wherein the lower separation section, the lower extraction section, the upper extraction section and the upper separation section are arranged from bottom to top, a heavy liquid outlet is arranged at the bottom of the lower separation section, a light liquid outlet is arranged at the top of the upper separation section, a pipeline mixer is sleeved outside the lower extraction section, a liquid inlet is arranged at the bottom of the pipeline mixer, a liquid outlet is arranged at the top of the pipeline mixer, the liquid outlet is arranged between the lower extraction section and the upper extraction section in the extraction tower, and the pipeline mixer is provided with a high-speed.

The lubricant base oil refining system according to claim 1, wherein: the extraction liquid is equipped with first atmospheric pressure balance pipe between jar and the raffinate jar of keeping in, first atmospheric pressure balance pipe is located the upper portion of extract jar and the raffinate jar of keeping in, be equipped with the second atmospheric pressure balance pipe between the pipeline of extraction separator intercommunication extract jar of keeping in and the pipeline of extraction separator intercommunication raffinate jar of keeping in.

The lubricant base oil refining system according to claim 1, wherein: the liquid outlet of the raffinate temporary storage tank is arranged in the middle of the side wall of the raffinate temporary storage tank, a branch pipe is arranged on a pipeline between the extract temporary storage tank and the first rectifying tower, one end of the branch pipe is communicated with the bottom of the raffinate temporary storage tank, and a valve is arranged on the branch pipe.

The lubricant base oil refining system according to claim 1, wherein: the first rectifying tower and the second rectifying tower are both film flash rectifying towers, and each film flash rectifying tower comprises an evaporator, a rectifying section and a cooling recovery section which are arranged from bottom to top; the evaporimeter is the back taper, the evaporimeter bottom is equipped with the liquid outlet, the fixed whirl flow distribution plate that is equipped with on the inside wall of evaporimeter, evaporimeter upper portion is equipped with the inlet, the lateral wall upper portion of cooling recovery section is equipped with the extractant liquid outlet.
5. The lubricant base oil refining system according to claim 1, wherein: a first heater is arranged between the extraction liquid temporary storage tank and the first rectifying tower, and a second heater is arranged between the raffinate temporary storage tank and the second rectifying tower.
6. The lubricant base oil refining system according to claim 1, wherein: a first cooler is arranged between the first rectifying tower and the extracting agent receiving tank, and a second cooler is arranged between the second rectifying tower and the extracting agent receiving tank.
7. The lubricant base oil refining system according to claim 1, wherein: the system for extracting and refining the lubricating oil base oil further comprises a vacuum unit, and the vacuum unit is communicated with the extractant receiving tank.
8. A process for extracting refined lubricant base oil by using the lubricant base oil extraction and refinement system of any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) premixing: adding base oil of lubricating oil and an extracting agent into a high-speed centrifugal pump together for premixing, wherein the volume ratio of the base oil of lubricating oil to the extracting agent is 1: 1.0-1.4;
(2) and (3) extraction: sending the premixed mixed solution into an extraction separation tower through a pipeline for extraction and liquid separation, discharging the extract from a heavy liquid outlet, and discharging the raffinate from a light liquid outlet;
(3) temporary storage: temporarily storing the extraction liquid discharged from the extraction separation tower in an extraction liquid temporary storage tank, and temporarily storing the raffinate discharged from the extraction separation tower in a raffinate temporary storage tank;
(4) refining: delivering the extract liquor in the extract liquor temporary storage tank into a first rectifying tower through a pipeline for rectification, discharging the rubber oil into a rubber oil receiving tank from a liquid outlet at the bottom of the first rectifying tower in the rectification process, and discharging the extracting agent in a vapor phase into an extracting agent receiving tank from a liquid outlet at the top of the first rectifying tower through condensation; and conveying the raffinate in the raffinate temporary storage tank into a second rectifying tower through a pipeline for rectification, discharging the lubricating oil into a lubricating oil base oil receiving tank from a liquid outlet at the bottom of the second rectifying tower in the rectification process, and discharging the extracting agent in a vapor phase into an extracting agent receiving tank from a liquid outlet at the top of the second rectifying tower through condensation.
9. The process for extracting a refined lubricant base oil according to claim 8, wherein: the extractant is one or a mixture of more of furfural, N-methyl pyrrolidone or N, N-dimethylformamide.
