As shown in fig. 3, a first transmission part 310 is arranged on a vertical plate of the connecting frame, the first transmission part includes a first driving cylinder 311 perpendicular to the workbench, a telescopic rod of the first driving cylinder 311 is arranged facing the workbench, a pressing plate 312 is fixedly connected to an end of the telescopic rod of the first driving cylinder, the pressing plate is a metal plate with a long rectangular structure and spans over the braid, and when the telescopic rod of the first driving cylinder extends to a set distance, the lower surface of the pressing plate 312 abuts against the braid. Preferably, in order to increase the friction between the first conveying part and the braid, it is ensured that the braid does not slip and move relative to the first conveying part during the pulling process. As shown in the figure, a friction block 313 is further disposed on the lower surface of the pressure moving plate, and in this embodiment, the friction block may be made of rubber, silicone, nylon, or the like.
As shown in fig. 4, the scribing assisting device 400 is located between the braid guiding device 200 and the braid conveying yellow paper. In detail, the marking device comprises two marking baffles 410 which are arranged above the braid and are perpendicular to the advancing direction of the braid, a wire groove 420 for workers to mark on the braid is reserved between the two marking baffles, and a plurality of spacing holes 430 separating columns 440 are arranged below the marking baffles for uniformly dividing the gap formed between the marking baffles and the workbench 120 into a plurality of spacing holes 430. The width of the limiting hole is slightly larger than that of the braid so as to ensure that the braid can smoothly pass through, but the width of the limiting hole is not larger than the width of the braid by more than 3mm so as to prevent too much transverse movement of the braid and too low precision of the braid to the drawn line when a worker draws the line. In the embodiment, the number of the separation pillars 440 below each scribing block 410 is four, so that three limiting holes are generated to match the number of the guiding holes 211 generated by the pressing belt. And when the number of the branch guide holes is increased, workers can increase the number of the limiting holes by increasing the length of the scribing baffle and the number of the supporting columns so as to adapt to the corresponding number of the branch guide holes.
In the embodiment, in order to ensure that the braid is completely unfolded when entering the braid pressing plate 220, a pressing rod 600 is further disposed between the braid pressing plate and the pressing belt 210, and a passage 610 through which only the unfolded braid passes is left between the pressing rod and the working table 120. When the braids with warped two sides enter the passing channel, the braids are flattened under the action of the upper pressing rod and the lower workbench. The working principle is as follows: when the braids need to be measured, a worker firstly and sequentially penetrates a plurality of braids to be measured through the corresponding sub-guide holes 211, the passing channel 610, the lower part of the braid pressing plate 220 and the limiting hole 430 in parallel, then the worker steps on the inching switch placed at the foot edge of the worker, at the moment, the first driving cylinder 311 in the first transmission part 310 acts, the telescopic rod of the first driving cylinder extends downwards, and the pressing and moving plate is driven to abut against the braids. And then the first driving cylinder maintains this state. When the pressing plate reaches the set position, the second driving cylinder in the second conveying part 320 acts to drive the first conveying part to move longitudinally, and the braid moves backwards together with the first conveying part under the action of the pressing plate.
