Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step 101, receiving input of a user.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the networking state, the user can open the eSIM application program and select operator operation in the eSIM application program. At this time, the terminal device receives an input of the user. Wherein the input may be a click input, a touch input, or the like.
And 102, responding to the input, and acquiring the information of the target operator supported by the terminal equipment.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to further ensure normal communication using the terminal device, information of a target operator supported by the terminal device may be obtained in at least the following two ways.
The first mode is to send a request message to a network side device, where the request message includes configuration information of the terminal device, and acquire information of a target operator sent by the network side device. That is, in this manner, the information of the target operator is directly determined by the network-side device. In this way, the network side device determines the information of the target operator, so that the speed and efficiency of acquiring the operator information can be improved.
In order to improve the accuracy of the obtained target operator information, the configuration information of the terminal device includes at least one of the following information: the model information of the terminal equipment; brand information of the terminal device; and the hardware frequency band information of the terminal equipment.
The second way is to send a request message to a network side device, and receive a response message sent by the network side device, where the response message includes information of an operator supported by the network side device. And then, determining the target operator according to the frequency band information of the network system supported by the terminal equipment and the information of the operator supported by the network equipment. That is, in this method, the terminal device determines the information of the target operator according to the information returned by the network-side device. In this way, the terminal device determines the information of the target operator, so that the acquired operator information can better meet the requirements of the terminal device.
Specifically, in this manner, the frequency band information of the first network system supported by the terminal device is compared with the frequency band information of the target network system of the operator supported by the network device. And then, taking the operator corresponding to the target network system as the target operator under the condition that the frequency band information of the first network system is consistent with the frequency band information of the target network system. The first network standard is any network standard supported by the terminal equipment.
In addition, there may be a case where the terminal device supports only a part of network systems of a certain operator. In order to ensure normal communication, in this embodiment, prompt information may be output when the target network system is multiple and the frequency band information of the first network system is inconsistent with the frequency band information of the second network system, where the second network system is any one of the target network systems. Therefore, the selected operator can better meet the requirements of practical application scenes through the mode, and the success of communication is improved.
And 103, outputting the information of the target operator.
In this step, information of the target operators is prompted for the user to select from among the target operators when selecting the operators.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the method may be applied to a terminal device, for example: a Mobile phone, a Tablet personal Computer (Tablet personal Computer), a Laptop Computer (Laptop Computer), a PDA (personal digital assistant), an MID (Mobile Internet Device), a Wearable Device (Wearable Device), or the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the information of the target operator supported by the terminal equipment can be acquired, so that the condition that the operator not supported by the terminal equipment is selected can be avoided when the operator is selected, and the normal communication by utilizing the terminal equipment can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step 201, receiving a request message of a terminal device.
Step 202, in response to the request message, sending information of the operator supported by the network side device to the terminal device, so that the terminal device obtains information of a target operator according to the information of the operator supported by the network side device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the network side device may include information of a target operator in the information of the operator supported by the network side device, which is sent to the terminal device. Then, in this case, the configuration information of the terminal device is included in the request message. Wherein the configuration information of the terminal device includes at least one of the following information: hardware frequency band information of the terminal device; the model information of the terminal equipment; brand information of the terminal device.
Specifically, when the configuration information of the terminal device includes hardware frequency band information, the network side device compares the hardware frequency band information with frequency band information of a target network system of an operator supported by the network device. And then, under the condition that the hardware frequency band information is consistent with the frequency band information of the target network system, taking an operator corresponding to the target network system as the target operator, and sending the information of the target operator to the terminal equipment.
Specifically, when the configuration information of the terminal device includes at least one of model information of the terminal device and brand information of the terminal device, the network side device acquires information of the target operator according to the configuration information of the terminal device and a pre-stored correspondence, and sends the information of the target operator to the terminal device. Wherein the corresponding relationship comprises: and the configuration information of the terminal equipment corresponds to the operator supported by the network side equipment.
By the method, the processing speed of the network side equipment is high, so that the speed and the efficiency of acquiring the operator information can be improved.
Or, in the embodiment of the present invention, the network side device further sends, to the terminal device, information of an operator supported by the network side device according to the request message of the terminal device, and the terminal device acquires information of a target operator according to the information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the method may be applied to a network-side device, for example, an eSIM management platform.
In the embodiment of the invention, the information of the target operator supported by the terminal equipment can be acquired, so that the condition that the operator not supported by the terminal equipment is selected can be avoided when the operator is selected, and the normal communication by utilizing the terminal equipment can be ensured.
As shown in fig. 3, the information processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 301, the terminal device receives an input from a user.
In the networking state, the user opens the eSIM application and performs operator selection operation in the eSIM application. At this time, the terminal device receives an input of the user.
Step 302, card information, model information and hardware frequency range information of the terminal equipment are obtained.
In this step, the eSIM application first reads configuration information of the terminal device, such as brand information, model information, and hardware frequency band information of the terminal device.
And step 303, sending the brand information, the model information and the hardware frequency band of the terminal equipment to the eSIM management platform.
In this step, the eSIM application transmits the brand information, model information, and hardware frequency band read to the terminal device in step 302 to the eSIM management platform.
And step 304, the eSIM management platform reads the operator information database.
The operator information database stores the corresponding relationship among the brand information of the terminal, the model information, the frequency band information of different network systems supported by each model, and the frequency band information of different network systems of the operator supported by the eSIM platform.
And 305, determining information of operators supported by the terminal equipment by the eSIM management platform.
Specifically, in this step, the eSIM management platform searches a database according to the brand information and the model information reported in step 303, and finds out the network system supported by the terminal device and the frequency band of the network system. Then, comparing the frequency band of each system of the operator supported by the eSIM management platform with the frequency band of the network system supported by the terminal device, and judging whether the frequency band of the network system of the operator cannot be supported by the terminal device. If not, the operator is filtered out. And if the terminal brand and the terminal model are not in the database list, comparing the frequency band of each network type of the terminal equipment with the frequency band information of each network type of the operator according to the hardware frequency band information. And if the terminal equipment does not support the frequency band of a certain network system, filtering the operator.
And according to the matching result, the eSIM management platform determines the operators supported by the terminal equipment.
And step 306, the eSIM management platform returns the supported operators to the terminal equipment.
This information will then be presented to the user in the eSIM application of the terminal device for the user to purchase the card directly after selecting the operator.
As shown in fig. 4, the information processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 401, the terminal device receives an input from a user.
In the networking state, the user opens the eSIM application and performs operator selection operation in the eSIM application. At this time, the terminal device receives an input of the user.
Step 402, the terminal device requests the eSIM management platform for operator information.
And step 403, the eSIM management platform returns the network standard supported by each operator and the corresponding frequency band information to the terminal device.
In the embodiment of the invention, the frequency band information of different systems supported by an operator is added to the operator information maintained by the eSIM management platform.
Step 404, the terminal device reads the network type supported by the terminal and the frequency band information of the corresponding network type.
Step 405, the terminal device determines information of the target operator.
According to the operator network standard and the network frequency band information of the corresponding standard acquired in step 402, the terminal device may compare the frequency band information of the terminal device with the frequency band information supported by the operator from the highest network standard to the lowest network standard (for example, 4G to 2G). And if the frequency band of the terminal equipment does not cover the frequency band of the operator, judging that the network system is not supported.
According to the principle, the support condition of the terminal equipment to each operator network type can be judged. If the terminal device does not support all standard networks of the operator, the operator can be directly filtered out and is not displayed for the user. If the terminal device only supports a part of network systems of a certain operator, a prompt can be made on a user interface, for example, a prompt of "not supporting the 3G network of the operator" is given. If the terminal device supports all network systems of the operator, the information of the operator is directly displayed in a user interface, and the information of the operator can be sorted to the front.
In the embodiment of the invention, the information of the target operator supported by the terminal equipment can be acquired, so that the condition that the operator not supported by the terminal equipment is selected can be avoided when the operator is selected, and the normal communication by utilizing the terminal equipment can be ensured.
