Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a content distribution apparatus according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to a situation where recipient filtering is performed on content to be distributed. With reference to fig. 5, the apparatus comprises: a first obtaining module 61, a second obtaining module 62, a determining module 63 and a publishing module 64.
The first obtaining module 61 is configured to obtain a content to be published of a publisher;
a second obtaining module 62, configured to obtain target feature information associated with the content to be published;
a determining module 63, configured to determine, according to the correspondence between the feature information and the receiver, a filtered receiver corresponding to the target feature information;
the publishing module 64 is configured to publish the content to be published to other recipients except the filtering recipient during the publishing operation.
In the embodiment, the content to be published of the publisher is obtained; acquiring target characteristic information associated with the content to be published, so that the target characteristic information associated with the content to be published can be automatically acquired; determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target characteristic information according to the corresponding relation between the characteristic information and the receiver; when the publishing operation is executed, publishing the content to be published to other recipients except the filtering recipient; therefore, based on different target characteristic information, corresponding receivers are automatically filtered without manual clicking; and moreover, the filtering receiver corresponding to the target characteristic information is determined, so that the intellectualization, automation and flexibility of the operation of the filtering receiver are improved.
Optionally, when the second obtaining module 62 obtains the target feature information associated with the content to be published, the second obtaining module is specifically configured to: acquiring a target keyword matched with the text of the content to be published from at least one keyword; acquiring a target geographical position matched with positioning information when the content to be published is edited or published from at least one geographical position; and acquiring target terminal information matched with the terminal information on which the content to be released is displayed from at least one piece of terminal information.
Optionally, the system further includes an establishing module, configured to establish a correspondence between at least one receiver and filtering policies before determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target feature information according to the correspondence between the feature information and the receiver, where each filtering policy includes at least one feature information.
Optionally, when determining the filtering receiver corresponding to the target feature information according to the corresponding relationship between the feature information and the receiver, the determining module 63 is specifically configured to: determining a target filtering strategy matched with the target characteristic information according to the target characteristic information; and determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target filtering strategy according to the corresponding relation between at least one receiver and the filtering strategy.
Optionally, the establishing module is specifically configured to, when establishing the corresponding relationship between the at least one receiver and the filtering policy: establishing a corresponding relation between a single receiver and a filtering strategy; and/or establishing a corresponding relation between a group and a filtering strategy, wherein the group comprises at least two receivers.
Optionally, when acquiring the content to be published of the publisher, the first acquiring module 61 is specifically configured to: and responding to the publishing operation or the editing operation of the content to be published of the publisher, and acquiring the content to be published.
Optionally, when the publishing module 64 publishes the content to be published to other recipients except the filtering recipient in the recipient during the publishing operation, specifically, the publishing module is configured to: prompting a filtering message of a filtering receiver to a publisher; and in response to the confirmation operation of the publisher on the filtering message, publishing the content to be published to other receivers except the filtering receiver.
Optionally, when the publishing module 64 publishes the content to be published to other recipients except the filtering recipient in the recipient during the publishing operation, specifically, the publishing module is configured to: when the publishing operation is executed, the receiver information list is sent to the server, so that the server can publish the content to be published to other receivers except the filtering receiver according to the receiver information list; wherein the recipient information list includes information of the filtering recipients and/or information of other recipients than the filtering recipients in the recipients.
The embodiment of the invention also provides another content publishing device which comprises a sending module.
The sending module is used for obtaining the content to be published of the publisher and sending the content to be published to the server, so that the server is used for determining the filtering receivers according to the content to be published and publishing the content to be published to other receivers except the filtering receivers in the receivers when the publishing operation is executed.
Optionally, the sending module is specifically configured to, when obtaining the content to be published of the publisher and sending the content to be published to the server, obtain the content to be published in response to a publishing operation or an editing operation of the content to be published of the publisher; and sending the content to be published to the server.
The server is specifically used for acquiring target characteristic information associated with the content to be published when determining the filtering receiver according to the content to be published; and determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target characteristic information according to the corresponding relation between the characteristic information and the receiver.
Optionally, when acquiring the target feature information associated with the content to be published, the server is specifically configured to perform at least one of the following operations: acquiring a target keyword matched with the text of the content to be published from at least one keyword; acquiring a target geographical position matched with positioning information when the content to be published is edited or published from at least one geographical position; and acquiring target terminal information matched with the terminal information on which the content to be released is displayed from at least one piece of terminal information.
Optionally, before determining the filtering receiver corresponding to the target feature information according to the corresponding relationship between the feature information and the receiver, the server is further configured to establish a corresponding relationship between at least one receiver and filtering policies, where each filtering policy includes at least one feature information. Correspondingly, when the server determines the filtering receiver corresponding to the target characteristic information according to the corresponding relation between the characteristic information and the receiver, the server is specifically used for determining a target filtering strategy matched with the target characteristic information according to the target characteristic information; and determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target filtering strategy according to the corresponding relation between at least one receiver and the filtering strategy.
Optionally, when the server establishes the correspondence between at least one recipient and the filtering policy, the server is specifically configured to establish the correspondence between a single recipient and the filtering policy; and/or establishing a corresponding relation between a group and a filtering strategy, wherein the group comprises at least two receivers.
Optionally, when the server performs a publishing operation and publishes content to be published to other recipients except the filtering recipient, the server is specifically configured to prompt the filtering message of the filtering recipient to the publisher; and in response to the confirmation operation of the publisher on the filtering message, publishing the content to be published to other receivers except the filtering receiver.
Optionally, when the server performs the publishing operation, and when the server publishes the content to be published to other recipients except the filtering recipient in the recipients, the server is specifically configured to, when the publishing operation is performed, obtain a recipient information list sent by the terminal, and publish the content to be published to other recipients except the filtering recipient in the recipients according to the recipient information list; wherein the recipient information list includes information of the filtering recipients and/or information of other recipients than the filtering recipients in the recipients.
The content publishing device provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the content publishing method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.

Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the terminal includes a processor 70, a memory 71, an input device 72, and an output device 73; the number of the processors 70 in the terminal may be one or more, and one processor 70 is taken as an example in fig. 6; the processor 70, the memory 71, the input device 72 and the output device 73 in the terminal may be connected by a bus or other means, as exemplified by the bus connection in fig. 6.
The memory 71 serves as a computer-readable storage medium for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the content distribution method in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the first acquisition module 61, the second acquisition module 62, the determination module 63, and the distribution module 64 in the content distribution apparatus; or, a transmission module). The processor 70 executes various functional applications and data processing of the terminal by running software programs, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 71, that is, implements the above-described content distribution method.
The memory 71 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, the memory 71 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, the memory 71 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 70, which may be connected to the terminal over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 72 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the terminal. The output device 73 may include a display device such as a display screen for displaying the content publishing interface, the content to be published, and the filtered message.

Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the server includes a processor 80, a memory 81; the number of the processors 80 in the server may be one or more, and one processor 80 is taken as an example in fig. 7; the processor 80 and the memory 81 in the terminal may be connected by a bus or other means, and fig. 7 illustrates the connection by the bus as an example.
The memory 81 is a computer-readable storage medium that can be used to store software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the content distribution method in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the first acquisition module 61, the second acquisition module 62, the determination module 63, and the distribution module 64 in the content distribution apparatus). The processor 80 executes various functional applications and data processing of the terminal by running software programs, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 81, that is, implements the content distribution method described above.
The memory 81 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, the memory 81 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, the memory 81 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 60, which may be connected to the terminal over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
Example nine
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a computer processor is configured to perform a content distribution method, the method including:
acquiring content to be issued of an issuer;
acquiring target characteristic information associated with content to be released;
determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target characteristic information according to the corresponding relation between the characteristic information and the receiver;
and when the publishing operation is executed, the content to be published is published to other receivers except the filtering receiver.
An embodiment of the present invention provides another computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a computer processor is configured to perform a method for instant messaging, the method comprising:
the content to be published of the publisher is acquired and sent to the server, so that the server determines the filtering receivers according to the content to be published, and the content to be published is published to other receivers except the filtering receivers in the receivers when the publishing operation is executed.
Of course, the computer program provided by the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the method operations described above, and may also perform related operations in the content distribution method provided by any embodiment of the present invention.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is obvious for those skilled in the art that the present invention can be implemented by software and necessary general hardware, and certainly, can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a FLASH Memory (FLASH), a hard disk or an optical disk of a computer, and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the content distribution apparatus, the included units and modules are merely divided according to functional logic, but are not limited to the above division as long as the corresponding functions can be implemented; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, although the present invention has been described in greater detail by the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (13)

1. A method for content distribution, comprising:
acquiring content to be issued of an issuer;
acquiring target characteristic information associated with the content to be published, wherein the target characteristic information associated with the content to be published refers to information capable of representing the characteristics of the content to be published and comprises at least one of target keywords matched with the text of the content to be published, target geographic positions matched with positioning information when the content to be published is edited or published and target terminal information matched with terminal information on which the content to be published is displayed;
determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target characteristic information according to the corresponding relation between the characteristic information and the receiver;
when the publishing operation is executed, the content to be published is published to other recipients except the filtering recipients in the recipients;
the determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target characteristic information according to the corresponding relation between the characteristic information and the receiver comprises:
determining a target filtering strategy matched with the target characteristic information according to the target characteristic information;
determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target filtering strategy according to the corresponding relation between at least one receiver and the filtering strategy;
before determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target characteristic information according to the corresponding relation between the characteristic information and the receiver, the method further comprises the following steps: establishing a corresponding relation between at least one receiver and a filtering strategy; and the publisher can replace, add or delete the corresponding relation and the filtering strategy.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the target feature information associated with the content to be published includes at least one of:
acquiring a target keyword matched with the text of the content to be published from at least one keyword;
acquiring a target geographical position matched with positioning information when the content to be published is edited or published from at least one geographical position;
and acquiring target terminal information matched with the terminal information on which the content to be released is displayed from at least one piece of terminal information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein each filtering policy includes at least one characteristic information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein establishing a correspondence between at least one recipient and a filtering policy comprises:
establishing a corresponding relation between a single receiver and a filtering strategy; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
establishing a corresponding relation between a group and a filtering strategy, wherein the group comprises at least two receivers.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the content to be published of the publisher comprises:
and responding to the publishing operation or the editing operation of the content to be published of the publisher, and acquiring the content to be published.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the publishing to other than the filtering recipient, when performing the publishing operation, comprises:
prompting the publisher for a filter message of the filter recipient;
and in response to the confirmation operation of the publisher on the filtering message, publishing the content to be published to other receivers except the filtering receiver.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the performing of the publishing operation to publish the content to be published to other than the filtering recipient comprises:
when the releasing operation is executed, the receiver information list is sent to a server, so that the server can release the content to be released to other receivers except the filtering receiver according to the receiver information list;
wherein the recipient information list includes information of the filtering recipients and/or information of other recipients than the filtering recipients in the recipients.
8. A method for content distribution, comprising:
acquiring content to be published of a publisher, sending the content to be published to a server, so that the server determines a filtering receiver according to the content to be published, and publishing the content to be published to other receivers except the filtering receiver in the receivers when publishing operation is executed;
the server determines a filtering receiver according to the content to be issued, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring target characteristic information associated with the content to be issued; the target characteristic information related to the content to be published refers to information capable of representing the characteristics of the content to be published, and comprises at least one of target keywords matched with a text of the content to be published, target geographic positions matched with positioning information when the content to be published is edited or published, and target terminal information matched with terminal information on which the content to be published is displayed;
determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target characteristic information according to the corresponding relation between the characteristic information and the receiver;
the determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target characteristic information according to the corresponding relation between the characteristic information and the receiver comprises:
determining a target filtering strategy matched with the target characteristic information according to the target characteristic information;
determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target filtering strategy according to the corresponding relation between at least one receiver and the filtering strategy;
before determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target characteristic information according to the corresponding relation between the characteristic information and the receiver, the method further comprises the following steps: establishing a corresponding relation between at least one receiver and a filtering strategy; and the publisher can replace, add or delete the corresponding relation and the filtering strategy.
9. A content distribution apparatus, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the content to be issued of the issuer;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring target characteristic information associated with the content to be issued; the target characteristic information related to the content to be published refers to information capable of representing the characteristics of the content to be published, and comprises at least one of target keywords matched with a text of the content to be published, target geographic positions matched with positioning information when the content to be published is edited or published, and target terminal information matched with terminal information on which the content to be published is displayed;
the determining module is used for determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target characteristic information according to the corresponding relation between the characteristic information and the receiver;
the establishing module is used for establishing the corresponding relation between at least one receiver and the filtering strategy before determining the filtering receiver corresponding to the target characteristic information according to the corresponding relation between the characteristic information and the receiver; the publisher can replace, add or delete the corresponding relation and the filtering strategy;
the publishing module is used for publishing the content to be published to other receivers except the filtering receiver in the receivers when the publishing operation is executed;
wherein the determining module is specifically configured to: determining a target filtering strategy matched with the target characteristic information according to the target characteristic information; and determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target filtering strategy according to the corresponding relation between at least one receiver and the filtering strategy.
10. A content distribution apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a sending module, a receiving module and a processing module, wherein the sending module is used for obtaining content to be issued of a publisher and sending the content to be issued to a server so that the server determines a filtering receiver according to the content to be issued and issues the content to be issued to other receivers except the filtering receiver in the receivers when issuing operation is executed;
the server determines a filtering receiver according to the content to be issued, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring target characteristic information associated with the content to be issued; the target characteristic information related to the content to be published refers to information capable of representing the characteristics of the content to be published, and comprises at least one of target keywords matched with a text of the content to be published, target geographic positions matched with positioning information when the content to be published is edited or published, and target terminal information matched with terminal information on which the content to be published is displayed;
determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target characteristic information according to the corresponding relation between the characteristic information and the receiver;
the determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target characteristic information according to the corresponding relation between the characteristic information and the receiver comprises:
determining a target filtering strategy matched with the target characteristic information according to the target characteristic information;
determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target filtering strategy according to the corresponding relation between at least one receiver and the filtering strategy;
before determining a filtering receiver corresponding to the target characteristic information according to the corresponding relation between the characteristic information and the receiver, the method further comprises the following steps: establishing a corresponding relation between at least one receiver and a filtering strategy; and the publisher can replace, add or delete the corresponding relation and the filtering strategy.
11. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement a content distribution method as recited in any one of claims 1-7, or 8.
12. A server, characterized in that the server comprises:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement a content distribution method as recited in any one of claims 1-7.
13. A computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, the program, when being executed by a processor, implementing a content distribution method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 or 8.
