In this embodiment of the present invention, the second server receives target object information sent by the first server, where the target object information includes: the first characteristic information of the target object, the communication frequency of the target object and the mail object in a first preset period.
Step 302, obtaining the enterprise address book information, wherein the enterprise address book information includes second characteristic information of the enterprise user, and the enterprise user includes the target object.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the target object information sent by the first server, the second server acquires the enterprise address book information including the second characteristic information of the enterprise user, wherein the enterprise user includes the target object.

the first obtaining unit 901 is configured to obtain a mail log of the mail object in a first preset period, where the mail log records first characteristic information of a target object performing mail communication with the mail object and occurrence time of the mail communication.
The determining unit 902 is configured to determine target object information according to the mail log, where the target object information includes: the first characteristic information of the target object, the communication frequency of the target object and the mail object in the first preset period.
The sending unit 903 is configured to send the target object information to the second server.
In other embodiments, the first server 900 is further configured to, after obtaining a mail log of the mail object in a first preset period, group the incoming and outgoing mails between the mail object and the target object according to a topic included in the mail log, so as to obtain a mail group formed by mails with similar topics; and sending the mail group to a third server through a file transfer protocol.

Based on the same inventive concept of the first embodiment, the third embodiment and the fifth embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention provides a second server, fig. 13 is a schematic diagram of a composition structure of the second server provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, the second server at least includes a second processor 05, a second communication bus 08, a second memory 06 and a second communication interface 07, where the second communication bus 08 is used for implementing connection communication among the second processor 05, the second communication interface 08 and the second memory 06; the second communication interface 07 is used for data transmission with the first server and the third server; the second processor 05 is configured to execute the enterprise address book updating program stored in the second memory 06 to implement the steps in the enterprise address book updating methods provided in the first embodiment, the third embodiment and the fifth embodiment.
Based on the same inventive concept of the first embodiment, the fourth embodiment and the fifth embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention provides a third server, fig. 14 is a schematic diagram of a composition structure of the third server provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14, the third server at least includes a third processor 09, a third communication bus 12, a third memory 10 and a third communication interface 11, where the third communication bus 12 is used for implementing connection communication among the third processor 09, the third communication interface 12 and the third memory 10; the third communication interface 11 is used for data transmission with the first server and the second server; the third processor 09 is configured to execute the enterprise address book updating program stored in the third memory 11 to implement the steps in the enterprise address book updating methods provided in the first embodiment, the fourth embodiment, and the fifth embodiment.

Claims (9)

1. An enterprise address book updating system, comprising: a first server, a second server, and a third server, wherein,
the first server is used for acquiring a mail log of a mail object in a first preset period, wherein the mail log records first characteristic information of a target object which performs mail communication with the mail object and occurrence time of the mail communication; determining target object information according to the mail log, and sending the target object information to the second server; the target object information includes: the first characteristic information of the target object, the communication frequency of the target object and the mail object in the first preset period; wherein the first characteristic information of the target object is used for identifying the target object and a label of the mail communication;
the second server is used for acquiring enterprise address book information, wherein the enterprise address book information comprises second characteristic information of enterprise users, and the enterprise users comprise the target object; generating a communication directory containing the first characteristic information, the second characteristic information and the communication frequency of the target object by associating the target object information with the second characteristic information;
the third server is used for acquiring the communication directory from the second server; sequencing the information in the communication directory according to the sequence of the communication frequency from high to low to obtain a processed communication directory; and the processed communication directory is used for updating the enterprise address book file of the mail client of the mail object.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising a mail client used by the mail object;
the mail client is used for monitoring whether the third server generates the processed communication directory; if the third server is monitored to generate the processed communication directory, acquiring the processed communication directory from the third server; and updating the enterprise address book file of the mail client by using the processed communication directory to obtain an updated enterprise address book file.
3. The system of claim 2,
the mail client is also used for determining the preset corresponding relation between the field name in the enterprise address book file and the field name to be displayed; and according to the preset corresponding relation, acquiring field contents corresponding to the field names to be displayed from the updated enterprise address book file for displaying.
4. The system of claim 1,
the third server is specifically configured to acquire each communication directory of the mail object from the second server in a second preset period, and superimpose information in each communication directory to obtain a superimposed communication directory; and sequencing the information in the superposed communication directories based on the sequence of the communication frequency between the superposed communication directories and the target object from high to low to obtain the processed communication directories.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the mail log further comprises a mail subject of the mail communication; then
The first server is further configured to group the outgoing mails between the mail object and the target object according to the topic included in the mail log, so as to obtain a mail group formed by mails with similar topics; sending the mail group to the third server through a file transfer protocol;
and the mail group received by the third server is used for downloading a mail client used by the mail object and sending the mail client as a mail attachment.
6. An enterprise address book updating method is applied to a second server, and comprises the following steps:
receiving target object information sent by a first server, wherein the target object information is obtained by processing a mail log of a mail object by the first server; the target object information includes: the first characteristic information of the target object, the communication frequency of the target object and the mail object in a first preset period;
acquiring enterprise address book information, wherein the enterprise address book information comprises second characteristic information of enterprise users, and the enterprise users comprise the target objects;
generating a communication directory containing the first characteristic information, the second characteristic information and the communication frequency of the target object by associating the target object information with the second characteristic information;
wherein the first characteristic information of the target object is used for identifying the target object and a label of the mail communication;
and sending the communication directory to a third server so that the third server performs sequencing processing on the communication directory according to the sequence of the communication frequency from high to low to generate a processed communication directory, wherein the processed communication directory is used for updating the enterprise address book file of the mail client of the mail object.
7. A second server, characterized in that the second server comprises a receiving unit, a second obtaining unit and an associating unit, wherein,
the receiving unit is configured to receive target object information sent by a first server, where the target object information is obtained by processing a mail log of a mail object by the first server; the target object information includes: the first characteristic information of the target object, the communication frequency of the target object and the mail object in a first preset period;
the second obtaining unit is configured to obtain address book information of an enterprise, where the address book information of the enterprise includes a second feature of an enterprise user, and the enterprise user includes the target object;
the association unit is used for associating the target object information with the second characteristic to generate a communication directory containing the first characteristic information, the second characteristic information and the communication frequency of the target object;
wherein the first characteristic information of the target object is used for identifying the target object and a label of the mail communication;
and sending the communication directory to a third server so that the third server performs sequencing processing on the communication directory according to the sequence of the communication frequency from high to low to generate a processed communication directory, wherein the processed communication directory is used for updating the enterprise address book file of the mail client of the mail object.

A second server, wherein the second server at least includes a second processor, a second communication bus, a second memory, and a second communication interface, wherein the second communication bus is used for implementing connection communication among the second processor, the second communication interface, and the second memory; the second communication interface is used for acquiring target object information; the second processor is configured to execute an enterprise address book update program stored in the second memory, and when the enterprise address book update program is executed, the second processor implements the method according to claim 6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of claim 6.
