With the popularization of LED backlight lcd screens, LEDs also become the best backlight source for current display screens. Generally, the LED backlight can be divided into a direct type backlight module and a side type backlight module according to incident positions, the existing direct type backlight module has two common forms, one is a surface-mounted LED, and the number of the LEDs is large; the other is a surface-mount LED with a secondary lens, requiring a smaller number of LEDs. However, in order to realize any of the above forms, the diffuser plate is disposed above the back plate, the diffuser plate is thin and has a large space with the back plate, the diffuser plate may be deformed due to thermal contraction and expansion, or vibration of the diffuser plate during transportation, and in order to prevent the middle of the diffuser plate from sinking and affecting the display quality of the display panel, a diffuser plate Support frame (Support Pin) is often disposed in the middle of the diffuser plate to prevent deformation of the diffuser plate. The buffer 14 includes a first buffer 1401 and a second buffer 1402. One end of the connection plate 13 is connected to the first buffer 1401, and the other end thereof is connected to the second buffer 1402. The size of the first buffer portion 1401 is adapted to the size of the second buffer portion 1402, so that the buffer portions on both sides of the connecting plate 13 are uniformly stressed under the action of external force, and the impact resistance is better.
Specifically, each buffer portion 14 includes a first buffer plate 141 and a second buffer plate 142 connected to each other, and the buffer plates are preferably straight plates, but are not limited to buffer plates made of other materials. The first end 1411 of the first buffer plate 141 is connected to the edge of the connection plate 13, and the second end 1412 of the first buffer plate 141 is connected to the second buffer plate 142; the third end 1421 of the second buffer plate 142 is connected to the first buffer plate 141, and the fourth end 1422 of the second buffer plate 142 is connected to the plate body 11 at the edge of the through hole 12. The angle between the first buffer plate 141 and the second buffer plate 142 is greater than 90 degrees and less than 150 degrees, which provides a good structural stability, and the buffer 14 can be rapidly restored to the original state when the pressure applied to the buffer 14 is removed.

The back plate 1 is a common back plate, and has a plurality of through holes 12, a plurality of connecting plates 13, and a plurality of cushioning portions 14. The buffer part 14 is used to absorb the pressure applied to the back plate by the diffusion plate 2.
The diffuser plate 2 is a plate material that interferes light to a certain degree, and is disposed opposite to the back plate 1.
The support frame 3 is arranged between the diffusion plate 2 and the back plate 1 and used for supporting the diffusion plate 2 and preventing the middle of the diffusion plate 2 from being sunken, the longitudinal section of the support frame 3 is in the shape of an isosceles triangle, the support frame 2 is arranged opposite to the connecting plate 13, and the bottom of the support frame 2 is fixedly connected to the connecting plate 13. When diffuser plate 2 surface receives pressure, diffuser plate 2 transmits support frame 2 with pressure, and the pressure that support frame 2 received acts on connecting plate 13, again because the both ends of connecting plate 13 are equipped with buffer 14, when support frame 2 receives external force extrusion, buffer 14 produces elastic deformation to absorb the pressure that diffuser plate 13 transmitted to backplate 1, support frame 2 is not destroyed after receiving pressure, and support frame 3 supports the effect stability of diffuser plate 2 moreover.
In order to avoid that the optical member and the panel on the upper surface of the diffuser plate are impacted due to too high rebound speed of the buffer part 14, the buffer part 14 needs to realize the effect of slow rebound, and specifically, the material of the buffer part 14, the structural parameters of the buffer part 14, and the like can be selected appropriately.
According to the stress condition of the actual diffusion plate 2, the appropriate height range of the buffer part 14 is selected, because when the height of the buffer part 14 is lower, the buffer part 14 is favorable for elastic deformation, the buffer effect is good, but the stress of the support frame 3 and the connecting plate 13 is larger, so that the support frame 3 and the connecting plate 13 are easily damaged; when the height of the buffer portion 14 is high, the buffer portion 14 is not easily elastically deformed, and the buffering effect is not good. Therefore, it is preferable that the height of the buffer part 14 is 3.5mm to 5.5mm when the height of the support frame 3 is greater than or equal to 15 mm; when the height of support frame is more than or equal to 5mm, and is less than 15mm, the height of buffer 14 is 2.5mm ~ 3.5mm, through set up buffer 14 on backplate 1, can solve the structure of support frame big, shelters from the drawback of light, but also can prevent that the support frame from being out of shape, bending, fracture scheduling problem.
