The specific working principle is that when the articles need to be dried, the articles are placed into the water throwing cylinder, and then the cover of the shell is closed; the cover is pressed by one hand, the handle is pulled outwards by the other hand, the pull rope is driven by the handle to be pulled outwards, the rotating shaft rotates, the reset spring is tightened, the rotating gear drives the transmission gear to rotate, the first ratchet wheel is driven to rotate, the first ratchet wheel drives the second ratchet wheel to rotate, the second ratchet wheel drives the annular convex part, the limiting seat, the middle shaft to rotate and the driving gear to rotate, and the driving gear drives the gear part to rotate so as to drive the water throwing cylinder to rotate; meanwhile, the two centrifugal blocks are opened outwards under the action of centrifugal force, so that the rotating speed of the middle shaft and the rotating speed of the water throwing cylinder are increased; after the pull rope is pulled to the maximum degree, the pull of the handle is cancelled, the rotating shaft reversely rotates under the reset of the reset spring, the pull rope is wound on the rotating shaft again, meanwhile, the first ratchet wheel reversely rotates and slips with the second ratchet wheel, and the second ratchet wheel does not reversely rotate, so that the driving gear maintains the original rotation direction under the inertia effect, and the gear piece and the water throwing cylinder also maintain the original rotation direction under the inertia effect; after the pull rope is completely retracted, the pull rope is pulled outwards again to apply the power in the original direction to the water throwing cylinder, and the steps are repeated until the articles are dried.
