Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an LED lamp.
Background
Some existing LED lamps, such as industrial and mining lamps, generally comprise a rear cover, a housing, a light source plate and a lampshade, wherein the rear cover is fixed at the lower bottom of the housing, the light source plate is fixed at the upper bottom of the housing, and the lampshade is also arranged on the upper portion of the light source plate. The rear cover and the shell are fixedly connected together through screws, and the number of the screws is 2-4. The lamp shade is also fixed on the light source board through a plurality of screws. When each screw is installed, the holes corresponding to the rear cover and the shell are required to be manually aligned and then continuously screwed, so that the production efficiency is low and the labor cost is high. The degree of tightness of the screws is different, and sometimes, individual screws are neglected.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides the LED lamp, and the rear cover and the shell can be quickly and fixedly connected only by slightly pressing the lock column into the through hole and slightly rotating the lock column.
The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: an LED lamp comprises a bottom cover, a shell, a light source plate and a lamp shade. The rear cover is provided with a lock column which is cylindrical, and at least two locks protruding out of the outer surface of the cylinder are radially and uniformly distributed on the upper part of the lock column. The center of the bottom plate of the shell is provided with a circular through hole, and the diameter of the through hole is equal to or slightly larger than that of the lock column, so that the lock column can pass through the through hole and cannot be loosened too much. The center of the light source plate is provided with a fixing hole, and the diameter of the fixing hole is larger than that of the through hole. Grooves are uniformly distributed around the through holes, and the number and the positions of the grooves are matched with those of the lock catches, so that the lock catches can pass through the grooves. The grooves are formed between every two of the grooves to form a clamping table, and the lock catches pass through the grooves to rotate for a certain angle and then are tightly pressed on the clamping table of the bottom plate of the shell.
As further optimization, the lock post and the rear cover are integrally formed.
As further optimization, at least two lampshade buckles are arranged on the bottom surface of the lampshade, and the positions of the lampshade buckles correspond to the grooves. The lampshade is buckled into an L shape, the tail ends of the longitudinal edges are fixed on the lampshade, and the transverse edges are parallel to the lampshade and point to the outer side. The lampshade buckle can pass through the groove; the longitudinal edge of the lampshade fastener is at least partially thick and positioned in the groove. The longitudinal edge of the lampshade fastener inserted into the groove can block the lock catch to limit the lock column to rotate, so that the lock catch can not completely enter the groove to be separated. The lateral edge of the lampshade buckles pass through the fixing holes and then are tightly pressed on the lower surface of the light source plate or the lower surface of the bottom plate of the shell.
And as further optimization, a limiting block is arranged in the fixing hole of the light source plate, the limiting block faces into the fixing hole, and after the light source plate is arranged on the shell, the limiting block is attached to one side, close to the groove, of the surface of the clamping table.
The invention has the advantages that the rear cover and the shell are connected by the light source plate and the lampshade through the clamping instead of a plurality of screws, the product is assembled simply and rapidly, the assembly efficiency is high, the labor cost is low, and the quality is stable.

Detailed Description
The LED lamp shown in figures 1-3 comprises a plastic rear cover 1, an aluminum alloy shell 2, a light source plate 3 and a transparent lampshade 4. The light source board 3 is fixed on the upper plane of the bottom plate 21 of the shell, and the lampshade 4 is arranged in front of the light source board 3. The inner center of the rear cover 1 is provided with a lock column 11 which is integrally formed with the rear cover 1 through injection molding, and the lock column 11 is a cylindrical column with an upper opening and a lower opening. Four lock catches 12 protruding out of the outer surface are uniformly distributed around the cylinder in the radial direction on the upper part of the lock cylinder 11, and the lock catches 12 and the lock cylinder 11 are integrally formed. The bottom surface of the lock catch 12 is higher than the top end of the side wall of the rear cover 1, and the vertical distance between the bottom surface of the lock catch 12 and the top end of the side wall of the rear cover 1 is equal to the thickness of the bottom plate 21 of the shell. The lower surface of the latch 12 is planar. The center of the housing base plate 21 is provided with a circular through hole 22 penetrating the housing base plate 21, and the diameter of the through hole 22 is equal to that of the lock cylinder 11. The center of the light source plate 3 is provided with a fixing hole 31, and the diameter of the fixing hole 31 is larger than that of the through hole 22 but smaller than that of the bottom of the groove 23. Four grooves 23 are uniformly distributed around the through hole 22, the positions of the grooves 23 are matched with the lock catches 12, and the lock catches 12 pass through the grooves 22 and then rotate for a certain angle to be tightly pressed on the clamping table 24 of the bottom plate 21 of the shell.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2 and 4 to 6, four cover buttons 41 are integrally formed with the cover on the bottom surface of the cover 4. The position of the lampshade fastener 41 corresponds to the groove 23. The lamp shade buckle 41 is L-shaped, the tail end of the longitudinal edge 411 is integrally formed on the lamp shade 4, and the bottom of the transverse edge 412 is parallel to the lamp shade 4 and points to the outer side of the lamp shade. The cross-sectional profile of the canopy clip 41 is slightly smaller than the cross-sectional profile of the recess 23 so that the canopy clip 41 can pass through the recess. The entire thickness of the longitudinal edge 411 of the lampshade fastener is positioned in the groove 23, so that the lock catch 12 can not rotate into the groove 23 and can be separated. The lamp shade buckle 41 passes through the fixing hole 31 and then the transverse edge 412 is pressed on the lower surface of the light source plate 3, so that the lamp shade is fixed on the light source plate 3. Four integrally formed limiting blocks 32 extending to the center of the fixing hole 31 are uniformly distributed in the fixing hole 31 of the light source plate 3, and the limiting blocks 32 are attached to the same side, close to the groove 23, of the surface of the clamping table 24 after being arranged on the bottom plate 21 of the shell.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the present invention.
