The articulating mechanism of a push-pull folding table of claim 4 wherein the first and second turntables are provided with first and second endstops at their peripheral edges, the first endstop being positioned to correspond to the upper endstop and the second endstop being positioned to correspond to the lower endstop, the second endstop of the first turntable being positioned adjacent the outer end of the first linkage link and the first endstop of the second turntable being positioned adjacent the outer end of the second linkage link.

The articulating mechanism of a push-pull folding table of claim 5 wherein the first limit stop of the first turntable is disposed opposite the outer end of the first synchronized linkage link and the second limit stop of the second turntable is disposed opposite the outer end of the second synchronized linkage link.
7. The articulating mechanism of a push-pull folding table of claim 6 wherein the sliding pivot has first rollers at opposite ends, the opposing inner side walls of the articulating body have guide runners, and the first rollers are disposed in the guide runners in a rolling manner.
