Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of snow cleaning vehicle nozzles, and particularly relates to a sealing device of a blast pipe of a pneumatic hot air nozzle special for a snow cleaning and deicing vehicle.
Background
The snow removing vehicle is mechanical equipment for removing the accumulated snow on the road in the north, and the traditional snow removing vehicle is provided with a rolling brush in front of a vehicle head and is used for removing the accumulated snow on the road to the roadside by rotating the rolling brush. For the road surface which just runs snow, the snow cleaning vehicle has ideal cleaning effect, and the ground can be directly exposed after cleaning. However, the snow sweeper has the disadvantages that firstly, the roller brush cannot clean snow blocks formed by snow compacted by other vehicles, secondly, the roller brush cannot clean ice on the road surface, and thirdly, the cleaned snow is only stacked beside the road and still needs to be collected, cleaned and transported by matching with mechanical equipment such as a forklift and the like.
The metal baffle is arranged in front of the vehicle head of the snow removal vehicle, and the snow removal vehicle can not only clean snow blocks formed by the compaction of snow by other vehicles, but also clean the icing on the road surface, namely, the snow removal vehicle has the functions of removing snow and ice. However, the snow sweeper has limited snow clearing and deicing effects, and the road surface cleaned by the snow sweeper may still be covered with a layer of thin ice or snow.
To the problem in the field of snow removing vehicles, the team applies a quick-freezing hot air type snow and ice removing vehicle, so that snow removing and ice removing functions are realized, the road surface treated by the vehicle is directly exposed, and ice and snow are collected. However, a technical detail is not taken into account in this patent. The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) according to the invention, a plurality of groups of sliding wheel sets are distributed on the circumference of the air spraying pipe in an array manner, each group of sliding wheel sets comprises at least two air spraying pipe sliding wheels which are sequentially arranged along the vertical direction, and sliding wheel bodies of the air spraying pipe sliding wheels are arranged on a vertical slideway in the nozzle main body; under above-mentioned structure, the nozzle position can be along with the automatic adjustment of ground height, avoids the nozzle to be damaged by the hail, improves the life of nozzle.
2) In the invention, the nozzles can be tightly attached to the ground by utilizing the gravity action of the air spraying pipes and the accessories thereof, thereby improving the snow-removing and deicing effects.
3) In the invention, the bottom of the air spraying pipe is provided with a grounding wheel, the bottom of the air spraying pipe is also provided with a pit crossing device, the pit crossing device comprises two guide wheels which are obliquely arranged, the connecting line of the two guide wheels is tangent to the grounding wheel, the ground clearance of the lower guide wheel is smaller than the radius of the grounding wheel, the guide wheels are connected through a belt, and the guide wheels are connected with the air spraying pipe through a connecting frame; under above-mentioned structure, the nozzle not only can avoid colliding with of ice bag, also can follow and easily climb out between two adjacent ice bags.
4) In the invention, the upper end of the air spraying pipe is provided with two groups of air volume control devices which are oppositely arranged, and each group of air volume control device comprises: the air quantity valve is horizontally arranged on a slide way on the air spraying pipe, the upper surface of the air quantity valve is connected with the first valve gear through a rack, the first valve gear is meshed with the second valve gear, the second valve gear is meshed with a rack vertically arranged on the nozzle main body, the first valve gear and the second valve gear are both connected with the valve connecting frame through bearings, and the valve connecting frame is connected with the air spraying pipe; under the structure, the air quantity valve is automatically opened when the ice pack is large, and is automatically closed when the ice pack is small, so that the air quantity adjusting device has the function of automatically adjusting the air quantity along with the size of the ice pack, does not waste warm air resources, and has a proper cleaning effect.
