The dyeing effect of the hollowed-out rhombic fabric is poor due to the lack of active groups combined with dye molecules, the tight arrangement of molecular chains, the difficulty in permeation of the dye molecules into the interior of the fiber and the like of the conventional polyester fiber in the prior art, and the accuracy and the precision of the colored pattern on the hollowed-out rhombic fabric are low.

(2) according to the preparation method of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out rhombic fabric, disclosed by the invention, the diatomic alcohol with a silicon-containing main chain and a specific structure is introduced into a polyester molecular chain, so that the cavity free volume of the polyester is increased, water and oxygen-containing micromolecules can easily permeate into the polyester to carry out oxidative degradation and hydrolysis on the polyester, the degradability of the fiber is improved to a certain extent, and the polyester fiber is favorably recycled;
(3) the preparation method of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out rhombic fabric is simple to operate, and only polyester is modified, a groove breaking roller and a variable frequency yarn shifter are additionally arranged in a DTY (draw texturing yarn) device, and the yarn bundle is controlled to pass through the surface of the groove breaking roller along a specific direction at a specific frequency;
(4) according to the preparation method of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric, provided by the invention, the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric, which has clear nubs and details, excellent air permeability and excellent dyeing effect and can be dyed with beautiful dark and light stripes when dyed by the same dye bath, can be prepared.

Example 1
The preparation method of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out rhombic fabric comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing modified polyester;
(1.1) esterification reaction;
preparing terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol and dimethyl silicon glycol into slurry, adding antimony trioxide, titanium dioxide and triphenyl phosphate, uniformly mixing, pressurizing in a nitrogen atmosphere to perform esterification reaction, wherein the pressurizing pressure is 0.3MPa, the esterification reaction temperature is 250 ℃, and the esterification reaction endpoint is when the distilled amount of water in the esterification reaction reaches 95 of a theoretical value, wherein the molar ratio of the terephthalic acid to the ethylene glycol to the dimethyl silicon glycol is 1:1.2:0.05, and the adding amounts of the antimony trioxide, the titanium dioxide and the triphenyl phosphate are respectively 0.03 wt%, 0.22 wt% and 0.02 wt% of the adding amount of the terephthalic acid;
(1.2) polycondensation reaction;
after the esterification reaction is finished, starting the polycondensation reaction in a low vacuum stage under the condition of negative pressure, wherein the pressure in the stage is stably pumped from normal pressure to absolute pressure of 490Pa within 30min, the reaction temperature is 252 ℃, the reaction time is 35min, then continuing to pump vacuum, and carrying out the polycondensation reaction in a high vacuum stage, so that the reaction pressure is further reduced to absolute pressure of 100Pa, the reaction temperature is 270 ℃, the reaction time is 50min, and the number average molecular weight of the prepared modified polyester is 25000 and the molecular weight distribution index is 1.8;
(2) preparing modified polyester POY (polyester pre-oriented yarn);
the modified polyester POY is obtained after the modified polyester melt is subjected to metering, spinneret plate extrusion, cooling, oiling and winding, and the parameters of the POY process are as follows: the spinning temperature is 285 ℃, the cooling temperature is 17 ℃, and the winding speed is 3500 m/min;
(3) preparing terylene low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric;
the DTY equipment for the polyester DTY process comprises a raw silk frame, a filament cutter, a zero roller, a variable-frequency filament shifter, a groove breaking roller, a first roller, a slide rail, a first hot box, a cooling plate, a false twister, a tension meter, a second roller, a network nozzle, a second hot box, a third roller, an oil wheel and a winder, wherein the groove breaking roller is a roller with a plurality of annular grooves engraved on the peripheral surface, the annular grooves surround the central shaft of the roller and are distributed at equal intervals along the central shaft of the roller, the variable-frequency filament shifter is used for driving modified polyester POY filaments to reciprocate on the peripheral surface of the groove breaking roller along the central shaft of the roller, and the diameter of the end surface of the groove breaking roller is 80 mm; the distance between two adjacent grooves is 6mm, and the distance between the two grooves on the outermost side in the central axis direction of the roller and the end of the roller closest to the grooves is 3.25 mm; the depth of the grooves is 2.6mm, the width is 4mm, and the number of the grooves is 4;
the modified polyester POY yarn on the original yarn frame is guided out by a yarn guide pipe and then sequentially passes through a yarn cutter, a zero roller, a variable frequency yarn moving device, the surface of a groove breaking roller, a first hot box, a cooling plate, a false twister, a tension meter, a second roller, a network nozzle, a second hot box, a third roller, an oil wheel and a winder to complete the processes of yarn guide, plying, network, heating and stretching, false twisting, heat setting and winding, namely the DTY process is completed to obtain the hollow diamond-shaped polyester low stretch yarn for the fabric, wherein the moving period of the variable frequency yarn moving device is 99 reciprocating times/min, and the parameters of the DTY process are as follows: the spinning speed is 400m/min, the setting overfeed rate is 3.5 percent, the winding overfeed rate is 4.0 percent, the first hot box temperature is 190 ℃, the second hot box temperature is 170 ℃, and the drawing ratio is 1.7.
The single-filament fineness of the prepared polyester low-stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric is 0.9dtex, the crimp shrinkage rate is 11.0%, the crimp stability is 79%, the linear density deviation rate is 1.1%, the breaking strength is 2.75cN/dtex, the breaking strength CV value is 3.7%, the elongation at break is 33.0%, the elongation at break CV value is 7.9%, the crimp shrinkage rate variation coefficient CV value is 8.8%, the boiling water shrinkage rate is 2.0%, the oil content is 2 wt%, the polyester low-stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric is in a bamboo joint shape, and the bamboo joint length is 3.1 pieces/m.
The dye uptake of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric at the temperature of 130 ℃ is 88.3%, the K/S value is 22.62, the soaping-resistant color fastness reaches 5 grade, the dry rubbing fastness reaches 5 grade, and the wet rubbing fastness reaches 5 grade.
Comparative example 1
The preparation method of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric is basically the same as that in the embodiment 1, and is different from the step that polyester is not modified, the single-filament fineness of the prepared polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric is 0.9dtex, the crimp shrinkage is 10.0%, the crimp stability is 75%, the linear density deviation rate is 1.1%, the breaking strength is 2.82cN/dtex, the breaking strength CV value is 3.7%, the elongation at break is 32.0%, the elongation at break CV value is 7.9%, the crimp shrinkage variation coefficient CV value is 8.8%, the boiling water shrinkage is 2.2%, the oil content is 2.0 wt%, the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric is in a bamboo joint shape, and the bamboo joint length is 3.1/m; under the same pressure condition as that of example 1, the dye uptake rate of the polyester is 85.0 percent under the temperature condition of 130 ℃, the K/S value is 20.61, the soaping-resistant color fastness is 4-5 grades, the polyester staining is 4-5 grades, the cotton staining is 4 grades, the dry rubbing fastness is 4-5 grades, and the wet rubbing fastness is 3-4 grades. The two comparisons show that the dyeing property of the polyester fiber is greatly improved by modifying the polyester, and the mechanical property is not influenced.
Comparative example 2
The preparation method of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric is basically the same as that in the embodiment 1, and is characterized in that 1, 6-hexanediol is adopted to replace dimethyl silicon glycol in the step (1), the single-filament number of the prepared polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric is 0.9dtex, the crimp shrinkage rate is 11.0%, the crimp stability is 76%, the linear density deviation rate is 1.1%, the breaking strength is 2.84cN/dtex, the breaking strength CV value is 3.7%, the elongation at break is 31.6%, the elongation at break CV value is 7.9%, the crimp shrinkage variation coefficient CV value is 8.8%, the boiling water shrinkage rate is 2.2%, the oil content is 2.0 wt%, the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric is in a slub shape, and the slub length is 3.1/m; under the same pressure condition as that of the example 1, the dye uptake rate of the polyester is 85.6 percent under the temperature condition of 130 ℃, the K/S value is 20.87, the soaping fastness is 4-5 grade, the polyester staining is 4 grade, the cotton staining is 4 grade, the dry rubbing fastness is 4 grade, the wet rubbing fastness is 4 grade, and the dye uptake rate is lower than that of the polyester/cotton blended yarn.
Compared with the embodiment 1, the introduction of the dihydric alcohol (dimethyl silicon glycol) with silicon in the main chain enables the main chain of the macromolecule to contain-Si-O-Si-bonds, so that the silicon-oxygen bond gap is larger, the internal rotation activation energy is lower, and the free rotation of atoms is facilitated, so that the free volume of cavities is increased, and the dyeing property of the fiber is more facilitated compared with that of a long branched chain substituent.
Comparative example 3
The preparation method of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out rhombic fabric is basically the same as that in the embodiment 1, and is different in that DTY equipment adopted in the preparation of the polyester yarn does not contain a variable frequency yarn shifter and a groove breaking roller. The finally prepared polyester yarn is the conventional polyester DTY yarn and is not bamboo-like, and comparing the example 1 with the comparative example 1 shows that the invention can prepare the bamboo-like DTY yarn just under the action of the variable-frequency yarn shifter and the groove breaking roller.
Example 2
The preparation method of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out rhombic fabric comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing modified polyester;
(1.1) esterification reaction;
preparing terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol and dimethyl diphenyl disiloxane glycol into slurry, adding antimony trioxide, titanium dioxide and trimethyl phosphate, uniformly mixing, pressurizing in a nitrogen atmosphere to perform esterification reaction, wherein the pressurizing pressure is 0.2MPa, the esterification reaction temperature is 252 ℃, and the end point of the esterification reaction is when the distilled amount of water in the esterification reaction reaches 90% of a theoretical value, wherein the molar ratio of the terephthalic acid to the ethylene glycol to the dimethyl diphenyl disiloxane glycol is 1:1.2:0.03, and the adding amounts of the antimony trioxide to the titanium dioxide to the trimethyl phosphate are 0.04 wt%, 0.20 wt% and 0.04 wt% of the adding amount of the terephthalic acid respectively;
(1.2) polycondensation reaction;
after the esterification reaction is finished, starting the polycondensation reaction in a low vacuum stage under the negative pressure condition, smoothly pumping the pressure in the stage from normal pressure to absolute pressure of 420Pa within 35min, controlling the reaction temperature to be 255 ℃ and the reaction time to be 40min, then continuing to pump vacuum, and carrying out the polycondensation reaction in a high vacuum stage to further reduce the reaction pressure to absolute pressure of 95Pa, control the reaction temperature to be 271 ℃ and control the reaction time to be 55min, wherein the number average molecular weight of the prepared modified polyester is 26300 and the molecular weight distribution index is 2.2;
(2) preparing modified polyester POY (polyester pre-oriented yarn);
the modified polyester POY is obtained after the modified polyester melt is subjected to metering, spinneret plate extrusion, cooling, oiling and winding, and the parameters of the POY process are as follows: the spinning temperature is 280 ℃, the cooling temperature is 17 ℃, and the winding speed is 3200 m/min;
(3) preparing terylene low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric;
the modified polyester POY yarn is prepared into the hollow diamond-shaped polyester low stretch yarn for the fabric by adopting DTY equipment with the same structure as that in the embodiment 1 and through the DTY process flow basically same as that in the embodiment 1, and the DTY process is different from the embodiment 1 in that the moving period of the variable frequency yarn shifter is 5 reciprocating times/min, and the DTY process has the following parameters: the spinning speed is 400m/min, the setting overfeed rate is 5.5 percent, the winding overfeed rate is 3.0 percent, the temperature of the first hot box is 180 ℃, the temperature of the second hot box is 160 ℃, and the drawing ratio is 1.65.
The produced terylene low stretch yarn for the hollow diamond fabric has the filament number of 0.7dtex, the crimp shrinkage of 10.0 percent, the crimp stability of 81 percent, the linear density deviation rate of 1.2 percent, the breaking strength of 3.35cN/dtex, the breaking strength CV value of 4.0 percent, the elongation at break of 35.0 percent, the elongation at break CV value of 7.4 percent, the crimp shrinkage variation coefficient CV value of 8.9 percent, the boiling water shrinkage of 1.8 percent and the oil content of 2 percent by weight, is in a bamboo joint shape, and has the bamboo joint length of 5.80 pieces/m.
The dye uptake of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric at the temperature of 130 ℃ is 88.3%, the K/S value is 25.54, the soaping-resistant color fastness reaches 5 grade, the dry rubbing fastness reaches 5 grade, and the wet rubbing fastness reaches 5 grade.
Example 3
The preparation method of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out rhombic fabric comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing modified polyester;
(1.1) esterification reaction;
preparing terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol and tetramethyldisiloxane glycol into slurry, adding ethylene glycol antimony, titanium dioxide and trimethyl phosphite, uniformly mixing, pressurizing in a nitrogen atmosphere to perform esterification reaction, wherein the pressurizing pressure is 0.1MPa, the esterification reaction temperature is 255 ℃, the esterification reaction endpoint is the time point when the water distillate in the esterification reaction reaches 92% of a theoretical value, the molar ratio of the terephthalic acid to the ethylene glycol to the tetramethyldisiloxane glycol is 1:1.5:0.03, and the adding amounts of the ethylene glycol antimony, the titanium dioxide and the trimethyl phosphite are respectively 0.05 wt%, 0.24 wt% and 0.01 wt% of the adding amount of the terephthalic acid;
(1.2) polycondensation reaction;
after the esterification reaction is finished, starting the polycondensation reaction in a low vacuum stage under the condition of negative pressure, stably pumping the pressure in the stage from normal pressure to the absolute pressure of 500Pa within 45min, controlling the reaction temperature to be 256 ℃ and the reaction time to be 30min, then continuously pumping the vacuum to perform the polycondensation reaction in a high vacuum stage, further reducing the reaction pressure to the absolute pressure of 96Pa, controlling the reaction temperature to be 273 ℃ and the reaction time to be 60min, wherein the number average molecular weight of the prepared modified polyester is 25800 and the molecular weight distribution index is 2.0;
(2) preparing modified polyester POY (polyester pre-oriented yarn);
the modified polyester POY is obtained after the modified polyester melt is subjected to metering, spinneret plate extrusion, cooling, oiling and winding, and the parameters of the POY process are as follows: the spinning temperature is 285 ℃, the cooling temperature is 20 ℃, and the winding speed is 3600 m/min;
(3) preparing terylene low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric;
the modified polyester POY yarn is prepared into the hollow diamond-shaped polyester low stretch yarn for the fabric by adopting DTY equipment with the same structure as that in the embodiment 1 and through the DTY process flow basically same as that in the embodiment 1, and the DTY process is different from the embodiment 1 in that the moving period of the variable frequency yarn shifter is 15 reciprocating times/min, and the DTY process has the following parameters: the spinning speed is 500m/min, the setting overfeed rate is 3.5 percent, the winding overfeed rate is 3.0 percent, the temperature of the first hot box is 180 ℃, the temperature of the second hot box is 150 ℃, and the drawing ratio is 1.8.
The produced terylene low stretch yarn for the hollow diamond fabric has the filament number of 0.7dtex, the crimp shrinkage of 9.0 percent, the crimp stability of 83 percent, the linear density deviation rate of 1.1 percent, the breaking strength of 2.65cN/dtex, the breaking strength CV value of 3.95 percent, the elongation at break of 32.0 percent, the elongation at break CV value of 7.6 percent, the variation coefficient CV value of the crimp shrinkage of 9.0 percent, the boiling water shrinkage of 2.0 percent and the oil content of 2.2 percent by weight, is in a bamboo joint shape, and the bamboo joint length of 3.1 pieces/m.
The dye uptake of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric at the temperature of 130 ℃ is 89.5%, the K/S value is 22.62, the soaping-resistant color fastness reaches 5 grade, the dry rubbing fastness reaches 5 grade, and the wet rubbing fastness reaches 6 grade.
Example 4
The preparation method of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out rhombic fabric comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing modified polyester;
(1.1) esterification reaction;
preparing terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol and dimethyl silicon glycol into slurry, adding ethylene glycol antimony titanium dioxide and triphenyl phosphate, uniformly mixing, pressurizing in a nitrogen atmosphere to perform esterification reaction, wherein the pressurizing pressure is 0.1MPa, the esterification reaction temperature is 250 ℃, the esterification reaction endpoint is when the water distillate in the esterification reaction reaches 95% of a theoretical value, the molar ratio of the terephthalic acid to the ethylene glycol to the dimethyl silicon glycol is 1:1.7:0.04, and the adding amounts of the ethylene glycol antimony, the titanium dioxide and the triphenyl phosphate are respectively 0.04 wt%, 0.25 wt% and 0.03 wt% of the adding amount of the terephthalic acid;
(1.2) polycondensation reaction;
after the esterification reaction is finished, starting the polycondensation reaction in a low vacuum stage under the condition of negative pressure, stably pumping the pressure in the stage from normal pressure to absolute pressure of 440Pa within 40min, controlling the reaction temperature to be 260 ℃ and the reaction time to be 40min, then continuing to pump vacuum, and carrying out the polycondensation reaction in a high vacuum stage to further reduce the reaction pressure to absolute pressure of 99Pa, control the reaction temperature to be 273 ℃ and control the reaction time to be 75min, wherein the number average molecular weight of the prepared modified polyester is 27000 and the molecular weight distribution index is 1.9;
(2) preparing modified polyester POY (polyester pre-oriented yarn);
the modified polyester POY is obtained after the modified polyester melt is subjected to metering, spinneret plate extrusion, cooling, oiling and winding, and the parameters of the POY process are as follows: the spinning temperature is 282 ℃, the cooling temperature is 20 ℃, and the winding speed is 3500 m/min;
(3) preparing terylene low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric;
the modified polyester POY yarn is prepared into the hollow diamond-shaped polyester low stretch yarn for the fabric by adopting DTY equipment with the same structure as that in the embodiment 1 and through the DTY process flow basically same as that in the embodiment 1, and the DTY process is different from the embodiment 1 in that the moving period of the variable frequency yarn shifter is 25 reciprocating times/min, and the DTY process has the following parameters: the spinning speed is 600m/min, the setting overfeed rate is 4.5 percent, the winding overfeed rate is 5.5 percent, the temperature of the first hot box is 200 ℃, the temperature of the second hot box is 150 ℃, and the drawing ratio is 1.6.
The single-filament fineness of the prepared polyester low-stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric is 1.5dtex, the crimp shrinkage rate is 9.0%, the crimp stability is 78%, the linear density deviation rate is 1.0%, the breaking strength is 3.0cN/dtex, the breaking strength CV value is 3.5%, the elongation at break is 38.0%, the elongation at break CV value is 8.0%, the crimp shrinkage rate variation coefficient CV value is 8.5%, the boiling water shrinkage rate is 2.5%, the oil content is 2.6 wt%, the polyester low-stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric is in a bamboo joint shape, and the bamboo joint length is 4.3 pieces/m.
The dye uptake of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric at the temperature of 130 ℃ is 90.3%, the K/S value is 24.55, the soaping-resistant color fastness reaches 5 grade, the dry rubbing fastness reaches 5 grade, and the wet rubbing fastness reaches 6 grade.
Example 5
The preparation method of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out rhombic fabric comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing modified polyester;
(1.1) esterification reaction;
preparing terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol and dimethyl diphenyl disiloxane glycol into slurry, adding antimony acetate, titanium dioxide and trimethyl phosphate, uniformly mixing, pressurizing in a nitrogen atmosphere to perform esterification reaction, wherein the pressurizing pressure is normal pressure, the esterification reaction temperature is 260 ℃, and the esterification reaction endpoint is when the water distillate in the esterification reaction reaches 91% of a theoretical value, wherein the molar ratio of the terephthalic acid to the ethylene glycol to the dimethyl diphenyl disiloxane glycol is 1:2.0:0.04, and the adding amounts of the antimony acetate to the titanium dioxide to the trimethyl phosphate are respectively 0.03 wt%, 0.25 wt% and 0.01 wt% of the adding amount of the terephthalic acid;
(1.2) polycondensation reaction;
after the esterification reaction is finished, starting the polycondensation reaction in a low vacuum stage under the negative pressure condition, stably pumping the pressure in the stage from normal pressure to absolute pressure of 490Pa within 50min, at the reaction temperature of 258 ℃ for 35min, then continuing to pump vacuum, and carrying out the polycondensation reaction in a high vacuum stage, so that the reaction pressure is further reduced to absolute pressure of 100Pa, the reaction temperature is 274 ℃, the reaction time is 80min, and the number average molecular weight of the prepared modified polyester is 28000 and the molecular weight distribution index is 2.1;
(2) preparing modified polyester POY (polyester pre-oriented yarn);
the modified polyester POY is obtained after the modified polyester melt is subjected to metering, spinneret plate extrusion, cooling, oiling and winding, and the parameters of the POY process are as follows: the spinning temperature is 280 ℃, the cooling temperature is 17 ℃, and the winding speed is 3200 m/min;
(3) preparing terylene low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric;
the modified polyester POY yarn is prepared into the hollow diamond-shaped polyester low stretch yarn for the fabric by adopting DTY equipment with the same structure as that in the embodiment 1 and through the DTY process flow basically same as that in the embodiment 1, and the DTY process is different from the embodiment 1 in that the moving period of the variable frequency yarn shifter is 50 reciprocating times/min, and the DTY process has the following parameters: the spinning speed is 800m/min, the setting overfeed rate is 4.0 percent, the winding overfeed rate is 4.5 percent, the temperature of the first hot box is 195 ℃, the temperature of the second hot box is 170 ℃, and the drawing ratio is 1.6.
The single-filament fineness of the prepared polyester low-stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric is 1.2dtex, the crimp shrinkage rate is 11.0%, the crimp stability is 78%, the linear density deviation rate is 1.2%, the breaking strength is 2.90cN/dtex, the breaking strength CV value is 3.7%, the elongation at break is 32.0%, the elongation at break CV value is 7.6%, the crimp shrinkage rate variation coefficient CV value is 9.0%, the boiling water shrinkage rate is 1.5%, the oil content is 3 wt%, the polyester low-stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric is in a bamboo joint shape, and the bamboo joint length is 4.9 pieces/m.

The preparation method of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out rhombic fabric comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing modified polyester;
(1.1) esterification reaction;
preparing terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol and tetramethyl disiloxane glycol into slurry, adding antimony acetate, titanium dioxide and trimethyl phosphite, uniformly mixing, pressurizing in a nitrogen atmosphere to perform esterification reaction, wherein the pressurizing pressure is normal pressure, the esterification reaction temperature is 254 ℃, the esterification reaction endpoint is when the water distillation amount in the esterification reaction reaches 94% of a theoretical value, the molar ratio of the terephthalic acid to the ethylene glycol to the tetramethyl disiloxane glycol is 1:2.0:0.05, and the adding amounts of the antimony acetate to the titanium dioxide to the trimethyl phosphite are respectively 0.04 wt%, 0.20 wt% and 0.05 wt% of the adding amount of the terephthalic acid;
(1.2) polycondensation reaction;
after the esterification reaction is finished, starting the polycondensation reaction in a low vacuum stage under the condition of negative pressure, stably pumping the pressure in the stage from normal pressure to absolute pressure of 450Pa within 35min, controlling the reaction temperature to be 250 ℃ and the reaction time to be 50min, then continuing to pump vacuum, and carrying out the polycondensation reaction in a high vacuum stage to further reduce the reaction pressure to absolute pressure of 100Pa, control the reaction temperature to be 275 ℃ and control the reaction time to be 85min, wherein the number average molecular weight of the prepared modified polyester is 29000 and the molecular weight distribution index is 1.9;
(2) preparing modified polyester POY (polyester pre-oriented yarn);
the modified polyester POY is obtained after the modified polyester melt is subjected to metering, spinneret plate extrusion, cooling, oiling and winding, and the parameters of the POY process are as follows: the spinning temperature is 283 ℃, the cooling temperature is 20 ℃, and the winding speed is 3600 m/min;
(3) preparing terylene low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric;
the modified polyester POY yarn is prepared into the hollow diamond-shaped polyester low stretch yarn for the fabric by adopting DTY equipment with the same structure as that in the embodiment 1 and through the DTY process flow basically same as that in the embodiment 1, and the DTY process is different from the embodiment 1 in that the moving period of the variable frequency yarn shifter is 75 reciprocating times/min, and the DTY process has the following parameters: the spinning speed is 800m/min, the setting overfeed rate is 5.5 percent, the winding overfeed rate is 5.5 percent, the temperature of the first hot box is 200 ℃, the temperature of the second hot box is 160 ℃, and the drawing ratio is 1.6.
The single-filament fineness of the prepared polyester low-stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric is 1.5dtex, the crimp shrinkage rate is 11.0%, the crimp stability is 79%, the linear density deviation rate is 1.1%, the breaking strength is 3.05cN/dtex, the breaking strength CV value is 4.0%, the elongation at break is 34.0%, the elongation at break CV value is 8.0%, the crimp shrinkage rate variation coefficient CV value is 9.0%, the boiling water shrinkage rate is 2.0%, the oil content is 3 wt%, the polyester low-stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric is in a bamboo joint shape, and the bamboo joint length is 5.80 pieces/m.
The dye uptake of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric at the temperature of 130 ℃ is 91.2%, the K/S value is 25.54, the soaping-resistant color fastness reaches 5 grade, the dry rubbing fastness reaches 5 grade, and the wet rubbing fastness reaches 5 grade.

The preparation method of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out rhombic fabric comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing modified polyester;
(1.1) esterification reaction;
preparing terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol and tetramethyl disiloxane glycol into slurry, adding antimony trioxide, titanium dioxide and trimethyl phosphate, uniformly mixing, pressurizing in a nitrogen atmosphere to perform esterification reaction, wherein the pressurizing pressure is 0.3MPa, the esterification reaction temperature is 260 ℃, and the esterification reaction endpoint is when the distilled amount of water in the esterification reaction reaches 99% of a theoretical value, wherein the molar ratio of the terephthalic acid to the ethylene glycol to the tetramethyl disiloxane glycol is 1:1.3:0.03, and the adding amounts of the antimony trioxide to the titanium dioxide to the trimethyl phosphate are 0.04 wt%, 0.21 wt% and 0.01 wt% of the adding amount of the terephthalic acid respectively;
(1.2) polycondensation reaction;
after the esterification reaction is finished, starting the polycondensation reaction in a low vacuum stage under the condition of negative pressure, stably pumping the pressure in the stage from normal pressure to the absolute pressure of 500Pa within 45min, controlling the reaction temperature to be 250 ℃ and the reaction time to be 50min, then continuing to pump vacuum, and carrying out the polycondensation reaction in a high vacuum stage, so that the reaction pressure is further reduced to the absolute pressure of 90Pa, the reaction temperature is 277 ℃, the reaction time is 90min, and the number average molecular weight of the prepared modified polyester is 30000 and the molecular weight distribution index is 1.8;
(2) preparing modified polyester POY (polyester pre-oriented yarn);
the modified polyester POY is obtained after the modified polyester melt is subjected to metering, spinneret plate extrusion, cooling, oiling and winding, and the parameters of the POY process are as follows: the spinning temperature is 280 ℃, the cooling temperature is 20 ℃, and the winding speed is 3500 m/min;
(3) preparing terylene low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric;
the modified polyester POY yarn is prepared into the hollow diamond-shaped polyester low stretch yarn for the fabric by adopting DTY equipment with the same structure as that in the embodiment 1 and through the DTY process flow basically same as that in the embodiment 1, and the DTY process is different from the embodiment 1 in that the moving period of the variable frequency yarn shifter is 90 reciprocating times/min, and the DTY process has the following parameters: the spinning speed is 700m/min, the setting overfeed rate is 3.5 percent, the winding overfeed rate is 5.0 percent, the temperature of the first hot box is 180 ℃, the temperature of the second hot box is 155 ℃, and the drawing ratio is 1.8.
The single-filament fineness of the prepared polyester low-stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric is 1.0dtex, the crimp shrinkage rate is 9.0%, the crimp stability is 80%, the linear density deviation rate is 1.2%, the breaking strength is 3.0cN/dtex, the breaking strength CV value is 3.6%, the elongation at break is 35.0%, the elongation at break CV value is 7.9%, the crimp shrinkage rate variation coefficient CV value is 8.4%, the boiling water shrinkage rate is 2.5%, the oil content is 2.8 wt%, the polyester low-stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric is in a bamboo joint shape, and the bamboo joint length is 3.1 pieces/m.
The dye uptake of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric at the temperature of 130 ℃ is 90.8%, the K/S value is 22.62, the soaping-resistant color fastness reaches 5 grade, the dry rubbing fastness reaches 5 grade, and the wet rubbing fastness reaches 5 grade.

Claims (10)

1. The preparation method of the terylene low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out rhombic fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps: preparing modified polyester POY yarns from the modified polyester melt according to a POY process, processing the modified polyester POY yarns according to a DTY process, arranging a groove breaking roller and a variable-frequency yarn shifter between a zero roller and a first roller of a DTY device, and passing modified polyester tows through the surface of the groove breaking roller to prepare the hollow diamond-shaped polyester low stretch yarns for the fabrics;
the preparation method of the modified polyester comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol and dihydric alcohol with a silicon-containing main chain, and then sequentially carrying out esterification reaction and polycondensation reaction;
the dihydric alcohol with silicon-containing main chain is dimethyl silicon glycol, dimethyl diphenyl disiloxane glycol or tetramethyl disiloxane glycol;
the groove breaking roller is a roller with a plurality of annular grooves engraved on the peripheral surface, the annular grooves surround the central shaft of the roller and are distributed at equal intervals along the central shaft of the roller, and the variable-frequency filament transfer device is used for driving the polyester POY filaments to reciprocate along the central shaft of the roller on the peripheral surface of the groove breaking roller;
the diameter of the end face of the groove breaking roller is 80 mm; the distance between two adjacent grooves is 6mm, and the distance between the two grooves on the outermost side in the central axis direction of the roller and the end of the roller closest to the grooves is 3.25 mm; the depth of the grooves is 2.6mm, the width is 4mm, and the number of the grooves is 4; the moving period of the variable-frequency wire moving device is 50-99 reciprocating times/min;
the temperature of a second hot box of the DTY process is 150-170 ℃.

The method for preparing the polyester drawn textured yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric, according to claim 1, wherein the single filament fineness of the polyester drawn textured yarn for the hollowed-out diamond fabric is 0.7 to 1.5dtex, the crimp shrinkage is 10.0 +/-1.0%, the crimp stability is not less than 78%, the linear density deviation rate is not more than 1.2%, the breaking strength is 3.0 +/-0.35 cN/dtex, the CV value of the breaking strength is not more than 4.0%, the elongation at break is 35.0 +/-3.0%, the CV value of the elongation at break is not more than 8.0%, the CV value of the variation coefficient of the crimp shrinkage is not more than 9.0%, the shrinkage in boiling water is 2.0 +/-0.5%, and the oil content is 2 to 3 wt%.
3. The method for preparing the terylene low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric according to claim 1, wherein the terylene low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric is in a bamboo joint shape, and the length of the bamboo joint is 3.1-5.80 pieces/m.

The preparation method of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric according to claim 1, wherein the dyeing rate of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric at a temperature of 130 ℃ is 88.3-91.2%, the K/S value is 22.62-25.54, the soaping-resistant color fastness reaches 5 grade, the dry rubbing fastness reaches 5 grade, and the wet rubbing fastness is higher than 4 grade.
5. The preparation method of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric according to claim 1, wherein the modified polyester is prepared by the following steps:
(1) performing esterification reaction;
preparing terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol and dihydric alcohol with a silicon-containing main chain into slurry, adding a catalyst, a delustering agent and a stabilizer, uniformly mixing, pressurizing in a nitrogen atmosphere to perform esterification reaction, wherein the pressurizing pressure is normal pressure to 0.3MPa, the esterification reaction temperature is 250-260 ℃, and the esterification reaction end point is determined when the distilled amount of water in the esterification reaction reaches more than 90% of a theoretical value;
(2) performing polycondensation reaction;
and after the esterification reaction is finished, starting the polycondensation reaction in the low vacuum stage under the negative pressure condition, stably pumping the pressure in the low vacuum stage from normal pressure to below 500Pa in 30-50 min at the reaction temperature of 250-260 ℃ for 30-50 min, then continuously pumping the vacuum to perform the polycondensation reaction in the high vacuum stage, so that the reaction pressure is further reduced to below 100Pa, the reaction temperature is 270-275 ℃, and the reaction time is 50-90 min.

The preparation method of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric, according to claim 5, wherein the molar ratio of the terephthalic acid to the glycol with the silicon-containing main chain is 1: 1.2-2.0: 0.03-0.05, and the addition amounts of the catalyst, the delustering agent and the stabilizer are 0.03-0.05 wt%, 0.20-0.25 wt% and 0.01-0.05 wt% of the addition amount of the terephthalic acid, respectively.

The method for preparing the terylene low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric according to claim 6, wherein the catalyst is antimony trioxide, ethylene glycol antimony or antimony acetate, the flatting agent is titanium dioxide, and the stabilizer is triphenyl phosphate, trimethyl phosphate or trimethyl phosphite.
8. The preparation method of the polyester drawn textured diamond fabric as claimed in claim 7, wherein the modified polyester has a number average molecular weight of 25000-30000 and a molecular weight distribution index of 1.8-2.2.
9. The preparation method of the polyester drawn textured diamond yarn for the hollowed-out diamond-shaped fabric according to claim 1, wherein the POY process comprises the following steps: metering, spinneret plate extrusion, cooling, oiling and winding;
the parameters of the POY process are as follows: the spinning temperature is 280-285 ℃, the cooling temperature is 17-20 ℃, and the winding speed is 3200-3600 m/min.
10. The preparation method of the polyester low stretch yarn for the hollowed-out rhombic fabric, according to claim 1, is characterized in that the DTY process comprises the following steps: carrying out thread guiding, heating and stretching, false twisting, heat setting and winding;
the DTY process has the following parameters: spinning speed is 400-800 m/min, setting overfeed rate is 3.5-5.5%, winding overfeed rate is 3.0-5.5%, temperature of a first hot box is 180-200 ℃, and stretching ratio is 1.6-1.8.
