Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for preparing a degradable polylactic acid film, in particular to a method for preparing a food-grade polylactic acid film by dissolving glacial acetic acid.
Background
Polylactic acid (PLA) film is a novel biodegradable material, has the basic characteristics of biodegradable plastics, can be safely disposed of after use, does not produce any harmful substance, has high film-forming properties, high transparency and high water vapor permeability compared to Polyethylene (PE) film, and has a wide range of raw material sources. In addition, PLA films also have the same printing properties as traditional film materials.
At present, a PLA film is mainly formed by adopting a solid or semi-solid material through modes of extrusion, stretching, blow molding and the like, and a forming medium does not have fluidity, so that the film forming process is complex, and therefore, a preparation method of a food-grade polylactic acid film which is simple in film forming process and has good toughness and degradability is needed to be provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for preparing a food-grade polylactic acid film by dissolving with glacial acetic acid, which has simple film preparation process and good toughness.
The invention provides a method for preparing a food-grade polylactic acid film by dissolving glacial acetic acid, which comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing: mixing polylactic acid particles and glacial acetic acid in proportion, and stirring while mixing to obtain a mixed solution;
(2) hot melting: placing the mixed solution at a constant temperature of 40-60 ℃ to shake and dissolve the mixed solution, so that the polylactic acid is completely dissolved to obtain a dissolved solution;
(3) film forming: heating a glass plate or a stainless steel plate with a smooth surface, keeping for a certain time, pouring the solution on the glass plate or the stainless steel plate, and uniformly coating;
(4) forming: after the polylactic acid on the glass plate or the stainless steel plate is formed into a film and dried, separating the polylactic acid film from the glass plate or the stainless steel plate;
(5) and (3) drying: and naturally airing the separated polylactic acid film to obtain the polylactic acid film.
Further, the purity of the glacial acetic acid in the step (1) is 99.5%, the polylactic acid particles and the glacial acetic acid with the purity of 99.5% are mixed according to the proportion that 15-30 ml of glacial acetic acid is added into 1 g of polylactic acid particles, the mixing and stirring time is 1-5 min, and the polylactic acid particles adopt 4032D polylactic acid particles produced by Nature Works in the United states.
Further, the shaking and dissolving time in the step (2) is 10-30 min.
Further, an antibacterial component is also added into the mixed solution in the step (2), and the antibacterial component is tea polyphenol or natamycin.
Further, in the step (3), the glass plate or the stainless steel plate is heated to 25-40 ℃, an anti-adhesive film is coated on the glass plate or the stainless steel plate, and then the solution is poured on the glass plate or the stainless steel plate.
Further, the step (4) of separating the polylactic acid film from the glass plate or the stainless steel plate means that the polylactic acid film is torn from the glass plate or the stainless steel plate after the glass plate or the stainless steel plate is soaked in water.
The invention also provides the food-grade polylactic acid film prepared by the method.
The invention utilizes a polar organic solvent glacial acetic acid to dissolve polylactic acid particles to prepare a film, and the polylactic acid particles are formed by polymerizing lactic acid molecules and have the same structure with carbonyloxy in the glacial acetic acid molecules. When glacial acetic acid is mixed with polylactic acid particles, the glacial acetic acid will dissolve the polylactic acid particles into a solution to have fluidity according to a similar compatibility principle. Because the glacial acetic acid molecules have volatility and can volatilize at a certain temperature, the polylactic acid molecules are re-aggregated to form a film after the glacial acetic acid is volatilized. The glacial acetic acid is food grade, no acetic acid residue is left after the polylactic acid is formed into a film, and other harmful substances such as a plasticizer, a lubricant and the like are not added in the film forming process, so that the prepared polylactic acid film has good food safety, can be directly contacted with food, and does not generate residues of the plasticizer, the lubricant and the like.
The film preparation process is simple, the prepared polylactic acid film belongs to food grade, not only has good toughness and degradability, but also has good gas permeability, can be used as a fresh-keeping packaging material and used for prolonging the storage life of foods such as chilled meat, fruits and vegetables, and the toughness of the polylactic acid film is superior to that of the existing fresh-keeping film.
