When the textile needs to be wound, a user firstly moves the baffles 15 on the left side and the right side to proper positions according to the width of the textile, then the textile is placed outside the four baffles 15 by the user, then the first motor 2 is started to enable the first rotating shaft 3 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 3 rotates to drive the parts on the first rotating shaft to rotate through the disc 4, so that the four baffles 15 can rotate, the textile can be wound, after a proper amount of textile is wound, the user closes the first motor 2 and holds scissors to cut the textile, then the user enables the first supporting rod 5 and the second supporting rod 6 to be closed through the power device 7, so that the upper sliding pipe 10 and the lower sliding pipe 10 can be closed through the matching of the straight hole 8 and the pin rod 9, the first spring 11 is compressed, the upper baffle 15 and the lower baffle 15 can be closed, so that the textile can be released from being wound, and then the user can move the wound textile leftwards to take down the four baffles 15, after the fabrics was taken off, the user made first branch 5 and second branch 6 keep away from mutually through power device 7, can make two baffle 15 about keeping away from under the effect of the elastic force of first spring 11 and reset, so can make things convenient for next time to twine the fabrics to do not need the user to twine the fabrics, and then can reduce user's intensity of labour, and can improve fabrics winding efficiency.
When the textile that will twine is taken off as needs, the user starts second motor 74 and makes gear 75 anticlockwise rotate, so can make arc rack 72 insert arc sliding sleeve 71 downwards in to can make first branch 5 and second branch 6 draw close together mutually, take off the back when the textile that twines is good, the user starts second motor 74 and makes gear 75 clockwise rotation, so can make first branch 5 and second branch 6 keep away from mutually and reset, after first branch 5 and second branch 6 reset, the user closes second motor 74.
