The inner side surface of the storage plate body 310 is provided with a draw-strap groove 340, the draw-strap stop bridge 350 is arranged above the draw-strap groove 340 in a straddling manner, and the draw-strap penetrating opening 351 is formed in the area between the draw-strap stop bridge 350 and the groove bottom of the draw-strap groove 340. The fixed end of the pull belt 400 is welded with the bottom of the pull belt groove 340; the pull strap slot 340 is close to the edge of the storage plate body 310, the inner end of the pull strap slot 340 is close to the hanging post 330, the other end of the pull strap slot 340 is penetrated out from the edge of the storage plate body 310 close to the pull strap slot 340 to form an open end, and the hanging end of the pull strap 400 is penetrated out from the open end after penetrating through the pull strap penetrating hole 351.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, a flexible inner surface layer 360 is attached to the inner surface of the storage plate body 310, and a flexible outer surface layer 370 is attached to the outer surface of the storage plate body 310.
