The five small turntable production platforms 70 are all rotationally connected to the large turntable support platform 30 through the rotating shaft 5, the bearing 7 and the rotating shaft seat 6, the rotating shaft 5 is also connected with the double-row chain wheel 8, the large turntable support platform 30 is also provided with five vertical motor mounting holes 70, the vertical motor mounting holes 70 are all provided with the vertical motors 90, the five vertical motors 90 are respectively connected to the double-row chain wheel 8 through the transmission of the chain 9, the small turntable reaction platform is connected through the transmission of the vertical motors 90, and when the dry-burning electric heating tube 11 is heated, vulcanized and shaped, the small turntable production platform 70 can be driven to rotate through the vertical motors 90, so that the polyurethane products are heated uniformly.

the vulcanization shaping reaction chamber 80 is heated by the dry heating electric heating tube 11, and cooled and frozen by the fan 2, so that the constant temperature effect can be achieved, and the unit space is twenty percent of the traditional production line, so that the temperature control precision is high, the space is fully utilized, and the energy and manpower resources are saved.
