As shown in fig. 1, a milling fixture structure for double-station eccentric wheel clamping comprises: the device comprises a base 1, a transmission piece 2, a left swing rod 3, a connecting plate 4, a movable jaw 5, a jacking column 6, a right swing rod 8 and an eccentric wheel 9;

A straight notch is arranged between the left swing rod and the right swing rod, a bolt is arranged in the notch, the bolt is connected with a round hole of the movable jaw through the straight notch, and the connection mode and the upper surface of the connecting plate jointly play a guiding role on the movable jaw. The bolt is in fastening connection with the movable jaw; the vertical circle center distance of the straight slot opening of the left swing rod and the right swing rod is 3mm, and the diameter of the straight slot opening is larger than that of the bolt, so that the bolt can relatively slide in a certain range in the slot opening, and simultaneously can relatively swing rod to perform rotary motion and superposition of the two actions of the relative sliding and the rotary motion, so that when the swing rod swings, the bolt and the movable jaw perform left-right translational motion.
The left swing rod and the right swing rod realize the swing transmission mode that: the handle drives the eccentric wheel to rotate, the eccentric wheel pushes the transmission piece to move leftwards, and the transmission piece pushes the swing rod to swing.
As shown in fig. 2a, 2b and 2c, when the handle is pressed down, the eccentric wheel is driven to rotate, the eccentric wheel pushes the transmission member to move leftwards, and the transmission member pushes the swing rod to swing. The bolt connected to the swing rod pushes the movable jaw to translate inwards, so that two workpieces are clamped simultaneously.
As shown in fig. 3a, 3b and 3c, when the handle is lifted, the movable jaw is reset under the action of the spring and the top post.
The transmission piece adopts 45# materials, and the eccentric wheel adopts T8A materials, so that good deformation resistance and wear resistance are ensured.
