The above patents suffer from the following disadvantages: the bending device for electronic product production is needed to solve the above problems because the bending device for electronic product production is required to bend the electronic product with a horizontal extrusion force and the fixing device for assisting the electronic product is not attached to the electronic product.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a bending device for electronic product production, which is used for conveniently adjusting the bending degree of an electronic product and solves the technical problems that a transverse extrusion force is adopted and an auxiliary fixing device is not attached to the electronic product.

As a still further scheme of the invention: one side of the outer wall of the bottom of the first arc-shaped plate is fixedly provided with a second mounting seat through a bolt, the outer wall of the bottom of the second mounting seat is hinged with a vertical rod, two fixing seats are fixedly arranged on the outer wall of one side of the vertical rod through bolts, and the outer wall of one side, opposite to the two fixing seats, of the two fixing seats is fixedly provided with a same sliding rail through bolts.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

2. Through the first arc, spring board, slide rail, slider, connecting plate and the second arc that set up, link to each other through spring and connecting plate between two arcs, the spring board can stretch out and draw back, and the slider can reciprocate on the slide rail surface to make can adjust distance and fixed electronic product between the arc, the product that can fix thickness differs is bent.
3. Through the connecting seat that sets up, adjust pole, bracing piece and splint, carry out the centre gripping to the both ends of electronic product, and splint are certain arc, and the electronic product of being convenient for the laminating bending is fixed, fixed more stable, more laminate.
4. Through rectangle mouth, fixed plate and the pressure sensor that sets up, hydraulic cylinder extends downwards, when bending the electronic product, exerts pressure and makes the electronic product produce and warp to touch with pressure sensor, pressure sensor can derive the pressure value, and audio-visual demonstration is on control panel's surface, is convenient for derive the size of pressure.

Bottom plate 1's bottom outer wall is close to all welding of four corners and has support column 12, hydraulic cylinder 6 and control panel 10 all are connected with the switch through the wire, and switch passing signal line links to each other with processor 11's signal output part, pressure sensor 14's output passing signal line links to each other with processor 11's signal input part, second arc 19 contacts with pressure sensor 14 when pushing down, pressure sensor reachs real-time supervision's data, and transmit for processor 11, processor 11 processing signal and feedback to control panel 10 department, show with concrete numerical value, conveniently observe real-time pressure, hydraulic cylinder 6's extension pipe pushes down always, work of bending until accomplishing, processor 11's model is ARM9 TDMI.
