Description

Method for reducing total cyanogen concentration of tailings in gold ore dressing process
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mineral processing, and particularly relates to a method for reducing the total cyanogen concentration of tailings in a gold ore beneficiation process.
Background
Cyaniding gold leaching is the most widely applied method for treating gold ore in the prior art at present, in order to improve the leaching index of the gold ore in production, metallurgical enterprises generally increase the dosage of leaching agents, so that the total cyanide concentration of tailings is seriously exceeded, but excessive free cyanide radicals in the tailings seriously pollute the surrounding environment and water quality. With the further humanity of the environmental protection concept and the increasing perfection of the national environmental protection policy, the metallurgical enterprises have to consider the environmental protection problem of the tailings in the process of processing the gold ores, namely, a method for reducing the total cyanogen concentration of the tailings is needed to meet the environmental protection requirement. In the prior art, raw ore is directly subjected to cyaniding leaching, the total cyanogen concentration of leaching residues is 80ppm and is far higher than 0.5ppm specified by environmental protection, at present, a large number of researchers are researching to use low-cyanogen reagent to leach gold, the total cyanogen concentration of the leaching residues can be reduced to 5ppm by adopting the low-cyanogen reagent to leach the gold, and the emission standard can not be met, so that the total cyanogen concentration of cyaniding leaching tailings can be reduced to a great extent by using the low-cyanogen reagent to leach the gold, but the national environmental protection requirement is difficult to meet. Based on the above-mentioned defects in the prior art, there is a need to develop a method for reducing the total cyanogen concentration of tailings in the gold ore beneficiation process, so as to reduce the total cyanogen concentration of tailings below the environmental protection standard.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method for reducing the total cyanogen concentration of tailings in the gold ore beneficiation process, aiming at overcoming the defects in the prior art, and the method can effectively recover gold in the gold ore and reduce the total cyanogen concentration of leaching residues to be below the environmental protection standard.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a method for reducing the total cyanogen concentration of tailings in the gold ore beneficiation process specifically comprises the following steps:
step (1), grinding raw ores: mixing the raw ore particles with water, pulping, and grinding the ore until the fineness is-0.043 mm and the content is 79%;
and (2) reselecting to obtain gold concentrate and tailings: mixing the raw ore grinding product obtained in the step (1) with fluidized water for size mixing, and reselecting the ore pulp by using a reselecting machine to obtain gold concentrate and reselected tailings;
step (3), leaching gravity tailings to obtain pregnant solution and leaching residues: and (3) leaching the gravity tailings obtained in the step (2) for 36 hours by using a low-cyanogen leaching agent, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain pregnant solution and leaching residues.
The low-cyanogen leaching agent is a composite low-cyanogen leaching agent DJX mainly comprising sodium cyanate, and the composite low-cyanogen leaching agent DJX is a low-cyanogen leaching agent compounded by beta-dicarbonyl compound, sodium cyanate and sodium thiosulfate according to the mass ratio of 2:3: 1.
The reaction conditions of the reselection step in the step (2) are as follows: the feed concentration is 50%, the separation gravity value is 80G and the fluidization water amount is 3L/min.
The reaction conditions of the low cyanogen leaching step in the step (3) are as follows: 40 percent of pulp mass concentration, 5000g/t of CaO dosage and 1200g/t of low-cyanogen leaching agent dosage.
The gravity separator adopts a CVD Nielsen gravity separator.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the method for reducing the total cyanogen concentration of the tailings in the gold ore beneficiation process can effectively recover gold in the gold ore and reduce the total cyanogen concentration of leaching residues to be below the environmental protection standard. According to the invention, a part of gold is recovered in advance in the gravity separation process, so that the dosage of a medicament required by subsequent leaching is reduced, the production cost can be reduced, and the total cyanogen concentration of tailings subjected to subsequent leaching can be reduced. In addition, the low-cyanogen agent DJX is used for leaching, so that the leaching effect is obvious, and the total cyanogen concentration in the tailings can be further reduced, so that the tailings meet the requirement of environmental protection and discharge.
According to the method, gold embedded in sulfide with fine particles is recovered in advance from raw ore through Nielsen reselection, a part of qualified gold concentrate is obtained at first, and the step can reduce the dosage of the original leaching agent by more than 50%, so that the total cyanogen concentration of subsequent leaching residues is reduced, and the production cost is reduced. The gravity tailings are leached by the low-cyanogen agent DJX, so that the total cyanogen concentration of the leaching residue is further reduced, and finally the total cyanogen concentration of the leaching residue is reduced to 0.3ppm, thereby meeting the requirement of environmental protection and discharge.
The raw ores selected in the examples of the present invention were measured to have main contents as shown in table 1, wherein gold is mainly present in pyrite and pyrrhotite, and secondly present between quartz grains, which is a main element to be recovered.
