具体实施方式:不伤害作物根块齿轮型托送带,其特征在于:安装孔(1)设置在齿轮辊(4)中间,横向弹性小棒(2)设置在弹性齿(3)两侧。弹性齿(3)下部设置为螺丝状,齿轮辊(4)上设置螺丝孔,弹性齿(3)下部螺丝装入螺丝孔内,上述技术要件构成了八个塑胶棒制成的米字型的齿轮装圆,并将多个装在一个轴上,将轴装在链条上,构成了设计合理,结构简单,制造容易,实用效果好,作物根块不受损的不伤害作物根块齿轮型托送带。弹性齿(3)下部硬上部软,由此保持上部的硬度和弹性。横向弹性小棒(2)外部设为丝纹状。根据作物根块大小设定其齿轮的大小。根据做根块的受伤害的承受度来设定齿轮的弹性度。弹性齿(3)上部为圆头,该圆头不会伤害作物根块。弹性齿(3)上部设置为丝纹状,丝纹在不伤害作物根块的情况下又能将根块上的泥土清除干净。横向弹性小棒(2)外部设为丝纹状,目的同上。由此可见本发明采用了弹性塑胶在不伤害作物根块的情况下还能同时将甘薯所携带的泥土清理干净。给现有的根块售货机增添了活力,是其用途更宽泛。更受欢迎。

1.不伤害作物根块齿轮型托送带,其特征在于:安装孔(1)设置在齿轮辊(4)中间,横向弹性小棒(2)设置在弹性齿(3)两侧,弹性齿(3)下部设置为螺丝状,齿轮辊(4)上设置螺丝孔,弹性齿(3)下部螺丝装入螺丝孔内。
