Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides a pushing method of an electronic insurance policy.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a pushing method of an electronic policy according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, the method for pushing the electronic policy includes:
step S10, extracting policy information and electronic communication address of each user from a preset database;
before the embodiment is implemented, after the user signs the insurance policy, and the insurance company confirms, the image recognition method can be used to perform the image recognition on the insurance policy signed by the user, so as to obtain the insurance policy information of each insurance policy, the image analysis recognition process generally comprises the image sensor input and the image segmentation, and the image sensor input and the image segmentation can be used to obtain the image content, wherein the sensor input refers to converting the actual object scene into an expression form suitable for computer processing, and for the three-dimensional object scene, converting the three-dimensional object scene into a two-dimensional plane image for processing and analysis, and the image segmentation refers to separating the object and the components thereof from the object scene image. The components are in turn made up of image primitives. Decomposing a scene into such a hierarchical structure requires applying knowledge about the objects in the scene. Segmentation can be generally regarded as a decision process, and its algorithms can be divided into two categories, namely pixel technology and area technology. The image point technology is to classify each image point by a threshold value method, for example, the stroke in the character image is obtained by comparing the gray level of the image point with the threshold value, so as to obtain the specific character and graphic content in the policy image, and then the specific character and graphic content are combined, so as to obtain the policy information and the electronic communication address of the user, wherein the policy information includes the type of the policy, the applicant, the payment due to the policy, and the like, and then a database for storing the policy information and the electronic communication address is established, although the database may be established in advance, which is not limited herein. And then, storing the obtained policy information and the electronic communication address into a database, and in the storing process, establishing the association between the policy information and the electronic communication address so as to facilitate the subsequent search.
Further, when the policy information is more, batch extraction may be performed according to the type of the policy, the application time, or the storage time of the policy, so that processing may be performed in batches in the subsequent processing process, thereby preventing the processing thread from crashing.
Step S20, obtaining user ID in policy information of each user, and classifying the obtained policy information according to the user ID;
after the policy information is extracted, the user ID in the policy information is extracted, wherein the user ID can be the only identification of policy such as policemen and the like, and then the obtained policy information is classified according to the user ID, namely the policies are classified according to the policemen of the policies, and the policies of the same policemen are classified into one class.
Step S30, extracting a preset policy e-mail template according to the user ID, and filling classified policy information belonging to the current user ID into the policy e-mail template to generate a policy e-mail;
after classification, the preset policy e-mail template can be extracted according to the user ID, and it can be understood that the same applicant contains different policy information corresponding to different e-mail templates, for example, when the policy information corresponding to a certain applicant is two, the e-mail template with the policy information corresponding to the same applicant is two, when the policy information corresponding to a certain applicant is three, the e-mail template with the policy information corresponding to the same applicant is three, the e-mail templates with the policy information corresponding to the same applicant are three, the difference among the e-mail templates is the difference of policy information filling areas, the policy information filling areas are consistent, and then the classified policy information belonging to the current user ID is filled into the policy e-mail template to generate the policy e-mail.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the step S30 includes:
step S31, acquiring the number of policy information contained in the current user ID;
in this embodiment, since the same applicant contains different numbers of policy information corresponding to different email templates, before extracting the policy email template, first, the number of policies to which the policy information contained in the current user ID belongs is obtained;
step S32, extracting a preset policy e-mail template according to the number of the policies, and filling the user basic information and the policy common information in the policy information to the corresponding position in the preset policy e-mail template;
then extracting preset insurance policy e-mail templates according to the number of the insurance policies, for example, when the number of the insurance policy information is two, extracting two e-mail templates with the number of the insurance policy information of the same applicant, when the number of the insurance policy information is three, extracting three e-mail templates with the number of the insurance policy information of the same applicant, wherein the difference among the e-mail templates is the difference of insurance policy information filling areas, the insurance policy information filling areas are consistent, and filling user basic information and insurance policy common information in the insurance policy information to corresponding positions in the preset insurance policy e-mail templates; since each policy is the same applicant, the basic information of the user can be filled once, in order to reduce the space of the policy e-mail and reduce the memory occupied by the policy e-mail, thereby improving the speed of sending policy electrons, and simultaneously merging and deleting the same terms, and then filling the same terms to the corresponding positions.
And step S33, filling the personalized information of each policy into the corresponding position in the policy e-mail template to generate the policy e-mail.
And finally filling the personalized information of each policy to the corresponding position in the policy electronic mail template to generate the policy electronic mail.
At present, the filling method of policy information is not limited to the above listed method, and may only fill the user to the corresponding position basically, and then fill the specific information of each policy respectively, so as to facilitate the user to read and reduce the steps of user up-down comparison.
Step S40, the generated policy e-mail is encrypted by a preset encryption method;
after the electronic mail is generated, in order to ensure the security of the user information, the generated policy electronic mail may be encrypted by a preset encryption method, specifically, the preset encryption method may be a symmetric encryption method, an asymmetric encryption method, or a combination of the symmetric encryption method and the asymmetric encryption method, and the like, which is not limited herein.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the step S40 includes:
step S41, symmetrically encrypting the generated policy e-mail by a symmetric encryption method;
step S42, performing asymmetric public key encryption on the symmetric key obtained by symmetric encryption.
In this embodiment, symmetric encryption means that both the transmitting and receiving sides encrypt and decrypt plaintext using the same key (symmetric key), and the encryption and decryption speed is fast and suitable for processing a large amount of data. While asymmetric encryption requires two keys: public key (public key) and private key (private key), the public key is disclosed to other parties, the private key is stored by itself; the public key and the private key are a pair, and if the public key is used for encrypting data, the data can be decrypted only by using the corresponding private key; if the data is encrypted with the private key, then the decryption can be performed only with the corresponding public key; the algorithm of asymmetric encryption is complex, so that the encryption and decryption speed is not as high as that of symmetric encryption and decryption, but the security of the asymmetric encryption and decryption method is superior to that of symmetric encryption because the encryption and decryption keys are different.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the contract is symmetrically encrypted first, and if the plaintext of the symmetric key is displayed, the security of the contract is destroyed, so that the symmetric key is further asymmetrically encrypted, and the security of the policy e-mail is ensured.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the step S41 includes:
step S411, when the insurance policy e-mail is sent by the mail, acquiring a receiver certificate and a public key of the insurance policy e-mail, and generating a first session key according to a preset rule;
specifically, when the generated policy e-mail is sent to a user by a mail, in order to improve the security of encryption, the encryption may be performed in a block chain, where the block chain includes at least one block, each block in the block chain includes at least one certificate, the block chain includes a unique root certificate, the unique root certificate can authorize the at least one certificate, all the certificates in the block chain can authorize sub-certificates, the certificates in the block chain correspond to mailboxes one to one, each certificate includes a public key corresponding to a respective mailbox, and the first session key is generated according to a preset rule.
Step S412, the mail content and/or the mail title of the insurance policy e-mail are encrypted through the first session key;
step S413, encrypting the first session key by using the public key to generate a second session key;
step S414, add the second session key to the mail header of the policy email.
Then at least one of the mail content and the mail title of the policy e-mail is encrypted by the first session key; encrypting the first session key through the public key to generate a second session key; adding the second session key to the mail header of the target mail, and then encrypting the mail corresponding to the policy e-mail; the mail content comprises a mail body and an attachment.
The first session key may be a random number randomly generated according to a preset rule. For example: the random number may be a set of numbers or letters, or a combination of numbers and letters.
Because the mail is encrypted by the first session key, the calculation amount can be reduced, so that the efficiency of mail transmission can be improved, and the safety can not be reduced. Because the information quantity of the first session key is far smaller than the public key of the mailbox of the receiver, the calculation quantity for encrypting the mail by using the first session key is smaller than the calculation quantity for encrypting the mail by using the public key of the mailbox of the receiver; although the steps of encrypting the first session key and generating the second session key by using the public key are added compared with the step of encrypting the mail by using the public key of the mailbox of the receiver, the calculation amount of encrypting the first session key by using the public key is less than or even far less than that of encrypting the mail by using the public key, because the information amount of the mail is less than or even far less than that of the first session key, the calculation amount is reduced. At present, the method for sending the policy electronic mail to the user in this embodiment is not limited to sending through a mail, but may also send through instant messaging software, such as a WeChat, and when sending the policy electronic mail through a WeChat, the policy electronic mail may be encrypted through an RSA key and an AES random key algorithm, and then the encrypted electronic mail is sent to the user through an instant messaging address.
And step S50, sending the encrypted policy e-mail to the extracted electronic communication address.
After the policy e-mail is encrypted, the encrypted policy e-mail can be sent to the extracted electronic communication address.
In the electronic policy pushing method provided by this embodiment, policy information and an electronic communication address of each user are first extracted from a preset database; then, acquiring a user ID in policy information of each user, and classifying the acquired policy information according to the user ID; then extracting a preset policy e-mail template according to the user ID, and filling classified policy information belonging to the current user ID into the policy e-mail template to generate a policy e-mail; further encrypting the generated policy e-mail by a preset encryption method; the electronic communication address that will encrypt the policy electronic mail after will sending to and extracting, the user can obtain the policy electronic mail to learn policy information, need not give the user with the policy mail of paper version, simplify the sending procedure of policy mail, thereby shortened the time that the user obtained policy information, practiced thrift paper and logistics cost, and improved the efficiency that the user obtained policy information.
Further, referring to fig. 5, a second embodiment of the electronic insurance policy pushing method is provided based on the first embodiment of the electronic insurance policy pushing method of the invention.
In this embodiment, the steps after step S30 further include:
step S60, extracting the premium to be paid contained in the insurance policy e-mail;
step S70, generating a one-key renewal link according to the type of the electronic communication address and the premium to be paid.
In this embodiment, after the policy e-mail is generated, in order to facilitate the user to pay the premium, the payable premium included in the policy e-mail may be further extracted, then generating a one-key charging link according to the type of the electronic communication address and the premium to be paid, and clicking the one-key charging link by a user, the user can jump to a payment page corresponding to the type of the electronic communication address and the corresponding amount of the premium to be paid, for example, when the type of the electronic communication address is an instant communication type, for example, when the user is slightly confident, namely, the payment page of the WeChat is jumped to, when the type of the electronic communication address is mail, the payment page of any page which can carry out payment, such as the payment page of an insurance system, or a payment page of the WeChat, and the like, thereby reducing the steps of paying the premium by the user, improving the efficiency of paying the premium by the user, and improving the user experience.
Further, referring to fig. 6, a third embodiment of the electronic insurance policy pushing method is provided based on the first embodiment of the electronic insurance policy pushing method of the invention.
In this embodiment, the steps after step S30 further include:
step S80, extracting the premium paid by the user in the insurance policy information;
and step S90, generating a two-dimensional code according to the premium paid by the user, so that the user can print the invoice of the paid premium through the two-dimensional code.
In this embodiment, after the electronic insurance policy mail is generated, in order to facilitate the user to print the invoice of the paid premium, the paid premium of the user in the insurance policy information may be further extracted, and then a two-dimensional code is generated according to the paid premium of the user, so that the user prints the invoice of the paid premium through the two-dimensional code, so that the user can conveniently obtain the invoice of the paid premium, and of course, the user can also obtain the electronic invoice of the paid premium through the two-dimensional code, without limitation.
Further, a first embodiment of a pushing method based on the electronic policy of the present invention provides a fourth embodiment of a pushing method of the electronic policy of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the steps after step S50 further include:
and deleting the policy information corresponding to the sent policy e-mail.
After the insurance policy e-mail is sent to the user electronic communication address, the insurance policy information corresponding to the sent insurance policy e-mail can be deleted, so that the memory occupied by insurance information is reduced, or the insurance policy e-mail is deleted after being sent for a period of time, the insurance policy e-mail is prevented from being deleted when the user deletes the mail or the information by mistake, and the insurance policy e-mail needs to be manufactured again when the insurance policy e-mail needs to be sent again. Furthermore, after the insurance policy e-mail is sent, the e-mail can be further sent to an insurance system corresponding to the insurance policy information of the user, the insurance system is used for saving, and the subsequent user can obtain the insurance policy e-mail by logging in the insurance system.
