In contrast, when an element is referred to as being "directly connected" to another element, there are no intervening elements present.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, a spin-on drive assembly 10 comprises: the outer housing 11, the rotation shaft 12, and the guide 13. The outer housing 11 is adapted to be connected to an output shaft 21 of a brake 20. The rotating shaft 12 is rotatably disposed in the outer housing 11, one end of the rotating shaft 12 extends out of the outer housing 11 and is used for being connected with the brake lever 30, and the rotating shaft 12 is provided with a guide groove 14. One end of the guide groove 14 is spaced from the other end of the guide groove 14 in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 12. The guide member 13 is connected to the outer housing 11, and the guide member 13 is movably disposed in the guide groove 14. When the guide 13 moves from one end of the guide groove 14 to the other end of the guide groove 14, the rotation shaft 12 rotates synchronously with an angle of rotation of not less than 60 degrees.
In the above-mentioned spin driving assembly 10, the output shaft 21 of the gate 20 drives the outer housing 11 to rotate, so that when the rotation shaft 12 is driven to a horizontal state from a vertical state, because the center of gravity of the billboard 40 is located below the axis line of the rotation shaft 12, the billboard 40 drives the gate 30 to rotate, for example, 90 degrees under the self gravity driving of the billboard 40, the billboard 40 is switched from a state parallel to the driving direction to a state perpendicular to the driving direction, and simultaneously the billboard 40 drives the rotation shaft 12 to rotate 90 degrees, so that the guide member 13 moves along the guide groove 14 to drive the rotation shaft 12 to move away from the output shaft 21 of the gate 20; on the contrary, when the output shaft 21 of the gate 20 drives the outer housing 11 to rotate reversely, so that the rotation shaft 12 is driven by the self gravity of the billboard 40 and the gate bar 30 to move towards the output shaft 21 of the gate 20 when the rotation shaft 12 is driven from the horizontal state to the vertical state, the guide member 13 moves reversely along the guide groove 14 to drive the rotation shaft 12 to rotate reversely by, for example, 90 degrees, and when the rotation shaft 12 rotates reversely by 90 degrees, the billboard 40 and the gate bar 30 are driven to rotate by 90 degrees when the billboard 40 is switched from the state perpendicular to the driving direction to the state parallel to the driving direction. Thus, the structure can be simplified, and the billboard 40 can be rotated more sensitively, accurately, and smoothly.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the guiding slot 14 includes a first slot section, a second slot section and a third slot section. And two ends of the first groove section are respectively communicated with the second groove section and the third groove section. When the guide piece 13 moves from one end of the first groove section to the other end of the first groove section, the rotating shaft 12 rotates synchronously, and the rotation angle is 80-100 degrees; when the guide piece 13 moves from one end of the second groove section to the other end of the second groove section, the rotating shaft 12 rotates synchronously with an autorotation angle of 5-45 degrees; when the guide member 13 moves from one end of the third groove section to the other end of the third groove section, the rotation shaft 12 rotates synchronously with an angle of 5 degrees to 45 degrees.
In this way, the guide 13 moves in the first slot segment when the billboard 40 is switched between the state perpendicular to the direction of travel and the state parallel to the direction of travel. Under the action of wind blowing, the billboard 40 is in a state perpendicular to the driving direction or in a state parallel to the driving direction, and the guide piece 13 can move in the second groove section or the third groove section connected with the first groove section, and the tail ends of the second groove section and the third groove section play a limiting role on the guide piece 13, so that the billboard 40 can swing between 5 degrees and 45 degrees in a small amplitude, and the wind resistance is improved.
Further, referring back to fig. 2, the second slot segment is farther from the brake lever 30 than the first slot segment, and the third slot segment is closer to the brake lever 30 than the second slot segment. The slope of the radial surface of the first slot section relative to the rotation axis 12 is greater than the slope of the radial surface of the second slot section relative to the rotation axis 12, and the end of the third slot section connected to the first slot section is closer to the brake lever 30 than the other end of the third slot section. Thus, the spinning operation of the billboard 40 will be more sensitive and smooth; in addition, the billboard 40 can swing slightly to enhance the wind-resistance, whether in a state perpendicular to the driving direction or in a state parallel to the driving direction. Wherein the third slot segment is most gentle compared to the first slot segment and the second slot segment. And the connection part of the first groove section and the third groove section forms a concave point, so that the brake bar 30 can be ensured to rotate 90 degrees to be the optimal position, and the brake bar 30 is required to be lifted to do work when swinging leftwards and rightwards, thereby playing a role in limiting the swinging amplitude.
In one embodiment, the number of the guide grooves 14 is two, the number of the guide pieces 13 is two, and the guide pieces 13 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence with the guide grooves 14; the winding direction of one of the guide grooves 14 about the rotation shaft 12 is opposite to the winding direction of the other guide groove 14 about the rotation shaft 12. In this way, one of the guide members 13 can be selected and inserted into its corresponding guide groove 14 according to the rotation direction required for the lifting of the billboard 40, and the other guide member 13 can be pulled out from its corresponding guide groove 14.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 4, one of the guide grooves 14 extends from a point a on the outer sleeve 16 to a point D through a winding of points B and C, and the other guide groove 14 extends from a point a on the outer sleeve 16 to a point D through a winding of points B and C, and the winding directions of the two guide grooves 14 about the rotation shaft 12 are opposite.
Referring to the figure again, when the guide member 13 is located at the point b of the guide groove 14, at this time, the rotation shaft 12 is in a horizontal state, the brake lever 30 is dropped, the billboard 40 is in a state perpendicular to the driving direction, and the billboard 40 is blown by external wind, the guide member 13 can move from the point b of the guide groove 14 to the point c of the guide groove 14, and also can move from the point b of the guide groove 14 to the point a of the guide groove 14, and is limited by the guide groove 14 when moving to the point a of the guide groove 14, namely, the billboard 40 in a state perpendicular to the driving direction can swing with wind to a certain extent; when the output rotating shaft 21 drives the outer shell 11 to rotate 90 degrees so that the brake lever 30 is lifted to a vertical state, at the moment, under the action of self gravity of the billboard 40 and the brake lever 30, the guide piece 13 moves to the point c along the point b of the guide groove 14, the rotating shaft 12 is driven to rotate 90 degrees in the process that the guide piece 13 moves to the point c along the point b of the guide groove 14, at the moment, the rotating shaft 12 synchronously drives the billboard 40 to rotate, the billboard 40 is switched from a state perpendicular to the driving direction to a state parallel to the driving direction, and likewise, the billboard 40 can move from the point c of the guide groove 14 to the point b of the guide groove 14 under the action of external wind, can also move from the point c of the guide groove 14 to the point d of the guide groove 14, and is limited by the guide groove 14 when moving to the point d of the guide groove 14, namely, the billboard 40 in the state parallel to the driving direction can swing with wind to a certain extent. Specifically, when the guide 13 moves from the point b of the guide groove 14 to the point a of the guide groove 14, the rotation shaft 12 rotates by 45 degrees, for example; when the guide 13 moves from the point c of the guide groove 14 to the point d of the guide groove 14, the rotation shaft 12 rotates by, for example, 45 degrees. In addition, the principle of the movement of the guide member 13 along the points a, B, C and D of the other guide slot 14 is similar, except that the rotation direction of the billboard 40 during the lifting process is different, and the description thereof will not be repeated. It is understood that the first slot segment described above corresponds to the BC or BC segment of the guide slot 14, the second slot segment corresponds to the AB or AB segment of the guide slot 14, and the third slot segment corresponds to the CD or CD segment of the guide slot 14. For the bc section and the cd section, the bc section is communicated with the cd section, and a concave point is formed at the point c, so that the rotation of 90 degrees is ensured to be an optimal position, and the gate rod is required to be lifted to do work when the brake rod swings left and right, thereby playing a role in limiting the swing amplitude. Similarly, for the BC segment and the AB segment, the BC segment is communicated with the AB segment, and a concave point is formed at the point C, so that the rotation of 90 degrees is ensured to be the optimal position, and the gate 30 needs to be lifted to do work to swing left and right, thereby playing a role in limiting the swing amplitude.
In one embodiment, the guide 13 is rotatably disposed on the outer housing 11. Specifically, the guide 13 is rotatably mounted on the outer housing 11 by a first bearing 15 or a first annular sleeve. In this way, when the guide 13 moves relative to the guide groove 14, the guide 13 rotates, so that the billboard 40 rotates more sensitively and smoothly.
In one embodiment, the rotating shaft 12 is sleeved with an outer sleeve 16, and the guide groove 14 is arranged on the side wall of the outer sleeve 16. Thus, by adding the outer sleeve 16 on the rotating shaft 12, the outer sleeve 16 can be made of a material different from that of the rotating shaft 12, the guide groove 14 can be conveniently formed on the side wall of the outer sleeve 16, and the processing is convenient. The guide groove 14 may be provided directly on the outer wall of the rotary shaft 12. Specifically, the outer sleeve 16 is fixedly attached to the rotary shaft 12 via a connector 17.
Specifically, in order to enable the rotation shaft 12 to rotate well with respect to the outer case 11, the second bearing 18 or the second annular sleeve is provided in the outer case 11, the rotation shaft 12 is rotatably provided in the second bearing 18 or the second annular sleeve, and the rotation shaft 12 is movable with respect to the second bearing 18 or the second annular sleeve in the axial direction by an external force.
In addition, referring to fig. 10 and 11, the outer case 11 is provided with a sleeve 111, the output shaft 21 is sleeved in the sleeve 111, and the sleeve 111 is fixedly connected with the output shaft 21 by a mounting member 112.
Referring to FIG. 2, in one embodiment, the spin-on drive assembly 10 further includes a torque spring 19. The torque spring 19 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 12, one end of the torque spring 19 is connected with the rotating shaft 12, and the other end of the torque spring 19 is connected with the outer shell 11. Thus, when the billboard 40 is in the rotation switching state, the rotation shaft 12 rotates to drive the torque spring 19 to rotate to accumulate elastic potential energy, or when the torque spring 19 releases the elastic potential energy, the rotation shaft 12 is driven to rotate. Specifically, the rotation shaft 12 rotates from a vertical state to a horizontal state, and the billboard 40 drives the rotation shaft 12 to rotate under the action of self gravity, so that the torsion spring correspondingly rotates to accumulate elastic potential energy; when the rotating shaft 12 rotates from the horizontal state to the vertical state, on one hand, the billboard 40 rotates under the guiding action of the guiding groove 14, and on the other hand, the elastic potential energy accumulated by the torsion spring can be released to assist in driving the billboard 40 to rotate. Further, one end of the torque spring 19 is fixed to the rotation shaft 12 by a first fastener 191, and the other end of the torque spring 19 is fixed to the outer case 11 by a second fastener 192.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 5, a spinning advertisement gateway comprises the spinning driving assembly 10 according to any of the above embodiments, and further comprises a gateway 20, a gateway bar 30 and a billboard 40. The output rotary shaft 21 of the gate 20 is connected with the outer casing 11, the rotary shaft 12 is connected with the gate 30, and the billboard 40 is mounted on the gate 30. When the brake lever 30 is in a horizontal blocking state and the billboard 40 is in a state perpendicular to the driving direction, the center of gravity of the billboard 40 is located below the axis of the rotating shaft 12.
The technical effects of the spin-type advertising barrier described above are brought by the spin-type driving assembly 10 due to the inclusion of the spin-type driving assembly 10, and are the same as those of the spin-type driving assembly 10, and are not repeated.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5 to 9, a guide bar 50 is connected to an end of the billboard 40 near the gate 20, and the gate 20 is provided with a guide rail 60 for guiding and matching with the guide bar 50. During the rotation of the brake lever 30 from the horizontal blocking state to the vertical releasing state, the guide bar 50 contacts the guide rail 60 and moves along the guide rail 60.
Thus, when the gate 30 rotates from the horizontal blocking state to the vertical releasing state, the rotation shaft 12 drives the billboard 40 and the gate 30 to rotate 90 degrees when rotating 90 degrees reversely. Meanwhile, in the process of moving the guide rod 50 along the guide rail 60, the guide rod 50 can correspondingly drive the billboard 40 to reversely rotate by taking the axial direction of the rotating shaft 12 as the center. That is, in the process that the brake lever 30 is switched from the horizontal interception state to the vertical release state, the guide rod 50 and the guide rail 60 are matched to facilitate the reverse rotation of the rotating shaft 12 to drive the advertising board 40 to be switched from the state perpendicular to the driving direction to the state parallel to the driving direction.
In one embodiment, the gate bar 30 is in contact engagement with the guide rail 60 at an inclination angle of not less than 60 degrees to 80 degrees with respect to the horizontal. Therefore, when the brake lever 30 is in the vertical state, under the blowing of external wind, the guide rod 50 is limited in the guide rail 60, so that the billboard 40 only swings slightly, and the billboard 40 can be prevented from swinging to the driving channel greatly to cause driving obstacle. Specifically, when the gate 30 is lifted to an angle of, for example, 70 degrees from the horizontal, the guide bar 50 comes into contact with the guide rail 60, and the guide bar 50 moves along the guide rail 60 during the continuous lifting of the gate 30, thereby assisting in turning the billboard 40.
It will be appreciated that the brake lever 30 and the rotary shaft 12 may be of a separate structure, i.e., coupled together by welding, bolts, screws, etc. The brake lever 30 and the rotary shaft 12 may be integrally formed.
In one embodiment, referring again to fig. 1, 5 or 6, a support assembly 70 is connected to the end of the brake lever 30 remote from the rotational axis 12. That is, when the brake bar 30 is dropped in the horizontal intercepting state, the supporting member 70 contacts the ground to forcefully support one end of the brake bar 30, which is far from the rotation shaft 12, so as to improve the stability of the horizontal placement of the brake bar 30. When the gate 30 is lifted, the support assembly 70 is lifted together with the gate 30. Of course, the supporting member 70 may not be connected to the brake lever 30, and the supporting member 70 may be provided corresponding to the brake lever 30, so that the brake lever 30 may be supported when the brake lever 30 is dropped.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 12 to 17, the brake lever 30 includes a frame. A billboard 40 is disposed within the housing. Further, the billboard 40 is foldably or rollably disposed on the brake bar 30. The billboard 40 may be made of flexible material or high-strength material, on which double-sided advertisements may be sprayed, or the billboard 40 may be a display screen, specifically a slide show or video show way. Specifically, the billboard 40 adopts a curtain or a light flexible display screen to display dynamic advertisements in a slide show or video play mode.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 12 to 14, the billboard 40 is a curtain type billboard 40, and the billboard 40 is mounted on the frame through a curtain component, so that the advertisement can be fully, partially or not displayed as a curtain. Therefore, when the wind power is large, the billboard 40 is rolled up or directly disassembled, so that the spinning advertising barrier gate has better wind resistance.
Further, the window covering assembly includes a window covering rail disposed on the frame, a first sliding member (e.g., a pulley) slidably disposed on the window covering rail, and an advertisement connection element 80. The advertisement connection element 80 is connected to the first sliding part, and the advertisement board 40 is connected to the advertisement connection element 80. The advertisement connection element 80 moves the advertisement board 40 as the first sliding part slides along the curtain rail, so that the advertisement board 40 is layered or unfolded like a curtain.
Optionally, the shade assembly includes a shade ring and advertising connection member 80. The curtain ring is sleeved on the cross rod of the frame body and can slide freely along the cross rod. The advertisement connection element 80 is connected with the curtain ring, and the advertisement board 40 is connected with the advertisement connection element 80. As the curtain ring slides along the rail, the advertising connection element 80 moves the billboard 40 such that the billboard 40 is stacked or unfolded like a curtain.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 15 to 17, the billboard 40 is a scroll type billboard 40, the billboard 40 is mounted on the frame through a scroll component, and the billboard 40 may be fully displayed, partially displayed or not displayed by winding the billboard 40 around the scroll component. Therefore, when the wind power is large, the billboard 40 is rolled up or directly disassembled, so that the spinning advertising barrier gate has better wind resistance.
Further, the spool assembly includes a spool 32, a spool rail, a second sliding member (e.g., a spool pulley), and an advertising connection element 80. The second slide member is slidably disposed on the spool rail. The advertisement connection element 80 is connected to the second sliding part, and the advertisement board 40 is connected to the advertisement connection element 80. In this way, when the reel 32 performs the winding operation, the second sliding component slides along the reel track, and the advertisement connecting element 80 drives the advertisement board 40 to move, so that the advertisement board 40 winds to realize full display, partial display or no display.
Also optionally, the spool assembly includes a pull ring and advertisement connection element 80. The pull ring is sleeved on the cross rod of the frame body and can freely slide along the cross rod. The advertisement connection member 80 is connected to the tab, and the advertisement board 40 is connected to the advertisement connection member 80. When the pull ring slides along the cross rod, the advertisement connecting element 80 drives the advertisement board 40 to move, so that the advertisement board 40 is wound to realize full display, partial display or no display.
In the above-described embodiment, the advertisement connection element 80 may be, for example, a clip, a connection rope, a fastener, an adhesive tape, or the like. Specifically, a plurality of advertisement connection elements 80 are arranged on the upper cross bar of the frame body at intervals, and a plurality of advertisement connection elements 80 are arranged on the lower cross bar of the frame body at intervals, so that the advertisement board 40 can be better arranged on the frame body. Correspondingly, the first sliding part, the second sliding part, the curtain ring and the pull ring are all corresponding to a plurality of sliding parts. Alternatively, the first sliding member, the second sliding member, the curtain ring, and the pull ring may be omitted, and the billboard 40 may be directly connected to the frame via the advertisement connection element 80.
In the above embodiment, in order to improve the wind resistance of the billboard 40 of the spin-type advertising barrier, a plurality of links 31 are provided in the frame, and the plurality of links 31 are located at one side of the billboard 40 or at the middle of the double-sided advertisement. The connecting rod 31 plays a role of fixing the billboard 40 to the billboard 40, and can enhance the wind resistance of the billboard 40.
In one embodiment, the spinning advertising barrier includes an advertising light disposed on the bar 30 or external to the front of the billboard 40. When the advertisement lamp is in the night or in the dark, the advertisement lamp is controlled to emit light, so that the advertisement board 40 is convenient for advertisement display.
In one embodiment, the spin advertising barrier further comprises a camera. The camera is arranged on the gate bar 30 or the gate 20 to record video information of the gate, and can identify license plates, vehicles or pedestrians.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention.
