Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cigarette production by heating and non-combustion. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of testing a tobacco rod containing an induction heating material.
Background
The heating non-combustion cigarette is a novel smoking mode at present, and provides tobacco characteristic aroma and nicotine in the cigarette for a smoker mainly in a mode of heating the non-combustion cigarette so as to meet the smoking requirement of the smoker. Compared with the traditional cigarette, the cigarette which is not burnt by heating can effectively reduce the harm to smokers and the harm to the environment, and effectively improves the safety. The heating methods adopted by the existing heating non-combustible tobacco products include resistance heating, electromagnetic heating, photon heating, chemical heating, carbon heating and the like. The principle of electromagnetic induction heating is that alternating current generated by an induction heating power supply generates an alternating magnetic field through an inductor (namely a coil), a magnetic conductive object is arranged in the alternating magnetic field to cut alternating magnetic lines, so that alternating current (namely eddy current) is generated inside the object, the eddy current enables atoms inside the object to randomly move at high speed, and the atoms collide with each other and rub to generate heat energy, thereby achieving the effect of heating the object. The electromagnetic heating technology has the advantages of high heating speed, high thermal efficiency, easy control of heating temperature, easy realization of automation of the heating process and the like.
The non-burning cigarette matched with electromagnetic heater is one kind of cigarette with mixed induction heating material and is prepared through adding stainless steel or similar metal material into tobacco shred in certain proportion, mixing and rolling. Whether the cigarette contains the induction heating material and whether the content of the induction heating material meets the design requirement is an important index for whether the cigarette can achieve the heating effect. In order to ensure that each cigarette contains qualified induction heating materials during production, a rejection link needs to be set for unqualified products so as to improve the quality of the products. But after rolling, the induction heating material in the cigarette can not be seen by naked eyes. At present, a method for detecting the content of induction heating materials in cigarettes is a manual screening method, particularly, the cigarettes are judged by tearing the cigarettes through manpower, the method wastes labor and cigarettes, and the efficiency is very low.
Therefore, an automated method for inspecting induction heating material in cigarettes is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to avoid the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for inspecting cigarettes containing induction heating materials.
The invention aims to be realized by the following technical scheme:
a method for inspecting cigarettes containing induction heating materials comprises the following steps:
firstly, inspecting cigarettes by using an electromagnet, adsorbing the cigarettes containing the induction heating material on the electromagnet, and removing the cigarettes not containing the induction heating material;
then, an X-ray photographing device is used for photographing the cigarettes containing the induction heating materials, and whether the quantity of the induction heating materials contained in the cigarettes meets the design requirements or not is judged according to the shape and the area of the induction heating materials in the photographed picture, so that the cigarettes which do not meet the design requirements are removed.
Preferably, the X-ray photographing device is an X-ray emitter or an X-ray security check machine.
The method comprises the steps of using an X-ray photographing device to photograph cigarettes containing induction heating materials, wherein in an obtained photographed picture, tobacco materials in the cigarettes are red, filter rods and cigarette paper are green, the induction heating materials are blue, and the shape and the area of the induction heating materials in the cigarettes are obtained through color analysis of the photographed picture by a computer.
Preferably, the detection by the method of the present invention can be specifically realized by the following steps:
an electromagnet and an X-ray photographing device are sequentially arranged, and a smoke groove is arranged below the electromagnet and the X-ray photographing device;
at first will examine through the conveyer belt and examine the cigarette and send to the supporting cigarette groove of electro-magnet, the bottom plate of the cigarette groove of electro-magnet department opens suitable angle downwards: if the detected cigarette contains the induction heating material, the detected cigarette is adsorbed on the electromagnet; if the detected cigarette does not contain the induction heating material, the cigarette directly falls from the cigarette slot to realize removal;
after the detection of the electromagnet, the cigarette containing the induction heating material is continuously conveyed to a cigarette groove matched with the X-ray photographing device through a conveyor belt for photographing; in the obtained photographed picture, the tobacco material in the cigarette is red, the filter stick and the cigarette paper are green, and the induction heating material is blue; obtaining the shape and the area of the induction heating material in the cigarette through color analysis of the photographed picture; judging whether the quantity of the induction heating materials contained in the cigarette meets the design requirements or not according to the shape and the area of the induction heating materials in the photographed picture;
the cigarette slot switch of the X-ray photographing device is controlled by a computer, and after the computer calculates whether the detected cigarette meets the design requirements: if the cigarette is in accordance with the standard, the cigarette groove is not opened, and the cigarettes are continuously conveyed to a qualified cigarette storage place; if not, then the cigarette groove bottom plate is opened downwards, and a cigarette drops, realizes the further rejection of unqualified cigarette.
The X-ray photographing device used by the invention can adopt the existing X-ray security check instrument. A cigarette sample enters an X-ray inspection channel, a package detection sensor is blocked, a detection signal is sent to a system control part, an X-ray trigger signal is generated, an X-ray is triggered, and an X-ray beam is emitted by a ray source. A fan-shaped X-ray beam passing through the collimator passes through a detected cigarette sample on the conveying belt, the X-ray is absorbed by the detected cigarette sample, and finally the double-energy semiconductor detector arranged in the channel is bombarded. The detector converts the X-rays into signals, and these very weak signals are amplified and sent to a signal processing cabinet for further processing.
The X-ray used in the present invention is an electromagnetic wave that can penetrate opaque objects such as wood, cardboard, leather, and the like. The X-ray security check instrument can present images with different colors on the screen according to the absorption degree of an object to X rays. Orange stands for organic, e.g. food, plastic, etc.; green denotes inorganic substances such as books, ceramics, etc.; blue indicates metal. The cigarette sample containing the induction heating material used in the invention presents three colors after being photographed by X-ray: the cigarette paper and the filter stick are inorganic matters and are green; the tobacco product is organic and is red; the magnetic heating material is metal and presents blue color.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the method can accurately judge whether the content of the induction heating material in the cigarette smoke meets the requirement, is simple and efficient, can be matched with the automatic production method at the present stage, liberates labor force and improves production efficiency.
2. According to the method, the electromagnet inspection and the X-ray inspection are matched, the electromagnet is firstly used for preliminary screening, and then the X-ray inspection is used for detailed inspection, so that the production efficiency can be further improved.
