采取以碳酸钙为主要成分的矿物质,经人工破碎 成Φ≤200mm的石块后,进行除杂分选,二次人工精 选,投入破碎机进行粉碎,经加工后的Φ1—15mm颗 粒状物料,经强电磁分选法除杂提纯,再经10%— 38%HCl溶液化合剂过浸使之成品的主要化学成分 控制在SiO2≤0.46—0.88%。Fe2O3≤0.5— 0.83%,Al2O3≤0.20—0.85%,CaO≥49.46%。该产 品是橡胶铺设不发火,不导电地面的理想换代产品。

Description

本发明属建筑材料领域。
随着我国石化工业的快速发展,防易燃易爆建筑随之增多,目前大多数这样建筑都是采用橡胶板铺设地面来解决不发火地面的目的,显然是对我们国家本来就不富有的橡胶资源是一个更大的浪费。而且建筑工程造价高增加施工作为环节,造成人力,物力,财力上的浪费。
本发明的目的是针对着上述情况研制了一种不发火建筑材料制成地面,可以和建筑主体使用寿命融为一体、该产品不仅解决了橡胶板变腐老化不耐用,更换难度大的问题,而且降低工程造价,简便施工的效果。
为了实现上述目的本发明是采取如下技术方案来进行实现的。
本不发火地面材料是以碳酸钙(CaCo3)为主要成份的矿物质,在精细加工过程中经强磁分选和化合剂浸过后制成的∮0.1mm-15mm颗粒或粗干粉状物料使用时可与普通水泥按配合比搅拌成混凝土砂浆地面,当金属或其它坚硬物体与此种地面发生摩擦或撞击时不发生火花,避免易燃物引起着火爆炸。本不发火地面材料的主要化学成份控制在SiO2≤0.46-0.88%;Fe2O3≤0.05-0.83% Al2O3≤0.20-0.85%,CaO≥49.46%。
本不发地面材料的主要物理性能指标控制在莫氏硬度3-5;密度(Kg/m3)1400-1600,强度(Mpa)抗压70-110;膨胀系数(106/℃)6.5-10.12,是橡胶铺设不发火不导电地面的理想换代产品。

下面结合工艺流程示意图对本发明的技术方案进一步加以说明:
经过凿岩爆破采掘的透镜体大理岩以碳酸钙(CaCO3)为主要成份的矿物质,经人工破碎成φ≤200mm的石块后,进行除杂分选(直观辩认),将异种杂石选出。初选后的原料运到加工现场进行二次人工精选,然后投入双腔回转式破碎机进行粉碎,经加工后的φ1-15mm颗粒状物料,在出料口处经强电磁分选法除杂提纯,原料中Fe2O3具有顺磁性,在这里经强磁的作用下可将1%Fe2O3分离出来。再经10%-38%Hcl溶液化合剂过浸,在这里使原料中的Fe2O3和10%-38%Hcl溶液产生化合剂反应,做到了进一步提纯处理。除掉因在加工过程中与铁件挤压和摩擦粘在物料表面的铁屑与杂物。使本发明的不发火地面材料化物学成份中的Fe2O3达到小于或等于0.05-0.08%的规定的标准。后经电动分筛机将成品按规格分送到储料仓内,再经包装机包装后运送到成品仓库入库待销。

Claims (2)

1、一种不发火地面材料及工艺制造方法,其特征在于经过凿岩爆破采掘的透镜体大理岩以碳酸钙(CaCO3)为主要成份的矿物质,经人工破碎成Φ≤200mm的石块后,进行除杂分选,将异种杂石选出,初选后的原料运到加工现场进行二次人工筛选后投入破碎机进行粉碎,经加工后的Φ1-15mm颗粒状物料,经强电磁分选法除杂提纯,再经10-38%Hci溶液化合剂过浸,后经电动分筛机将成品按规格分送储料仓内。
2、一种不发火地面材料及工艺制造方法其特征在于经加工后成品的主要化学成份是以碳酸钙(CaCo3)为主要成份的矿物质,其它化学成份控制在SiO2≤0.46-0.88%,Fe2O3≤0.5-0.83%,Al2O3≤0.20-0.85%,CaO≥49.46%。
