As shown in fig. 7 and 9-13, the control assembly 12 includes a circuit board 120; the circuit board 120 is provided with a push switch 121 for controlling the start and stop of the atomizer 15; an exposure opening 1408 for exposing the push switch 121 is formed in the bottom surface of the combination groove 140; the atomizer 15 and the pressing switch 121 are electrically connected with the circuit board 120; the outer bottom surface of the combination groove 140 is connected with a sliding plate 18 which shields the mist outlet of the atomizer 15 in a sliding manner; the slide plate 18 is fixedly provided with a pressing block 180 matched with the pressing switch 121; the pressing block 180 presses the push switch 121 after the sliding plate 18 leaves the mist outlet; the pressing switch 121 controls the atomizer 15 to be started when being pressed down; the slide plate 18 is rotatably connected with a support plate 19 for supporting the mobile phone 10; one end of the supporting plate 19 is rotationally connected with the sliding plate 18, and the other end is in buckling connection with the sliding plate 18; the sliding plate 18 blocks the mist outlet of the atomizer 15 when the atomization function of the invention is not started, and leaves the mist outlet when the atomization function is started, so that not only can the impurities such as dust and the like be prevented from entering the atomizer 15 through the mist outlet, but also the mist outlet is not influenced; when the atomization function of the invention is started, the sliding plate 18 slides along the direction of yielding the mist outlet, after the mist outlet is yielding, the sliding plate 18 continues to slide, in the process, the pressing block 180 on the sliding plate 18 presses down the pressing switch 121, the atomizer 15 starts to work, the situation that the atomizer 15 starts to work but the mist outlet is not yielding is prevented, and the operation reliability is improved; the support plate 19 is rotatably connected to the slide plate 18, when a user wants to watch a video, the support plate 19 is unfolded, the support plate 19 can support the mobile phone 10, the function of a mobile phone support is added to the mobile phone, the hands of the user are liberated, and the use experience of the user is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 12 to 14, a baffle 16 for shielding the atomizer 15 is arranged between the atomizer 15 and the slide plate 18; the baffle 16 is fixedly arranged on the combination groove 140; the baffle 16 is provided with a through hole 160 for spraying mist at the position corresponding to the mist outlet of the atomizer 15; the blocking piece 16 shields the atomizer 15, and is more attractive.
As shown in fig. 10, the side of the pressing block 180 facing the push switch 121 is a convex arc surface; the convex arc surface is convex toward the pressing switch 121; the abrasion of the pressing block 180 is reduced, the service life is prolonged, and the reliability is improved.
As shown in fig. 7, 10 and 12, the outer bottom surface of the combination groove 140 is provided with a first sliding groove 1409 for sliding the sliding plate 18; two slide bars 181 are fixedly arranged on the slide plate 18, and the two slide bars 181 are respectively positioned at two sides of the slide plate 18; the slide bar 181 extends in the sliding direction of the slide plate 18; the side surface of the first chute 1409 is provided with a second chute 1410 matched with the slide bar 181; the outer bottom surface of the combined groove 140 is provided with a first sliding groove 1409, and the sliding plate 18 is positioned in the first sliding groove 1409, so that the thickness of the combined groove is reduced, and the combined groove is more attractive; the sliding plate 18 is slidably connected to the outer bottom surface of the combination groove 140 through the cooperation of the sliding bar 181 and the second sliding groove 1410, and the structure is simple.
As shown in fig. 10 to 14, the side of the slide plate 18 facing away from the outer bottom surface of the combination groove 140 is provided with a groove 182 for accommodating the support plate 19; the support plate 19 is positioned in the groove 182, which reduces the thickness of the present invention and is more attractive.
As shown in fig. 7 and 10 to 14, the liquid inlet 1404 is located in the first chute 1409; the groove 182 communicates with the first runner 1409; when the supporting plate 19 is not spread, the liquid injection port 1404 is blocked, so that the appearance is more attractive; when the liquid is needed to be injected, the supporting plate 19 is unfolded, and the operation is simple.
As shown in fig. 7, 13 and 14, a plug accommodating groove 1411 matched with the plug 17 is formed in the bottom surface of the first chute 1409; the liquid filling port 1404 is positioned in the blockage accommodating groove 1411; the plug 17 is positioned in the plug receiving slot 1411 to reduce the thickness of the present invention, provide a more aesthetic appearance and not interfere with the snap fit of the support plate 19.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 5, 7 and 9, the power source is a battery of the mobile phone 10; also includes a plug 21 that mates with the charging hole of the handset 10; the plug 21 is electrically connected with the circuit board 120 through the wire 20; the combination groove 140 is provided with a wire via 1412 through which the wire 20 passes; a charging through hole 1413 is formed at the position of the combined groove 140 corresponding to the charging hole of the mobile phone 10; the wire via 1412 communicates with the charge via 1413; the plug 21 is positioned outside the combination groove 140; the plug 21 is inserted into the charging hole of the mobile phone 10, so that the battery of the mobile phone 10 can be used for supplying power to the atomizer 15, as long as the battery of the mobile phone 10 has electric quantity, the power supply cannot become a limiting factor for starting the atomizing function of the invention, the atomizing function of the invention can be started anytime and anywhere, the influence of external factors such as time, place and the like is small, the use occasion is various, and the use is convenient; the charging via 1413 is communicated with the wire via 1412, so that the processing is convenient, and when the plug 21 is assembled, the plug can be taken out of the combination groove 140 through the charging via 1413, so that the assembly is convenient.
As shown in fig. 15, a flowchart of a method for manufacturing a mobile phone case with an atomization function according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes:
s01: forming the sleeve body 14, forming a combined groove 140 on the side surface of the sleeve body 14, forming a separation belt 22 on the inner bottom surface of the combined groove 140, separating an atomization area into a liquid storage cavity 14010 and a control component mounting cavity 14011 by the separation belt 22, and forming a liquid supply port 1402, an electric via hole 1403 and a liquid injection port 1404 on the combined groove 140;
s02: electrically connecting one end of the electrical connector to the control assembly 12;
s03: after the free ends of the electrical connectors are passed through the electrical vias 1403, the control assembly 12 is installed in the control assembly mounting cavity 14011;
s04: installing the atomizer 15 at a position corresponding to the liquid supply port 1402 outside the combination groove 140, and tightly attaching the atomizer 15 to the outer surface of the combination groove 140;
s05: electrically connecting the free end of the electrical connection with the atomizer 15;
s06: the sealing plate 11 is installed in the combination groove 140, and the combination groove 140 is divided into a protection area 1400 and an atomization area 1401 which are distributed front and back;
s07: plugging the fill port 1404 with a plug 17;
the manufacturing process is simple.

Claims (7)

1. A mobile phone cover with an atomization function comprises a cover body sleeved outside a mobile phone; the device is characterized in that a liquid storage cavity for storing liquid, an atomizer for atomizing and spraying the liquid and a control assembly for controlling the start and stop of the atomizer are arranged on the sleeve body; a power supply for supplying power to the atomizer; the power supply is an external power supply or a battery arranged on the sleeve body or a storage battery of the mobile phone; the side surface of the sleeve body is provided with a combination groove; a sealing plate is fixedly arranged in the combined groove; the sealing plate divides the combined groove into a protection area and an atomization area which are distributed front and back; the protection area is used for installing the mobile phone; an isolation belt is arranged in the atomization area; the isolation belt divides the atomization area into the liquid storage cavity and a control component mounting cavity for mounting the control component; a liquid supply port for supplying the liquid to the atomizer is formed at the position of the combined groove corresponding to the liquid storage cavity; the atomizer is fixedly arranged outside the combined groove at a position corresponding to the liquid supply port; the atomizer is tightly attached to the outer surface of the combination groove; the atomizer is electrically connected with the control assembly through an electrical connector; an electric via hole for the electric connecting piece to pass through is formed at the position of the combined groove corresponding to the control component mounting cavity; the liquid storage cavity comprises a liquid injection area for injecting liquid, a liquid storage area for storing liquid and a liquid supply area for providing the liquid for the atomizer; a liquid injection port for injecting the liquid is formed in the bottom surface of the combined groove corresponding to the liquid injection area; the liquid injection port is blocked by a plug when no liquid is injected; the liquid supply port is arranged at the position, corresponding to the liquid supply area, of the bottom surface of the combined groove;
the control assembly comprises a circuit board; a pressing switch for controlling the start and stop of the atomizer is arranged on the circuit board; an exposure opening for exposing the push switch is formed in the bottom surface of the combined groove; the atomizer and the pressing switch are electrically connected with the circuit board; the outer bottom surface of the combined groove is connected with a sliding plate which shields the mist outlet of the atomizer in a sliding manner; a pressing block matched with the pressing switch is fixedly arranged on the sliding plate; the pressing block presses down the pressing switch after the sliding plate gives up the mist outlet of the atomizer; the pressing switch controls the atomizer to start when being pressed down; the sliding plate is rotatably connected with a supporting plate for supporting the mobile phone; one end of the supporting plate is rotationally connected with the sliding plate, and the other end of the supporting plate is in buckling connection with the sliding plate.

The mobile phone cover with the atomizing function according to claim 1, wherein the isolation belt comprises two baffle strips respectively arranged at two sides of the liquid supply port; the stop strip extends along the direction away from the liquid storage area; the two baffle strips form a flow passage for the liquid in the liquid storage area to enter the liquid supply area.

The mobile phone cover with the atomizing function according to claim 2, wherein the bottom surface of the combination groove is closer to the sealing plate than the liquid supply area; the bottom surface of the combined groove is an inclined surface corresponding to the runner; one end of the inclined plane, which is close to the sealing plate, is communicated with the liquid injection port, and one end of the inclined plane, which is far away from the sealing plate, is positioned in the liquid storage area.

The mobile phone cover with the atomizing function according to claim 2, wherein a waist-shaped groove matched with the flow channel is formed on the side surface of the sealing plate facing the bottom surface of the combined groove; one end of the waist-shaped groove is positioned in the liquid storage area, and the other end of the waist-shaped groove is positioned in the liquid supply area.

The mobile phone cover with the atomizing function according to claim 1, wherein the power supply is a storage battery of the mobile phone; the mobile phone also comprises a plug matched with the charging hole of the mobile phone; the plug is electrically connected with the circuit board through a wire; the combined groove is provided with a wire through hole for the wire to pass through; a charging through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the charging hole of the mobile phone, of the combined groove; the wire through hole is communicated with the charging through hole; the plug is positioned outside the combined groove.
7. A method for manufacturing a mobile phone cover with an atomization function, based on the mobile phone cover with an atomization function of any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
step one: forming the sleeve body; the side surface of the sleeve body is provided with the combined groove, the inner bottom surface of the combined groove is provided with the isolation belt, the isolation belt divides the atomization area into the liquid storage cavity and the control component mounting cavity, and the combined groove is also provided with the liquid supply port, the electric via hole and the liquid injection port;
step two: electrically connecting one end of the electrical connector with the control assembly;
step three: after the free end of the electric connecting piece passes through the electric via hole, the control component is installed in the control component installation cavity;
step four: the atomizer is arranged outside the combination groove at the position corresponding to the liquid supply port, and is tightly attached to the outer surface of the combination groove;
