Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an electric steam box, in particular to a steam box waterless detection method.
Background
Steaming is one of cooking methods, people put original-taste or seasoned food raw materials into a vessel and heat and steam the food raw materials through high-temperature steam, and the original nutrition of the food can be reserved to a greater extent in the cooking process.
The steam box is a kitchen appliance product which converts water into high-temperature steam through the heating plate to cook food by 100 percent of steam, has a strong pure steaming function, can quickly realize steaming vegetables, rice, soup, heating the rice and the like, and has the functions of locking nutrition, reducing fat and salt, keeping original taste and flavor of the food, and the like. The process that the water tank in the existing steam box adds water for the heating plate mainly passes through the following ways: the water in the water tank is communicated with the heating plate through a communicating pipe, and a direct current pump and an electromagnetic valve are usually adopted on the communicating pipe to work in a matching way to supply water. The water tank waterless protection is the problem that the steam box must solve, and in the prior art, usually set up water level sensing float in the water tank, after water level sensing float dropped to appointed height, think that the water tank lacks water promptly, made the lack of water warning. However, practical use shows that the water level sensing floater arranged in the water tank is easily blocked, so that the function is disabled, and potential safety hazards exist. At present, in order to prevent the problem that a heating plate is overheated due to the fact that a water level sensing floater in a water tank is clamped, a temperature sensor is usually arranged at the bottom of the heating plate, and when the temperature of the bottom of the heating plate reaches a set value, such as 150 ℃, a power supply is automatically cut off, so that related elements are prevented from being burnt out. However, this approach would additionally increase the manufacturing cost of the product. In addition, the mode that this field is conventional through set up water level response float in the water tank and detect the water level leads to the water tank bulky, and occupation space is big, is unfavorable for the miniaturized design of product.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a steam box water-free detection method. The steam box waterless detection method has the advantage of high reliability, and meanwhile, the steam box product subjected to waterless protection by adopting the steam box waterless detection method has low manufacturing cost and can be smaller in volume than the existing product.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a steam box waterless detection method is characterized in that a heating plate is arranged inside a steam box, and water is heated through the heating plate to generate steam for cooking food; the work of the heating plate comprises a heating stage and a constant temperature stage after the heating stage; in the temperature rise stage, when a temperature sensor arranged at the bottom of the heating plate detects that the temperature reaches a first set temperature which is not lower than 110 ℃ and not higher than 130 ℃, the electromagnetic valve is electrified and opened to add water to the heating plate, so that the height of the water level in the heating plate reaches 4-6 mm; after water is added, the heating disc heats the water in the disc to boiling, and the water enters a constant temperature stage; in the constant temperature stage, if the temperature at the bottom of the heating plate rises to exceed a second set temperature within a first set time, the electromagnetic valve is electrified and opened to add water to the heating plate; the water adding amount of each time in the constant temperature stage is equal to 70-75% of the water adding amount in the temperature rising stage; after the water is added, if the temperature reduction value is less than or equal to the third set temperature, the water tank is considered to be lack of water, the steam box enters a 'pause' working state, and the water shortage alarm is carried out.
Compared with the prior art, the steam box waterless detection method does not need to detect the water level in the water tank by means of the water level sensing floater, but detects the temperature at the bottom of the heating plate by means of the temperature sensor arranged at the bottom of the heating plate, and further judges whether the water tank is in water shortage or not by means of specific control logic, so that a steam box product adopting the steam box waterless detection method is simpler in structure and lower in manufacturing cost, and the volume of the water tank can be smaller due to the fact that the water level sensing floater is not arranged in the water tank, so that the volume of the steam box can be smaller, miniaturization design of the product is facilitated, and tests show that the steam box waterless detection method is high in reliability, low in failure rate and good in safety, and can guarantee long-term stable operation of the product.
Preferably, in the method for detecting the absence of water in the steam box, the first set temperature is 120 ℃. The first set temperature is set to be 120 ℃, so that water can be quickly boiled after water is added, a large amount of high-temperature steam is generated, the long-term reliable operation of the temperature sensor can be ensured, and the condition of failure is avoided. Further, in the temperature rising stage, the electromagnetic valve is electrified and opened to add water to the heating plate, so that the height of the water level in the heating plate reaches 5.28 mm. The specific water amount is added in the temperature rising stage, so that the water can be boiled quickly in a short time, and meanwhile, the water can be maintained for a proper time, so that the electromagnetic valve and the pump are not burdened by frequent water addition, the electromagnetic valve and the pump are protected, and the service life of the electromagnetic valve and the pump is prolonged.
Preferably, in the above method for detecting the absence of water in the steam box, the first set time is 1 minute. The time for detecting the abnormal temperature is set to be 1 minute, the water shortage condition can be found in time, meanwhile, the temperature of the heating plate can be prevented from rising too much when water is in shortage, the function of protecting the temperature sensor is achieved, and the service life of the heating plate is prolonged. Further, the second set temperature is 3 ℃; experiments show that at the moment, the phenomenon that the heating plate is dry-burned can be avoided, and high-temperature steam can be generated by rapidly boiling water after water is added again, so that the phenomenon that the food heating is interrupted and the cooking effect is influenced can be avoided. Furthermore, the water adding amount in each time in the constant temperature stage is equal to 5/7 of the water adding amount in the temperature rising stage; thereby ensuring that a proper amount of water is always arranged in the heating plate to form high-temperature steam.
Further, the third set temperature is 5 ℃; at the moment, the alarm accuracy rate of the water shortage of the system is high, and the situation of false alarm does not occur in the test.
Preferably, in the method for detecting the absence of water in the steam box, the water shortage alarm mode includes that the buzzer sends out a prompt sound, and a user is prompted through sound, so that the water tank is in shortage of water, and water can be supplemented timely. Further, as a supplement to the audible alarm, the water shortage alarm mode comprises that a 'water shortage' icon flashes.
