本发明实施例公开了上行控制信令的传输方法、设备及系统,包括:终端在多个时隙上传输上行控制信令,第一时隙中的第一符号组在第一频域资源上传输,第一时隙中的第二符号组在第二频域资源上传输;第二时隙中的第三符号组在第三频域资源上传输,第二时隙中的第四符号组在第四频域资源上传输。本发明实施例提出一种通过多个时隙的不同频域资源跳频传输任意长度的上行控制信令的方法,有利于提高通信系统的分集增益。
