Description

Medical light source device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a medical light source device.
Background
The medical xenon lamp is used as a cold light source, can be applied to a hard tube endoscope and provides illumination for the hard tube endoscope. The output end of the medical xenon lamp is connected with the hard tube lens through the light guide beam, and the illumination light spots provided by the medical xenon lamp can be transmitted to the hard tube lens.
Generally, the medical xenon lamp has high power, the brightness of an output spot is high, but the service life is short, and the brightness of the output spot is gradually reduced along with the loss of the service life. The brightness often required in clinical operation or detection and other operations is basically in a fixed range, and the brightness of an output light spot reaching the hard tube lens must be adjusted based on the instability of the output brightness in the life cycle of a xenon lamp or the requirement of clinical actual operation. The power of the xenon lamp module is constant, and the brightness cannot be adjusted through circuit control. At present, the common practice is to control the amount of the output light spot entering the light guide beam by a mechanical dimming mode so as to adjust the brightness of the output light spot reaching the hard tube lens.
When adjusting the brightness of a xenon lamp, the operator observes, on the one hand, the intensity of the light output and, on the other hand, also the dimming indication on the operating panel in order to know the degree of adjustment. For example, in one conventional operation scheme, dimming is performed by pressing a key, and a screen beside the key can display a brightness value of a corresponding output light spot. In another operating scheme, the light is adjusted by rotating the knob, and the brightness of the output light spot is represented by a silk-screen symbol. In these schemes, although the brightness of the output light spot can be adjusted, the dimming intensity and the dimming indication cannot be well correlated.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a medical light source device according to an embodiment of the present invention is used for providing a light beam for illumination for a rigid endoscope. The medical light source device comprises a panel 38, an illumination light source 1, a light blocking sheet 31, an indicating light source 365, an adjusting piece 361 and a transmission mechanism 30.
The panel 38 is provided with a light exit hole 4 and an indication window 41. The light outlet 4 is used for outputting the light beam provided by the illumination light source 1. The light outlet 4 can be provided with a connecting structure, such as a thread, a buckle, etc., for connecting with one end of the light guide bundle, and the other end of the light guide bundle can be connected with the hard tube lens of the hard tube endoscope, so that the light beam output from the light outlet 4 can provide illumination for the hard tube lens.
The indication window 41 is used for outputting the light beam provided by the indication light source 365, and the size of the light beam area shown at the indication window 41 by the indication light source 365 represents the light intensity output from the light outlet 4 by the illumination light source 1. For example, when the indicator window 41 is fully lit, it means that the intensity of light output from the light exit hole 4 by the illumination light source 1 is maximum, and when the area of the indicator window 41 that is lit is reduced, it means that the intensity of light output from the light exit hole 4 by the illumination light source 1 is reduced.
In one embodiment, the size of the indicator window 41 gradually changes in the moving direction of the adjuster 361. More specifically, the indicator window 41 is an arc-shaped slot, and the width of the slot gradually changes. By setting the gradually changing width, the intensity of the light output from the light hole 4 can be more easily and vividly displayed when the indication window 41 is illuminated to different degrees. In other embodiments, the indicator window 41 may be a linear groove, and the width of the groove may be uniform or gradually change from one end to the other end. The indicator window 41 may be a hole or slot structure formed by removing a portion of the panel 38, or may be made optically transparent without opening holes at corresponding portions of the panel 38. When the indication window 41 is an optically transparent panel, the indication window 41 may exhibit a profile having a shape of an arc-shaped groove or a linear groove, or the like.
Further, in some embodiments, a progress bar 37 is further disposed at a position corresponding to the indication window 41. The progress bar 37 is disposed between the panel 38 and the adjusting member 361, and may have a processing function for processing the light beam provided by the indication light source 365, such as an optical element having refractive and reflective properties. The progress bar 37 guides the light beam provided by the indication light source 365 so that the light beam provided by the indication light source 365 is output from the indication window 41 according to a preset angle, so that when the indication window 41 is observed, a clear bright and dark boundary can be found, and the degree of lighting of the indication window 41 can be accurately judged.
In some embodiments, the progress bar 37 itself may be made of opaque material, and a plurality of discontinuous holes and grooves are formed on the progress bar 37 to form a light-transmitting window. Or a light guide part is further arranged at the transparent window formed on the progress bar 37 to adjust the light beam emitted out, so as to optimize the visual effect of the light beam emitted out from the indication window 41.
The illumination light source 1 is arranged corresponding to the light outlet 4. The illumination light source 1 may be a cold light source in the form of a xenon lamp or the like. Further, the medical light source device further comprises a lens module 2, the lens module 2 is disposed on the light output path of the illumination light source 1, and the light beam provided by the illumination light source 1 is focused by the lens module 2 and then reaches the light exit hole 4 of the panel 38. Further, a filter (not shown) or the like may be provided to filter the light beam supplied from the illumination light source 1 by a specific wavelength.
The light blocking sheet 31 is disposed between the panel 38 and the illumination light source 1. The light blocking sheet 31 is made of a non-light-transmitting material, and referring to fig. 4, the light blocking sheet 31 is provided with light-transmitting grooves 5, and the size of the light-transmitting grooves 5 is gradually changed in a specific direction. The light beam provided by the illumination source 1 can pass through the light-transmitting slot 5 and reach the light-emitting hole 4 on the panel 38. In this embodiment, the light blocking sheet 31 can be moved by operating the adjusting member 361 and driving the transmission mechanism 30, so that different size portions of the light-transmitting groove 5 are aligned with the light-emitting holes 4 during the moving process, thereby allowing light beams provided by the illumination light source 1 to pass through to different degrees, i.e. adjusting the brightness of the illumination light source 1 output to the light-emitting holes 4. In this embodiment, the specific direction is also the moving direction of the light blocking sheet 31. Because the size of each part of the light-transmitting groove 5 is gradually changed, the quantity of the light beam provided by the illumination light source 1 and output to the light outlet 4 can be gradually changed by changing the position of the light blocking sheet 31 relative to the illumination light source 1, and stepless adjustment is achieved. In other embodiments, the size of each portion of the light-transmitting groove 5 may be varied discontinuously, such as by a step, so as to adjust different steps of the light beam provided by the illumination light source 1 reaching the light-emitting hole 4.
In one embodiment, the light blocking sheet 31 is a circular sheet, the light transmission groove 5 is an arc, and a center line 51 of the light transmission groove 5 coincides with an arc centered on the center of the light blocking sheet 31. Both edges of the light-transmitting groove 5 are curved in profile and the interval between the edges is gradually changed, so that the width of the light-transmitting groove 5 is gradually changed along the direction in which the center line 51 extends. The light barrier 31 is rotatably connected to the panel 38 via a light barrier rotation shaft 32. The rotational connection between the light barrier 31 and the panel 38 can be directly rotatably arranged on the panel 38 by the light barrier rotation shaft 32, or can be realized by other intermediate members. By operating the adjusting member 361, the transmission mechanism 30 can drive the light blocking sheet 31 to rotate around the light blocking sheet rotating shaft 32, and in the rotating process, the light exit hole 4, the illumination light source 1 and different parts of the center line 51 are collinear. When different width portions of the light-transmitting groove 5 are aligned with the illumination light source 1, the light beam of the illumination light source 1 can be allowed to pass through to the light exit hole 4 to different degrees.
Two limiting notches 52 can be arranged at the edge of the light blocking sheet 31, a limiting member can be arranged on the panel 38, the limiting notch 52 is matched with the limiting notch 52, when the light blocking sheet 31 is rotated to enable the limiting notch 52 to be abutted against the limiting member, the light blocking sheet 31 can not be rotated any more, and therefore two limiting positions of the light blocking sheet 31 can be positioned.
In other embodiments, when the adjusting member 361 is operated, the light blocking sheet 31 can be driven by the transmission mechanism 30 to move linearly instead of rotating, for example, the light blocking sheet 31 has a rectangular shape, the light blocking sheet rotating shaft 32 and the edge of the light blocking sheet 31 are provided with meshed racks, and when the light blocking sheet rotating shaft 32 rotates, the light blocking sheet 31 is translated. In this case, the edge profile of the light-transmitting groove 5 may be linear.
The indication light source 365 is used to illuminate the indication window 41, i.e. the light beam provided by the indication light source 365 can exit the indication window. The size of the illuminated area of the indicator window 41 corresponds to the intensity of light output from the illumination light source 1 to the light exit hole 4. The indication light source 365 may be an LED or the like type of light source. In one embodiment, the indication light sources 365 may be arranged in an arc shape corresponding to the shape of the indication window 41. In other embodiments, the light sources 365 may be arranged in a straight line. The light sources 365 may be arranged in a matrix.
An adjuster 361 is provided on the panel 38 for operation by a user. The transmission mechanism 30 is connected between the adjuster 361 and the light blocking plate 31. When the adjusting member 361 is operated, on one hand, the amount of the light beam provided by the indicating light source 365 emitted out of the indicating window 41 is changed, so that the operator can observe that the indicating window 41 is illuminated to different degrees, and on the other hand, the transmission mechanism 30 drives the light blocking plate 31 to move, so that the different-sized portions of the light-transmitting groove 5 are aligned with the light exit hole 4, thereby adjusting the amount of the light beam provided by the illumination light source 1 reaching the light exit hole 4.
In this embodiment, when the adjusting member 361 is operated to increase the amount of the light beam provided by the indication light source 365 exiting the indication window 41 (i.e. the size of the indication window increases, for example, gradually increases with the movement of the adjusting member), the transmission mechanism 30 drives the light blocking sheet 31 to move, so that the size of the light transmission groove 5 corresponding to the light exit hole 4 gradually increases, and thus the amount of the light beam provided by the illumination light source reaching the light exit hole 4 increases, i.e. the illumination light source is turned on and the turn-on process is synchronously indicated. When the adjusting member 361 is operated to reduce the amount of the light beam provided by the indicating light source 365 exiting the indicating window 41 (i.e. the size of the indicating window is reduced, for example, gradually reduced with the movement of the adjusting member), the transmission mechanism drives the light blocking sheet 31 to move, so that the size of the light transmission groove 5 corresponding to the light exit hole 4 is gradually reduced, and the amount of the light beam provided by the illuminating light source reaching the light exit hole 4 is reduced. Therefore, the technical scheme provided by the invention can better correlate the signal of the indication window 41 for dimming indication with the adjustment of the output light of the illumination light source 1, so that the dimming operation is more visual and more detailed, and the judgment of the dimming state of a user is facilitated visually.
The adjustment of the amount of light beam provided by the indicator light source 365 exiting the indicator window 41 can be accomplished in a variety of ways. For example, in some embodiments, the indication light source 365 is disposed on the adjustment member 361, and when the adjustment member 361 is operated, the indication light source 365 moves relative to the panel 38, so that the exposed area of the indication light source 365 in the indication window 41 is changed.
An embodiment of an indicating light source 365 provided in combination with the regulating member 361 is shown in fig. 3, 5, 6. Specifically, the light source 365 is disposed on a circuit board 364, and the circuit board 364 is fixed to the adjusting member 361 by a fastener 366 such as a screw. Thus, when the adjustment member 361 is operated, the pointing light source 365 is moved synchronously, thereby changing the position of the pointing light source 365 with respect to the pointing window 41 on the panel 38.
A slot 371 may be provided on the adjuster 361 corresponding to the light source 365. The light beam of the indicating light source 365 can be emitted through the slot 371 to reach the indicating window 41. Further, a light guide plate 363 may be disposed on the indication light source 365, one end of the light guide plate 363 abuts in the groove 371, and the other end of the light guide plate 363 is disposed on the indication light source 365. The light guide plate 363 can shape and adjust the light beam emitted by the indicating light source 365, so that the light beam emitted by the indicating light source 365 through the indicating window 41 can better meet the pointing requirement. The light beam transmitted by the light guide plate 363 can further reach the indication window 41 through the progress bar, so as to provide an indication with better visual effect for the dimming process of the adjuster 361.
Further, a position indicator light 367 may be further provided on the adjuster 361. In one embodiment, the position indicator light 367 and the light source 365 are disposed on the circuit board 364.
