Fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a structure of a gas cooker according to the present invention, according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, a gas range according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: ignition 1, combustor 2 and gas pipeline 3, gas pipeline 3 with combustor 2 connects, still includes: a flow regulating system coupled to the gas line 3 for regulating the flow of gas through the gas line 3, comprising: the flow valve 4 is arranged on the gas pipeline 3; the driving mechanism 5 is coupled with the flow valve 4 and used for adjusting the opening degree of the flow valve 4; and the control device 6 is used for controlling the operation of the driving mechanism 5 according to a preset instruction set.
In the above scheme, the flow regulating system is coupled with the gas pipeline of the gas stove, the flow of the gas flowing through the gas pipeline is regulated, the fire power of the burner is regulated, the automatic regulation of the fire power is realized, the control device controls the flow of the gas flowing into the gas stove according to a preset instruction set, the regulation of the fire power is realized, for example, the heating temperature/fire power of different cooking stages can be indicated in the preset instruction set, the control device controls the fire power according to different stages, the temperature regulation of different cooking stages is realized, the operation of regulating the fire power is realized when simulating different cooking stages in manual cooking, and the automatic cooking process is realized.
As an example, the preset instruction set includes one or more instruction parameter sets, and each instruction parameter set includes at least: cooking time, fire power.
In the above scheme, the user instruction corresponds to a preset instruction set, and the preset instruction set may include, for example, cooking parameters such as cooking time, cooking temperature/fire intensity, end conditions, etc., where the cooking parameters may be a plurality of sets of parameter arrays corresponding to the cooking time and the cooking temperature/fire intensity, and the control device adjusts the flow of the gas flowing into the burner in each cooking time period according to the cooking parameters, so as to control the cooking fire, and combines with the timer to perform automatic cooking according to the preset time period and flame temperature.
In the above scheme, the control device controls the fire power of the gas stove according to each group of instruction parameter arrays in the preset instruction set, namely, controls the driving mechanism to operate in the corresponding cooking time according to the corresponding relation between the cooking time and the fire power so as to output the corresponding fire power, and the corresponding group or groups of instruction parameter arrays divide the cooking process into one or more stages, so that the staged refined control is realized, and the automatic cooking is realized.
The operation mode options corresponding to the preset instruction set/cooking parameters to the control panel may be, for example: porridge cooking, quick-frying, water boiling, soup cooking, flour cooking, frying and the like. Corresponding to each cooking mode, setting one or more than one group of parameters of corresponding cooking time and cooking temperature according to each cooking stage, when the receiving device receives a user instruction to instruct one of the cooking modes, the control device calls a pre-stored parameter array of the cooking mode, and adjusts the parameter array to the corresponding cooking temperature in a set time period.
As an example, when in the soup cooking mode, the first 10 minutes is set, the boiling is continued with a larger fire, the cooking temperature/the temperature of the flame/the temperature of the cooker is set to 200-220 ℃, the slow fire cooking is performed in the middle 20 minutes, the cooking temperature/the temperature of the flame/the temperature of the cooker is set to 120-160 ℃, and the slow fire cooking is performed in the last 20 minutes, the cooking temperature/the temperature of the flame/the temperature of the cooker is set to 80-90 ℃. Other cooking modes refer to the setting flow, correspondingly increase or decrease, for example, an automatic flameout program is set in a timing mode, and a control flow for flameout prevention in a stir-frying pan and vibration state is increased in a stir-frying mode; in the water heating mode, the cooker is automatically flameout in a state that the temperature of the cooker reaches 110 ℃ for more than or equal to 5 s.
In the above-mentioned scheme, the flow regulating system includes: the flow valve is arranged on the gas pipeline; the driving mechanism is coupled with the flow valve and used for adjusting the opening of the flow valve; and the control device is used for controlling the operation of the driving mechanism. As an example, the flow valve is a plug valve and the drive mechanism is a stepper motor.
As another example, further comprising: and the detection device is used for detecting the temperature of a cooker arranged on the gas stove.
Wherein each set of the instruction parameter array further comprises: the cooker temperature is set. The control device controlling the driving mechanism to operate according to the preset instruction set comprises the following steps: and controlling the driving mechanism to operate according to the detected temperature of the cooker in the cooking time so as to adjust the opening of the flow valve.
In the above-mentioned aspect, when the temperature of the cooker is greater than or equal to a sixth temperature set value, the control device controls the driving mechanism to operate such that the opening degree of the flow valve is reduced; and when the temperature of the cooker is less than or equal to a seventh temperature set value, adjusting the flow rate of the fuel gas introduced into the fuel gas pipeline to be increased.
The sixth temperature set value can be a set cooking temperature +4deg.C corresponding to the firepower set in the current stage, namely the temperature of the current cooker exceeds the upper limit of the optimal cooking temperature, the firepower is required to be reduced, and the control device controls the driving mechanism to operate so as to reduce the flow of the fuel gas introduced into the gas stove and realize the effect of downshifting; when the temperature of the cooker is smaller than the seventh temperature set value, for example, the seventh temperature set value is the cooking temperature set in the stage of-4 ℃, the current firepower is smaller and lower than the optimal cooking temperature, the control device controls the driving mechanism to operate to increase the opening degree of the throttle valve, the flow rate of the fuel gas introduced into the fuel gas pipeline is increased, and the firepower is shifted up to improve the heating/cooking temperature.
As another example, the preset instruction set and each set of instruction parameter sets/cooking parameters therein are the most important variables describing the cooking process, and may further include the number of stages, the stage-by-stage set cooking temperature/bottom-of-pot temperature set range, the fire size, the cooking time/timing time, and the end condition.
The storage format of the preset instruction set/cooking parameters is shown in fig. 5A, after normal ignition, the central controller performs intelligent and refined control on the cooking process according to the following flow, and referring to fig. 5B:
a) The control device/central controller drives the stepping motor to drive the plug valve on the gas pipeline to adjust and output the firepower according to the firepower size parameter of the stage, starts the timer to start timing, and drives the LED to display new stage starting information;
b) The control device/central controller continuously detects the value of the pan bottom temperature sensor during the stage to obtain the temperature of the cooker, and the temperature of the cooker is compared with the set cooking temperature parameters to reduce the fire when the temperature of the cooker is high and increase the fire when the temperature of the cooker is low. Meanwhile, the current time of the timer is continuously compared with the cooking time/timing time parameter of the stage, and the LED is driven to display the current state information of the stage;
c) Judging whether the next stage is a cooking end mark when the timing time of the timer reaches the cooking time/timing time parameter set in the stage, if not, replacing the current parameter with the cooking parameter of the new stage, resetting the timer, and turning to a; if yes, turning to d;
d) And in the ending stage, resetting the timer, driving the stepping motor to control the plug valve to rotate to a closed state, displaying cooking ending information on the panel LED, and driving the buzzer to sound at the frequency of 3Hz for 21s.
The control device/central controller performs cooking process control in the above-described program structure. The multi-stage parameterization, multi-gear firepower adjustment and plug valve controlled by the pan bottom temperature sensor and the stepping motor ensure the fine control of the one-key cooking process; the temperature feedback regulation, the timer and the setting of the ending condition of the cooker are used for carrying out closed-loop control on the cooking process, thereby ensuring the accurate and intelligent control of the one-key cooking process and really realizing unattended autonomous/automatic cooking. The invention abstracts various preset cooking process parameters into the number of stages, and the temperature setting range, the firepower size, the timing time and the ending condition of the pot bottom of each stage, so that the one-key cooking program has a uniform structure. In actual use, the specific parameters of each stage are measured through experiments by combining with empirical data, and the specific parameters are stored in an internal storage unit, so that when the preset cooking mode is updated and modified, the original parameters are replaced without changing a program frame. When a new preset cooking mode is added to the kitchen range, the machine type for performing man-machine interaction by adopting the touch keys only needs to manufacture a new preset cooking mode button on the panel and is related to new cooking mode parameters in the internal storage unit; the machine type for man-machine interaction by adopting the touch screen only needs to add a new preset cooking mode icon in the program and correlate the new cooking mode icon to the new cooking mode parameter in the internal storage unit.
As another example, the detecting means is also for detecting the temperature of a flame on the gas range; the control device is used for controlling the operation of the driving mechanism according to the detected temperature of the flame or the temperature of the cooker.
The detecting device detects the temperature of the flame on the burner and/or the temperature of the cooker, the control device adjusts the firepower according to the temperature of the flame and/or the temperature of the cooker, namely, the stepping motor is driven to rotate to enable the flow valve to work at different opening degrees, so that the temperature of the firepower or the cooker is tracked, abnormal states of the gas stove are monitored and protected, and the safety and the reliability of the gas stove are improved.
The detecting device is a flame temperature sensor arranged beside the kitchen range and/or a pan bottom temperature sensor 8 which is arranged in the center of the burner and is in contact with the bottom of the cooker, and the pan bottom temperature sensor 8 is arranged in the center of the burner 2 through a spring mechanism 9, so that the pan bottom temperature sensor is attached to the bottoms of the cookers with different structures.
In the scheme, the pan bottom temperature sensor 8 adopts a negative temperature coefficient NTC thermistor to carry out linearization treatment at the common cooking temperature of 40-280 ℃; the flame temperature sensor adopts a K-type thermocouple which can withstand the combustion temperature of the fuel gas.
According to the control method for the gas stove, the thermocouple flame temperature sensor arranged at the stove head and the thermal resistance pan bottom temperature sensor arranged in the middle of the stove head and capable of being in direct contact with the pan bottom are used for sensing cooking temperature simultaneously, and the electromagnetic valve switch is used for outputting protection actions, so that the protection is accurate and quick, the protection accuracy is high, and the false protection probability is low.
In the above scheme, the method further comprises: the electromagnetic valve 7 is arranged on the gas pipeline in series with the flow valve, and is connected with a gas source and a burner, the control device 6 is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valve 7, the connection and disconnection of the gas pipeline and the gas source are controlled by controlling the disconnection and the closing of the electromagnetic valve 7, when necessary, for example, when the temperature of a detected cooker and the temperature of flame are both reduced to be within a set range within a set time, the abnormal combustion of the gas stove is judged, the abnormal ignition of the burner can not be caused, and at the moment, in order to avoid gas leakage, the connection of the gas pipeline and the gas source is cut off through the electromagnetic valve, so that the occurrence of safety accidents is avoided, and the reliability of the gas stove is improved.
Further comprises: receiving means 11 for receiving a user instruction; the control device is also used for controlling the driving mechanism to operate according to the user instruction.
In the above-described scheme, the receiving device 11 is integrated in the control panel, is provided on the table surface of the gas cooker, and is connected with the control device in a wired or wireless manner, as an example.
As another example, further comprising: the communication module 12 is electrically connected with the receiving device and is used for receiving a user instruction and sending the user instruction to the control device, the control device controls the operation of the gas stove according to the user instruction, remote and offline control of the gas stove is achieved, for example, the instruction can be sent to the communication module through an APP of the mobile terminal, after the receiving device is electrically connected with the communication module, the user instruction is received, the control device controls the opening and closing of the gas stove according to the user instruction, when the user leaves home and forgets to close the gas stove, the mobile terminal sends the instruction to the gas stove, gas introduced into the gas stove is cut off, the gas stove is closed, and the safety of the gas stove is improved.
As another example, further comprising: the trigger mechanism is arranged in the center of the burner, detects the placement state of the cooker, corresponds to the spring mechanism provided with the pan bottom temperature sensor, and is used for detecting whether the cooker is placed on the burner or not when the cooker is placed on the burner, the spring mechanism deforms to trigger the connected trigger mechanism. The trigger mechanism is a micro switch.
When the cooker is placed on the burner, the micro switch is triggered to be closed by the spring mechanism, and when the cooker leaves the burner, the micro switch is opened.
As an example, wherein the controlling means controlling the driving mechanism to operate according to the temperature of the cooker includes: and when the temperature of the cooker is larger than a first set temperature value and the cooker is not placed on the burner, sequentially reducing the opening of the flow valve according to set time intervals.
In the above scheme, the control device can control the working mode of the gas stove according to the user instruction to adjust the flow of the gas fed into the burner, or control the working mode of the gas stove according to the temperature of the cooker to adjust the operation of the driving mechanism, so that the corresponding opening of the flow valve works to adjust the fire power of the gas stove.
As a further example, further comprising: the alarm device 13 is electrically connected with the control device, and alarms when the temperature of the cooker or the temperature of the flame is too high to reach a certain set value.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a gas cooker according to another exemplary embodiment. As an example, a thermocouple flame temperature sensor arranged at a burner and a thermal resistance pan bottom temperature sensor arranged in the middle of the burner and capable of being in direct contact with the pan bottom are adopted to sense the cooking temperature in all directions; the gas quantity, namely the fire power, is finely adjusted by adopting a plug valve controlled by a stepping motor; and acquiring a cooking mode selected by a user by adopting the touch panel and a preset cooking mode key, and displaying a cooking process in real time through a display screen on the panel.
The control device/central controller has thermocouple temperature reading and thermal resistance temperature reading functions, an internal storage unit and a communication interface. The preset cooking modes selected by the current user and obtained by the touch keys of the panel are obtained through the communication interface (the panel keys are provided with a plurality of cooking modes, each touch key corresponds to one non-overlapping cooking mode, and the user can directly select the preset cooking modes, namely four preset cooking modes of water boiling, porridge boiling, rice cooking and surface cooking, are obtained in the example), and then the multi-stage cooking parameters corresponding to the cooking modes are obtained from the internal storage unit.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a control method for a gas range according to an exemplary embodiment. The control method for a gas range according to an embodiment of the present invention as shown in fig. 3 includes: in step S110, a user instruction is received; in step S122, the flow rate of the gas flowing into the gas range is adjusted according to the user instruction.
In the scheme, the flow of the gas introduced into the gas stove is regulated according to the user instruction, so that the regulation of cooking firepower/temperature is realized, and the possibility is provided for the realization of automatic cooking.
As an example, the user instruction corresponds to a preset instruction set; and the control device controls the driving mechanism to operate according to the preset instruction set corresponding to the user instruction.
In the above scheme, the user instruction corresponds to a preset instruction set, and the preset instruction set may include, for example, cooking parameters such as cooking time, cooking temperature, end conditions, etc., where the cooking parameters may be a plurality of sets of parameter sets corresponding to cooking time and cooking temperature/fire, and the control device adjusts the flow of gas flowing into the burner in each cooking time period according to the above cooking parameters, so as to control the cooking fire, and combines with the timer to perform automatic cooking according to the preset time period and flame temperature.
The operating mode options of the cooking parameters corresponding to the control panel can be, for example: porridge cooking, quick-frying, water boiling, soup cooking, flour cooking, frying and the like.
Fig. 3A is a flowchart illustrating a control method for a gas range according to an exemplary embodiment. The control method for a gas cooker according to an embodiment of the present invention as shown in fig. 3A further includes: in step S112, detecting a temperature of a cooker on the gas range; in step S120, the flow rate of the gas flowing into the gas range is adjusted according to the user command and the temperature of the cooker.
As an example, adjusting the flow rate of the gas flowing into the gas range according to the temperature of the cooker includes: when the temperature of the cooker is larger than a first set temperature value and the cooker is not placed on the burner, gradually reducing the flow of the gas flowing into the gas stove according to a set time interval.
In the above scheme, the method further comprises: when the cooker is detected to be replaced on the burner, the flow rate of the gas introduced into the gas range is regulated to be restored to be before the reduction.
In the above scheme, adjusting the flow of the gas introduced into the gas stove according to the temperature of the cooker further includes: and when the temperature of the cooker is larger than the first set temperature value and the time for placing the cooker on the burner is larger than the first set time, cutting off the gas flowing into the gas stove.
The gas stove is an important cooking appliance in a modern household kitchen, has a certain danger due to the fact that gas combustion is used as a heating mode, and can often cause problems such as ignition failure, abnormal flameout, dry burning of a pot body, overhigh temperature and the like due to factors of the stove or a user, so that serious potential safety hazards are caused. Eliminating or reducing these potential safety hazards is a tangible requirement for each consumer and is also a research and development direction for various large household appliance manufacturers. The control method for the gas stove mainly solves the problem of ignition protection in the whole cooking process of the one-key cooking stove, and has the advantages of being accurate and rapid in protection, high in protection accuracy and low in error protection probability.
Referring to fig. 4A, at any stage, if the temperature value of the pan bottom temperature sensor collected by the control device/the central controller is greater than the first set value 298 ℃ for more than 3 seconds, and the trigger mechanism/the micro switch at the lower part of the pan bottom temperature sensor is in a closed state, that is, the cooker is placed on the burner, the driving mechanism/the stepping motor is controlled to drive the plug valve to return to a zero position, the opening of the flow valve is driven to be minimum or closed, or the electromagnetic valve is controlled to cut off the air supply loop, so that the gas flowing into the gas stove is cut off, the gas stove is closed, or the panel LED is driven to display a dry burning error code at the same time, and the buzzer continuously prompts for 20 seconds at a frequency of 1 Hz. If the micro switch is in the off state at this time, the cooker leaves the cooking bench, the flow of the gas introduced into the gas cooker is gradually reduced according to a set time interval, for example, 10 seconds, namely, no prompt is carried out within 10 seconds, the internal timer is suspended, the stepping motor is controlled to drive the plug valve to reduce 2-gear firepower after 10 seconds, meanwhile, the panel LED is driven to display early warning of leaving the cooking bench, and the buzzer continuously prompts at 3HZ frequency; after 10 seconds, namely 20 seconds, the stepping motor is controlled to drive the plug valve to reduce to the lowest-grade fire power, meanwhile, the panel LED is driven to display a warning of separating from the cooking bench, and the buzzer continuously prompts at the frequency of 0.5 HZ; after 30 seconds, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to cut off the air supply loop, the stepping motor is controlled to drive the plug valve to return to the zero position, the panel LED is driven to display that the pot body/cooker is separated from the cooking bench for a long time, and the buzzer stops ringing. If the micro switch is closed again in the early warning and warning generation stage of the cooking bench, the early warning and warning state is eliminated, the stepping motor is controlled to drive the plug valve to restore the current firepower, the panel LED is driven to restore the cooking process display, the sound of the buzzer is eliminated, and the operation of the internal timer is restored.
According to the control method for the gas stove, the LED and the buzzer of the panel are used for pushing the fault alarm information to the user at the same time, different display contents and different buzzer sounding modes show different alarm meanings, and the control method has the advantages of being multiple in sensing mode and visual.
In the above scheme, the method further comprises: detecting the flame temperature of the gas stove; and in the ignition stage, when the flame temperature is smaller than a second temperature set value in a second set time, cutting off the gas introduced into the gas stove.
Referring to fig. 4B, in the ignition stage, after the ignition signal is sent out, the central controller of the control device continuously detects the temperature value of the flame temperature sensor, and stops sending out the ignition signal when the temperature value is detected to be obviously increased within 10 seconds, and if the temperature value is not detected to be obviously increased within 10 seconds, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to cut off the air supply loop while stopping sending out the ignition signal.
In the above scheme, the method further comprises: judging whether the temperature of the pan bottom/cooker detected by the pan bottom temperature sensor is within a set temperature range, and cutting off the gas introduced into the gas stove when the temperature of the cooker is not within the set temperature range or the pan bottom temperature sensor is short-circuited.
Referring to fig. 4C, after normal ignition, if the control device determines that the temperature sensor is disconnected or the temperature value is obviously abnormal in 2 minutes continuously, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to cut off the air supply loop, the stepping motor is controlled to drive the plug valve to return to the zero position, the panel LED is driven to display the abnormal prompt of the temperature probe, and the buzzer continuously prompts for 20 seconds at the frequency of 2 Hz.
As an example, further comprising: and after the ignition is finished, when the flame temperature is reduced to exceed a third temperature set value and the temperature of the cooker is reduced to exceed a fourth temperature set value in a third set time, cutting off the fuel gas fed into the gas stove.
Referring to fig. 4D, in any stage of normal cooking, if the flame temperature sensor continuously detects that the temperature of the flame suddenly decreases by more than 100 degrees celsius in a continuous decreasing trend, and the pan bottom temperature sensor continuously detects that the temperature of the pan bottom/the cooker slowly decreases, the electromagnetic valve is immediately controlled to cut off the air supply loop, the stepping motor is controlled to drive the plug valve to return to a zero position, the panel LED is driven to display an accidental flameout prompt, and the buzzer continuously prompts for 10 seconds at a frequency of 1 Hz.
As an example, further comprising: and receiving an ignition instruction, and judging whether the temperature of the cooker detected by the pan bottom temperature sensor is greater than a fifth temperature set value, if so, not executing the ignition instruction.
Referring to fig. 4E, in the protection state, if the temperature value of the cooker detected by the pan bottom temperature sensor is greater than 280 degrees celsius, the ignition function is not effective.
When the normal cooking starts, the cooking time length of the current stage is recorded through a timer, when the cooking time length of the final stage is reached after other protection does not occur, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to cut off the air supply loop, the stepping motor is controlled to drive the plug valve to return to a zero position, the panel LED is driven to display the normal end information of the cooking, the buzzer continuously prompts for 20 seconds at the frequency of 0.5Hz, and the complete ignition protection function of the preset cooking process is completed.
