Aluminum mould board is in order to strengthen its self rigidity, often need be at its back welding strengthening rib structure, especially when being under construction to high-rise building, but aluminum mould board is thinner, cause the aluminum mould board phenomenon of warping because of overheated appearing easily in welding process, the roughness of aluminum mould board working face has seriously been influenced, thereby concrete surface's roughness and smoothness in the aluminum mould board have been reduced, current aluminum mould board is very inconvenient when the dismouting, work efficiency is reduced, and the aluminum mould board that assembles often supports it with a steel pipe, the supporting effect is not good.

The invention aims to provide an aluminum template structure for a high-rise building, which aims to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an aluminum template structure for a high-rise building comprises two groups of fixing plates, wherein the inner sides of the two groups of fixing plates are connected with mounting plates through second bolts in a threaded manner, the number of the mounting plates is three groups, wherein the two groups of mounting plates positioned at the upper part are correspondingly provided with first clamping grooves, a first reinforcing rib is clamped between the two groups of mounting plates through the first clamping grooves, the first reinforcing ribs are fixedly connected with the two groups of mounting plates through triangular steel, the inner sides of the two groups of fixing plates are positioned below the first reinforcing ribs and are clamped with second reinforcing ribs, the second reinforcing ribs are fixedly connected with the two groups of fixing plates through triangular steel, a hinge seat is arranged in the middle of the back of each second reinforcing rib, and the inside swing joint of articulated seat has the bracing piece, the end of bracing piece is fixed with the supporting disk, and the front of two sets of fixed plate and two sets of mounting panels is connected with aluminium base board.
Preferably, the two ends of the first reinforcing ribs are provided with first clamping blocks matched with the first clamping grooves, the number of the first reinforcing ribs is three, and the three first reinforcing ribs are longitudinally distributed between the two groups of fixing plates at equal intervals.
Preferably, both ends of the second reinforcing rib are provided with second clamping blocks matched with the second clamping grooves.
Preferably, the triangular steel is provided with third threaded holes, the number of the third threaded holes is two, and the mounting plate and the first reinforcing rib are respectively provided with a second threaded hole and a first threaded hole which are matched with the third threaded holes in two groups.
Preferably, two sets of the fixing plates are detachably connected with the second reinforcing ribs through triangular steel and first bolts.
Preferably, the bracing piece comprises steel, and the bracing piece passes through round pin axle and articulated seat swing joint, the bottom of supporting disk is provided with the skid resistant course.
Preferably, three sets of both ends of mounting panel and two sets of all be provided with on the fixed plate with second bolt assorted fourth screw hole.
Preferably, the back surface of the aluminum substrate is provided with a support column, the top of the aluminum substrate is turned outwards at 90 degrees, and the top of the aluminum substrate and the top of one group of mounting plates are both correspondingly provided with fifth threaded holes.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the aluminum formwork, the three groups of first reinforcing ribs can be clamped in the first clamping groove through the arranged first clamping block and the first clamping groove, the arranged second reinforcing ribs can be clamped in the second clamping groove through the arranged second clamping block and the second clamping groove, the first reinforcing ribs and the second reinforcing ribs can be better fixed through the arranged triangular steel, the first threaded holes, the second threaded holes, the third threaded holes and the first bolts, the rigidity of the aluminum formwork is enhanced, the aluminum formwork can be conveniently disassembled by combining the arranged second bolts and the fourth threaded holes, and the assembled aluminum formwork can be better supported through the arranged hinge seat, the supporting rod and the supporting plate.

Referring to fig. 1-5, an aluminum formwork structure for high-rise buildings comprises two sets of fixing plates 1, wherein the number of the fixing plates 1 is two, the inner sides of the two sets of fixing plates 1 are connected with mounting plates 3 through second bolts 19 by screw threads, the number of the mounting plates 3 is three, wherein the two sets of mounting plates 3 positioned above are correspondingly provided with first clamping grooves 11, a first reinforcing rib 2 is clamped between the two sets of mounting plates 3 through the first clamping groove 11, the first reinforcing rib 2 is fixedly connected with the two sets of mounting plates 3 through a triangular steel 12, the inner sides of the two sets of fixing plates 1 are clamped with a second reinforcing rib 6 below the first reinforcing rib 2, the second reinforcing rib 6 is fixedly connected with the two sets of fixing plates 1 through the triangular steel 12, a hinge seat 7 is arranged at the middle position of the back of the second reinforcing rib 6, a support rod 8 is movably connected inside the hinge seat 7, the front surfaces of the two groups of fixed plates 1 and the two groups of mounting plates 3 are connected with an aluminum substrate 5.
Please refer to fig. 2, two ends of the first reinforcing rib 2 are respectively provided with a first clamping block 10 matched with the first clamping groove 11, the first reinforcing rib 2 is fixed between the two sets of mounting plates 3 through the arranged first clamping blocks 10, the number of the first reinforcing ribs 2 is three, and the three first reinforcing ribs 2 are longitudinally distributed between the two sets of fixing plates 1 at equal intervals, so that the aluminum formwork has stronger rigidity and better construction effect.
Please refer to fig. 1 and 4, the two ends of the second stiffener 6 are both provided with a second clamping block 16 matching with the second clamping groove 17, so as to fix the second stiffener 6 between the two sets of fixing plates 1, and the two sets of fixing plates 1 and the second stiffener 6 are detachably connected through the triangular steel 12 and the first bolt 15, so that the second stiffener 6 is more conveniently disassembled and assembled, and the second stiffener 6 is better fixed on the fixing plates 1, thereby increasing the rigidity of the aluminum formwork.
Please refer to fig. 2 and 5, the triangular steel 12 is provided with three threaded holes 18, and the number of the third threaded holes 18 is two, and the two sets of mounting plates 3 and the first reinforcing ribs 2 are respectively provided with second threaded holes 14 and first threaded holes 13 matched with the two sets of the third threaded holes 18, so that the first reinforcing ribs 2 can be fixed on the mounting plates 3, and the first reinforcing ribs 2 can be more conveniently disassembled and assembled.
Please refer to fig. 1, the supporting rod 8 is made of steel, the hardness of the steel is strong, the supporting effect is better, the supporting rod 8 is movably connected with the hinge base 7 through a pin shaft, the bottom of the supporting disk 9 is provided with an anti-slip layer, the anti-slip layer is contacted with the supporting plane, the friction force between the supporting disk 9 and the supporting plane is increased, and the supporting rod 8 can better support the aluminum formwork.
Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the two ends of the three mounting plates 3 and the two fixing plates 1 are respectively provided with a fourth threaded hole 20 matched with the second bolt 19, so as to facilitate the mounting plates 3 and the fixing plates 1 to be assembled together, the back surface of the aluminum substrate 5 is provided with a support pillar 4, so as to increase the rigidity of the aluminum template, and better support the aluminum substrate 5, the top of the aluminum substrate 5 is turned outwards at 90 °, the top of the aluminum substrate 5 and the top of one of the mounting plates 3 are respectively provided with a fifth threaded hole 21, and the aluminum substrate 5 is conveniently mounted on the mounting plates 3 through the fifth threaded holes 21.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, a worker holds the mounting plate 3 by hand, aligns the mounting plate 3 with a fourth threaded hole 20 on the fixing plate 1, screws a second bolt 19 into the fourth threaded hole 20, respectively fixes three groups of mounting plates 3 in this way, then clamps a first fixture block 10 on the first reinforcing rib 2 in a first clamping groove 11, holds the triangular steel 12 by hand, aligns two groups of third threaded holes 18 on the triangular steel 12 with a first threaded hole 13 on the first reinforcing rib 2 and a second threaded hole 14 on the mounting plate 3, respectively screws the first bolt 15, respectively fixes three groups of first reinforcing ribs 2 on two groups of mounting plates 3 in this way, then clamps a second fixture block 16 on the second reinforcing rib 6 in a second clamping groove 17, fixes the second reinforcing rib 6 on two groups of fixing plates 1 by using the triangular steel 12, then places the aluminum substrate 5 on the front faces of the fixing plate 1 and the mounting plate 3, and inserting the stud into the fifth threaded hole 21, fixing the aluminum substrate 5, contacting the supporting plate 9 with the plane after the aluminum template is assembled, and supporting the aluminum template by the supporting rod 8 and the supporting plate 9 under the action of the hinged seat 7.
