When the slurry is required to be sent out, the discharging device acts to stir the slurry and then send out the slurry, and the slurry is not directly discharged but is discharged after being stirred, so that the discharged slurry has uniform texture.

Further, the discharging part 53 is composed of two mounting plates 531 and a plastic soft plate 532 which are spaced apart from each other; the two mounting plates 531 are respectively arranged at two sides of the discharge hole; one end of the plastic soft plate 532 is connected to the mixing barrel 31, the plastic soft plate 532 covers the outer edges of the two mounting plates 531, and then the other end of the plastic soft plate 532 is movably connected to the mixing barrel 31.
The discharge part 53 composed of the two mounting plates 531 and the plastic soft plate 532 can release the connection of one end of the plastic soft plate 532 after the slurry is completely output, and the discharge stirring shaft 52 and the discharge part 53 can be exposed, so that people can clean the discharge stirring shaft 52 and the discharge part 53 conveniently, and the slurry with different components is prevented from being affected mutually.
