Description

Remote teaching and training system and access control method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of multimedia teaching, in particular to a remote teaching training system and an access control method based on the Internet, and specifically relates to a remote teaching training system and an access control method suitable for an education training group.
Background
With the development of information communication technology, the improvement of remote teaching training technology is promoted. For example, japanese patent laid-open No. 2000-250392 is referred to as a conventional remote teaching training system and remote teaching training method. The remote teaching and training system and the remote teaching and training method disclosed therein acquire lecture contents performed in schools, companies, lectures, and the like as image data and sound data, and provide the data to listeners at remote locations via a network.
In practice, the following disadvantages are found: the lecturer usually needs to give a speech to a terminal device for remote video recording, and also needs to perform a click operation to operate a distribution program, which causes a large operation burden on the lecturer and a disadvantage of poor feeling of presence on the audience side.
To this end, patent document WO2006/123780 discloses a remote teaching training system and method in which lecture contents of an instructor are distributed to a remote distribution system at a remote site, instructor data are distributed to a listener terminal in advance in the form of an animation file, and audio and video data are automatically distributed at the same time as the start of lecture, so that the audio and video data can be displayed on the listener terminal in real time.
After that, with the rapid development of the internet, more systems and methods for remote teaching and training using the internet technology have been introduced.
For example, the chinese patent application 201210529681.1 discloses a remote teaching live broadcast system, which can effectively solve the problem of teaching resources in underdeveloped areas, especially scarce excellent education resources, by adding simple equipment. And the technology is mature, the cost is low, and the method is very suitable for large-scale popularization and use.
For another example, the chinese patent application 201310050124.6 provides a method and an apparatus for processing remote teaching data, which are applied to the teaching of computer program compiling, and can improve the convenience and learning efficiency of the trainees. The processing method of the remote teaching data comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a server sends a webpage to a terminal, wherein the webpage comprises a computer program segment serving as a teaching example; and the server receives the computer program segment extracted from the webpage by the terminal, executes the computer program segment and then sends an execution result to the terminal. According to the technical scheme, a learner writing a computer program can directly run an example program in a course on a webpage without installing a programming environment and without inputting the example program manually. The student can modify the example program or program the program by himself and send the program to the server for operation, and the server can give corresponding prompt in case of error in the program provided by the student. Additionally, comparisons between various programming languages may be made. The above steps bring convenience to the student, and are helpful for improving learning efficiency and enhancing learning effect.
For another example, CN103544856 discloses a mobile internet remote teaching platform, which comprises a teacher PC version client, a student mobile phone version client, and an operator management background. According to the remote teaching platform system disclosed by the method, a user can acquire a teacher list through the mobile terminal and select an online teacher to start audio and video real person online teaching anytime and anywhere as required. The scheme can improve portability and convenience.
However, the remote teaching and training system has the following defects that the development concept of the system is based on the education concept of the previous remote teaching. That is, existing or on-site educational resources are distributed remotely via a network. Because the resources that can be distributed remotely in real time are limited, the courses that can be taught and the teaching resources that can be provided by such a remote teaching system are often very limited.
Meanwhile, with the pace of life increasing, people often wish to be able to receive various types of training in one institution: such as primary school, junior middle school, high school, english, computer technology, etc. In line with this trend, various large educational training groups, such as group companies like thinking of school, giant, new east, etc., have come to the fore. The operation of such group companies has several characteristics: 1. the nationwide operation is realized, a plurality of branch companies, sub-companies and a large number of franchising organizations are arranged in each place, and the difference of network services brought by different regions, such as the speed, the safety and the reliability of the services, needs to be overcome; 2. the teaching resources are massive, and a lot of teaching resources need to be prefabricated according to the set subjects so as to be used for online interaction with nationwide users; 3. the security and privacy of the user information data are difficult to be guaranteed. For such corporate companies, it is obviously unsatisfactory that existing systems, such as the unified operation back office, so-called "centralized architecture and management", are used to locate the entire corporate operation system in a geographical location, and then all users interact with the operation back office directly for teaching resources, including: 1. teaching resources of equipment at each user terminal are often limited by hardware, storage capacity and computing capacity of the terminal, and cannot meet actual requirements. 2. Due to the regional difference of the network, the response speed of obtaining teaching resources and services of an operation system for the terminal users of subsidiaries or franchise organizations in different cities is different; 3. once the operating system of the group breaks down or needs to be maintained, global influence is caused; 4. the teaching quality is influenced by the blocking easily generated in the transmission process of the teaching resources; 5. the corporate headquarters will keep track of all end users' customer information, which in some cases is undesirable and unwilling to occur.
The applicant hereby states what is stated in the above section is nothing but what the applicant is aware of. The foregoing merely provides background information related to the present disclosure and does not necessarily constitute prior art to the present application.
In view of this, how to provide a remote teaching and training system suitable for an educational training group to meet the current market demand is a technical problem to be solved urgently by developers in the technical field of remote teaching.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a remote teaching and training system which is suitable for an education and training group and comprises: a plurality of zone servers at different geographic locations, the zone servers having: the teaching platform is arranged in the area server; the management control end, the teaching end and the student end are in communication connection with the teaching platform; wherein: the remote teaching training system also comprises a headquarters server bidirectionally interconnected with the plurality of regional servers in a two-level interactive architecture, i.e., the headquarters server is configured to form a bidirectional interconnection only with the plurality of regional servers to enable uploading and downloading of educational resources therebetween, each of the plurality of regional servers is configured to allow bidirectional interaction of the teaching end and the student end with a teaching platform in the regional server independently of the headquarters server to enable interactive remote teaching training.
Different from a centralized architecture system adopted in a traditional remote teaching and training system, the invention adopts a two-stage interactive architecture system of a headquarter server and a regional server, and the headquarter server is only in interactive connection with the regional servers by arranging the regional servers at different geographic positions, instead of being directly in interactive connection with the headquarter server by a teaching end and a student end as in the centralized architecture system adopted in the prior art. Therefore, the defect of poor user experience degree caused by the difference between teaching resources and services obtained by terminal users in different regions due to the difference between the regions of the network in a centralized architecture is overcome. Meanwhile, even if the headquarter server breaks down or is maintained, the regional servers can provide remote teaching and training services for the teaching end and the student end independently of the headquarter server, so that global influence cannot occur as in the prior art; furthermore, the regional server can interact with the headquarter server for teaching resources and computing power, so that the defect that the teaching resources and the computing power are limited in the existing system is overcome.
Preferably, the plurality of area servers and the headquarters server download the educational resources from the headquarters server to the area servers or upload the generated resources of the area servers to the headquarters server according to a predetermined push rule or an instructional operation therebetween.
In view of the above, the headquarter server can push the teaching resources to the regional server according to the preset pushing rule when the network is idle, so that the problem that the teaching resources cannot reach the local area to influence the teaching due to the network problem is avoided, and network delay and congestion caused by direct interaction between the teaching terminal and the student terminal and the master server in the centralized architecture in the prior art are reduced.
Preferably, the teaching platform preferably comprises a management service module, an audio-video processing module and an audio-video file management module which are in communication connection with each other to realize the access or operation of the management control terminal, the teaching terminal and the student terminal to the teaching platform, and the management control terminal sends a management instruction to the management service module to manage and operate the audio-video processing module and the audio-video file management module.
In view of the above, can be with teaching resources with audio-visual file's form in teaching platform in handling, storage and broadcast to provide teaching resources with the form that can broadcast for the teacher of giving lessons or training student, this is convenient for improve efficiency and the teaching effect of giving lessons, also is convenient for teaching platform and present widely used intelligent terminal equipment supporting use, thereby has improved teaching platform's scalability and commonality.
Preferably, the teaching terminal also comprises at least one teaching camera which is operated by the teaching terminal and arranged between the teaching platform and the teaching terminal for shooting or playing audio-video files, and the audio-video files from the audio-video processing module are bidirectionally subjected to file interaction between the teaching camera and the audio-video processing module.
Accordingly, the teaching teacher can operate or use the teaching platform through the teaching terminal, so that the teaching teacher provides a virtual classroom teaching atmosphere, the immersion of the trained students is improved, and the consumption experience of the trained students is improved.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The components of embodiments of the present invention generally described and illustrated in the figures herein may be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations. Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention, presented in the figures, is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a general architectural diagram of a remote instructional training system in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention is disclosed. In fig. 1, the functions of the individual functional modules and the technical associations between them are represented graphically by components. Referring to fig. 1 of the present application, the remote teaching training system according to the present invention comprises a plurality of regional servers 1 at different geographical locations, and teaching platforms 2 respectively and correspondingly disposed in each regional server 1, wherein the teaching platforms 2 are respectively communicatively connected to a management control terminal 4, a teaching terminal 5, and a student terminal 6; wherein the remote teaching training system further comprises a headquarters server 3 bidirectionally interactive-connected with the plurality of area servers 1 in a two-stage interactive architecture, i.e. the headquarters server 3 is configured to form a bidirectional interactive connection only with the plurality of area servers 1 to enable uploading and downloading of educational resources therebetween, each of the plurality of area servers 1 is configured to allow bidirectional interactive operation of the teaching terminal 5 and the student terminal 6 with the teaching platform 2 in the area server 1 independently of the headquarters server 3 to enable interactive remote teaching training.
The term "educational training group" in the sense of the present invention refers to a group company engaged in educational training business, which includes a union of headquarters and branches scattered at different geographical locations, having a vertical organizational structure. The term "two-level interactive architecture" includes an architectural approach including a first level of interaction consisting of interaction between the headquarters server and the area server and a second level of interaction consisting of interaction between the area server and the end user, wherein the first level of interaction and the second level of interaction are independent of each other. The term "interaction" refers to the bi-directional transmission, reading, or utilization of information or resources between the two components of the present inventive distance learning training system. The term "regional server" refers to a server that serves end-user individuals as a regional computing center with the ability to independently provide educational resources to end-user individuals for remote educational training. The term "headquarters server" refers to a server that serves only regional servers as a common computing center and provides educational resources or services thereto. As an example not intended to limit the present invention, the regional server and the headquarters server may adopt blade server or rack server from Oracle or Sun company, that is, a concept different from a centralized architecture, and the present invention mainly provides corresponding teaching resources and services for end users in different regions and with different requirements by establishing a computing system with the headquarters server and the regional server.
Referring again to fig. 1, as an example, the plurality of regional servers 1 are, for example, servers provided in offices of subsidiaries or branch companies or affiliates in respective regions of the educational training group, and the servers have a certain storage space for storing teaching resources such as teaching courseware, documents, audios/videos, PPT, and the like and processing capability for processing access or operation requests issued by students.
Correspondingly, the headquarter server 3 is a server arranged in an office area of a headquarter of the education and training group, collects all existing teaching resources of the education and training group as a service platform, has a storage space and a processing capacity far larger than those of the regional servers, and forms a bidirectional interactive connection between the regional server 1 and the headquarter server 3 to realize uploading and downloading of the education resources between the regional servers and the headquarter server. That is, the headquarter server is a higher-level server of the area servers, and provides new education resources required by the area servers for the area servers and can provide certain storage space for the area servers to store the existing education resources in the area servers; meanwhile, the area server serves as a sub-platform under the headquarters server, each of which is configured to allow the teaching terminal 5 and the student terminal 6 to bidirectionally interoperate with the teaching platform 2 in the area server 1 independently of the headquarters server to implement interactive remote teaching training.
The headquarters server 3 will actively push the educational resources to each regional server 1 according to a predetermined push mechanism, for example, according to a push rule in the case of a rich network communication bandwidth at night. As an example, those skilled in the art can understand that the push rule specifies the target area server to which the resource is pushed, and the push time requirement. Besides actively pushing according to a preset pushing mechanism, the teaching resources required to be used can be downloaded from the headquarter server to the area servers according to instruction type operation of the teaching end or the management control end received by each area server. That is, the regional server is configured to receive the learning resources from the headquarters server for use in teaching by local teachers. Of course, the area server may upload locally received or generated resources to the headquarters server according to a certain transmission mechanism to store the educational resources in the headquarters server 3. As an example, in the case of rich network bandwidth, interactive resources with small data volume in the regional server may be synchronously uploaded to the headquarter server in the real-time interaction process of the teaching end and the student end; under the condition of limited network bandwidth or large resource data volume, resources used for teaching can be firstly stored in a storage space built in the regional server for storage in order to ensure the real-time performance of classroom interaction; and when the network bandwidth is rich, asynchronously uploading the data to a headquarters server for storage. Therefore, the potential influence of the change of the network bandwidth on the classroom teaching is ensured, and the network delay and the network congestion caused by the direct interaction between the teaching end and the headquarter server and the interaction between the teaching end and the student end and the headquarter server are reduced.
In fig. 2, an architectural diagram of a zone server according to the invention is shown. Wherein the teaching platform 2 comprises: a management service module 21, an audio-visual processing module 22 and an audio-visual file management module 23, wherein the management service module 21, the audio-visual processing module 22 and the audio-visual file management module 23 are mutually and appropriately connected in communication, as indicated by the double-headed arrow shown in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the regional server 1 provides a working environment for the teaching platform 2 to be communicatively connected and operated with the outside. When the teaching platform 2 is used, the management control terminal 4, the teaching terminal 5 and the student terminal 6 can be in communication connection with the teaching platform in a wired or wireless network mode so as to realize access or operation on the teaching platform. Meanwhile, since the area server 1 can be connected to the headquarters server 3 via network communication, the teaching platform 2 can contact or obtain teaching resources from the headquarters server 3 via the area server 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the teaching platform 2 can be operated or used by the system administrator of the subsidiaries or affiliates or subsidiaries of the respective areas in different geographical locations via the administration control terminal 4, as indicated by the one-way arrow in fig. 2. As an example, the system administrator may choose to use a conventional personal computer or a smart phone and operate the teaching platform 2 by using a method such as application program (APP) or web page clicking, and the management instruction from the management control terminal 4 can be sent to the management service module 21 to manage and operate the audio/video processing module 22 and the audio/video file management module 23.
Meanwhile, a lecturer (e.g., a training teacher or a lecturer) may operate or use the teaching platform 2 via the teaching terminal 5, as shown by the double-headed arrow in fig. 2, and as a preferred example, the lecturer may employ at least one teaching camera 51 disposed at a predetermined position (e.g., a classroom) and operable via the teaching terminal 5, thereby making or playing audio-video files for teaching. The audio-visual file may be file-interacted between the teaching camera 51 and the audio-visual processing module 22, for example, in the manner of a double-headed arrow shown in fig. 2.
Further, at least one training student may use the student end 6 to operate and use the teaching platform 2, as shown by the double-headed arrow in fig. 2. As an example, the training student may use a conventional personal computer or a mobile device such as a tablet computer or a smart phone, and operate the teaching platform 2 by using an application or a web page or receive and play audio and video files, for example, from the teaching platform 2 locally, so as to view the teaching audio and video files from the teaching platform 2, thereby achieving the teaching purpose. Certainly, with the help of a camera device attached to a personal computer or a smart phone, students can convert own problems into audio and video files in an audio and video file manner, upload the audio and video files to the teaching platform 2 and forward the audio and video files to teachers at the teaching end 5, and therefore remote teaching interaction between teachers and students is achieved.
Next, respective functions of the management service module 21, the audio-visual processing module 22, and the audio-visual file management module 23 in the teaching platform 2 are described. For example, the management service module 21 provides functions including: a functional module is provided for the management control terminal 4 to set relevant settings such as access authority, login password, user identification and the like; a function of communicating with the audio/video processing module 22 to issue, for example, a recording and audio/video processing control command; and communicates with the audio-visual file management module 23 to implement file transfer and storage functions.
Meanwhile, the audio/video processing module 22 provides functions including: and carrying out dynamic or static sound recording and video recording and carrying out multimedia compression decoding on the recorded audio and video and the document file. The functions of the audio/video file management module 23 include: a function of storing or reading recorded audio and video and compressed document files, a function of dynamically uploading audio and video and document files to the area server 1 according to an external command, and the like. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the respective functions of the management service module 21, the audio/video processing module 22 and the audio/video file management module 23 can be implemented in a manner of forming functional modules through electronic or software programming, which is known in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
For the sake of simplicity, the operation of the individual area server 1 and the headquarters server 3 will be described below as an example of the operation of the remote education training system of the educational training group of the present invention. In case the teaching resources of the local regional server are sufficient, the lecturer via the teaching terminal 5 trains the student via the student terminal 6 to connect to the teaching platform 2, for example via a login of a user name and password. The management service module 21 identifies and verifies the login user name and the password according to the setting of the management control terminal 4, and if the verification is passed, the teaching teacher and the trained students are allowed to be connected to the teaching platform 2. The teaching teacher can realize the teaching process by transmitting teaching audio and video and documents to the student terminals 6 of a plurality of students and performing explicit playing by means of the teaching camera 51, the audio and video processing module 22 and the audio and video file management module 23. Meanwhile, the training students can send documents such as questions or test paper feedback to the teaching end by means of the student end 6, the audio-video processing module 22 and the audio-video file management module 23 to realize teaching feedback and interaction. Therefore, the communication process of remote teaching is completed.
When the teaching resources of the local regional server 1 are not enough, the teacher giving lessons can issue an instruction operation requiring access to the headquarter server 3 to the teaching platform 2 via the teaching terminal 5 to request to download the teaching resources required to be used from the headquarter server to the regional server, and the teaching platform 2 processes the instruction operation and converts the instruction operation into a signal which can be identified by the headquarter server 3, for example, the teaching resources with the numbers aaa are pushed to the regional server with the numbers ccc in the bbb time period. After recognizing the signal, the headquarters server 3 packages the resource requested to be downloaded, and actively pushes the packaged resource to the target area server 1 according to a certain pushing rule and on demand. After the teaching resource files downloaded to the regional server 1 are read by the teaching platform, information connection is established between the teaching terminal 5 and the student terminal 6 through the teaching platform according to the mode, and therefore the communication process of remote teaching is completed.
As can be seen from the above, by changing the architecture of the original centralized server, the teaching platform on the local area server can be used to the headquarters server through the network connection, thereby overcoming the limitations of limited server resources, regional differences in the network, and other disadvantages in the prior art.
Further preferably, in the case where the respective area servers 1 located at different geographical locations are affiliate organizations belonging to an educational training group, there is a need for: the use of the client information of the lecturer and the training student at the teaching terminal 5 and the student terminal 6 as a resource having a high commercial value is not expected to be disclosed to the headquarters of the education and training group, which is determined by the adoption of the characteristics of the joining system between the joining institution and the headquarters. In view of this, it is necessary to establish one such isolation mechanism between the headquarters server 3 and the area server 1: 1. the teaching end 5 and the student end 6 of the regional server 1 are not affected to obtain the resources of the headquarter server; 2. the headquarters server does not acquire user information of the lecturer and the training student who perform the above operations. In order to solve the problem, the present invention is preferably further provided with an access control system, which will be described in detail below, between the headquarters server 3 and the area server 1.
As shown in the drawing, an access control system between a headquarters server and an area server according to the present invention is shown in fig. 3, wherein the access control system includes an area control module 11 provided in the area server 1 and a headquarters control module 31 provided in the headquarters server 3. Further, the area control module 11 includes a data exchange module 111 and a user access control module 112, wherein the data exchange module 111 is connected to the user access control module 112 and the headquarters control module 3 through a network, respectively.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the data exchange module 111 is configured to process an access request of a user with access right, bind to a corresponding right account according to the right of the user, and enable the user of the regional server 1 to obtain a service and a teaching resource corresponding to the headquarters server 3 through the right account.
Meanwhile, the headquarters control module 31 is configured to determine number information of the regional server 1 requesting access, check authority account information of the regional server to which the headquarters control module belongs, acquire role information to which a user account belongs in the headquarters server 3, and provide related teaching resources and services according to the authority possessed by the role.
Further, the user access control module 112 is configured to process access requests of a teaching teacher and a training student in the regional server 1 to the headquarter server 3 through the teaching terminal 5 and the student terminal 6, match the user attributes of the teaching terminal 5 and the student terminal 6 with the user access control policy, and determine access permissions of the access requests from the teaching terminal 5 and the student terminal 6 to the headquarter server 3. The operation principle of the access control of the above access control system will be exemplarily described below by way of example.
As shown in fig. 4, the complete workflow of the above access control is described. As an example, each affiliate organization constructs its own regional server 1, and each regional server 1 needs to access teaching resources of the headquarters server 3 of the group headquarters and occupy a certain storage space of the headquarters server in daily work. The regional server 1 of the affiliate organization first makes an application to the head office server 3, and becomes a legitimate user of the head office server through a registration flow, and registers legitimate user information including basic number information of the affiliate organization such as the name, word size, address, and contact information of the affiliate organization. And a plurality of authority accounts with different authority attributes are created in each regional server, such as but not limited to authority accounts including read-only, write-only, read-write and the like: respectively, User _ Read, User _ Write, and User _ Operation, etc. The authority accounts comprise account names, passwords, authority information, affiliated regional servers and other information.
The legal user administrator creates a user account having the same account name and password as the authority account of the regional server 1 in the headquarters server 3 according to the authority account in the regional server 1, that is, the account of each regional server 1 in the headquarters server 3. And then according to the authority possessed by the authority account having the same account name and password with the user account, corresponding roles are endowed to each user account, and each role corresponds to a group of corresponding authorities. The headquarter server 3 stores legal user information and user account information on the headquarter server 3, and provides corresponding resources and services according to the authority of the role of the user account. The user account information comprises account name, password, legal user information of subordinate area server and role information
For the headquarters server 3, the user accounts created by the legal user administrator are the user accounts assigned to the respective regional servers 1, and the legal user administrator is an account with a certain high authority given by the headquarters server 3 to each legal user, and manages the user accounts and various transactions belonging to the own regional servers 1 in the headquarters server 3.
For easy understanding, as an exemplary embodiment, a legal User administrator creates a User account User _ Read with the same account name and password as the authority account User _ Read in the headquarters server 3 according to the authority account User _ Read in each zone server 1, and since the authority account User _ Read only has the authority to Read the teaching resources, the User account C _ Read is given a role only having the authority to Read (Read). Likewise, for each area server 1, different teaching terminals 5 or student terminals 6 connected thereto are assigned different group attributes in groups, for example, but not limited to, read only "R", write only "W", read and write operations "O", and the like. The whole operation flow is described in detail as follows:
in step 1, a lecturer or a training student makes a request for accessing detailed information of a teaching resource a to a regional server 1 constructed by a certain affiliate organization via a teaching terminal 5 or a student terminal 6 connected to the regional server 1, and the regional server 1 stores only a local image of the teaching resource a and acquires the detailed information from a headquarters server 3, and the operation flow proceeds to step 2.
In step 2, the user access control module 112 checks the information of the teaching terminal 5 or the student terminal 6, and determines whether the information is a valid user in the local server 1, that is, whether the person is a signing teaching teacher or a training student of the joining organization. If not, the access request is rejected. If yes, the operation flow goes to step 3.
In step 3, if the user access control module 112 detects that the teaching terminal 5 or the student terminal 6 is a valid user in the regional server 1, matching the user attribute with the user access control policy in the user access control module 112; if the matching is unsuccessful, the access of the user is refused; if the matching is successful, the operation flow enters step 4.
Among the preferred policy roles in the user access control policy in the user access control module 112 are: if the group attribute of the user attribute is "R", the user is allowed to access the tutorial resource a in the headquarters server 3, and the access right is only reading. And if the access request of the user is a request for performing read-write operation on the teaching resource A in the headquarter server 3, rejecting the access requested by the user. Therefore, when the user access module 112 detects that the group attribute of the user attribute of the teaching terminal 5 or the student terminal 6 requesting access is "R", the matching of the user attribute of the teaching terminal 5 or the student terminal 6 with the user access control policy is successful, the user is allowed to access the teaching resource a in the headquarters server 3 through the teaching terminal 5 or the student terminal 6, and the access right is only reading.
In this embodiment, the matching result in step 4 is that the teaching end 5 or the student end 6 has the right to read the teaching resource a in the headquarter server 3, so that the user access control module 112 submits the information of the teaching end 5 or the student end 6 and the read-only right of the teaching end 5 or the student end 6 to the teaching resource a in the headquarter server 3 to the data exchange module 111, and records the submission log, so that the operation flow proceeds to step 5.
In step 5, the data exchange module 111 temporarily stores the received information of the teaching terminal 5 or the student terminal 6, judges the reading authority of the teaching terminal or the student terminal 6 submitted by the User access control module 112 on the teaching resource in the headquarter server 1, selects the authority account User _ Read only with the reading authority in the regional server 3, and then the operation flow enters step 6.
In step 6, the information of the teaching terminal 5 or the student terminal 6 is bound with the authority account number User _ Read, and then the authority account number User _ Read accesses the headquarter server 3, so that the operation flow enters step 7.
In step 7, after receiving the access request from the authority account User _ Read in the regional server 1, the headquarters control module 31 first verifies the valid User information of the regional server 1, determines whether the User is a valid User, and if the regional server is not valid, denies the access request and sends a denial of access prompt to the data exchange module 111; if the regional server 1 is legal, after the regional server 1 is determined to be a legal User, the headquarter control module 31 checks whether the authority account User _ Read account information requested to be accessed belongs to the legal User, namely the regional server 1; if not, the access request is rejected, and the access rejection prompt is sent to the data exchange module 111; if yes, the operation flow goes to step 8.
In step 8, the information of the authority account User _ Read requested to be accessed is approved, that is, the authority account User _ Read requested to be accessed really belongs to a legal User in the headquarter server 3, the data exchange module 111 returns information of success of the access request to the teaching terminal 5 or the student terminal 6 whose information is bound on the authority account User _ Read, the headquarter server 3 obtains role information of the authority account, and then the operation flow enters step 9.
In step 9, the headquarter server 3 provides corresponding teaching resources or services to the teaching terminal 5 or the student terminal 6 according to the access authority of the role to which the User account User _ Read belongs, which has the same account name and password as the authority account User _ Read, and since the role to which the User account User _ Read in the headquarter server 3 belongs only has the Read authority of the teaching resource a in the headquarter server 3, the headquarter server 3 only allows the teaching terminal 5 or the student terminal 6 to Read the content of the teaching resource a, but does not allow the teaching resource a to be modified or written in and other operations. Since the headquarter server is only subjected to the access request of the authority account User _ Read, the obtained information is related to the authority account, and the information of the teaching terminal 5 or the student terminal 6 (i.e. the client information of the teaching teacher or the training student) is not directly obtained, the headquarter server has the function of anonymously protecting the client information in the regional server of the joining institution.
It can be seen that in the preferred embodiment, the headquarters server 3 is accessed by using the rights account number after the binding information in the area server 1, instead of directly accessing the headquarters server 3, for example, by the teaching terminal 5 or the student terminal 6. This allows the headquarters server 3 to obtain only the information related to the authorized account number, and not to directly obtain the information of the teaching terminal 5 or the student terminal 6, so that the preferred embodiment can protect the client information in the regional server 1 of the affiliate organization anonymously, and can achieve good economic benefits.
Therefore, by adopting the access control system and the access control method, a safe access mode can be provided for resource sharing between the headquarter server and the regional server, the franchising organization which constructs the regional server of the franchising organization can utilize resources on the headquarter server of the education training group in a safer mode, internal data such as client information and the like held by the franchising organization can be prevented from being leaked, the terminal user can conveniently share the resources of the headquarter server without influencing, the working efficiency is improved, the risk of daily operation of the owner of the regional server is reduced, and good economic benefit can be realized.
The foregoing describes preferred embodiments of the present invention, and is intended to provide a clear and concise description of the spirit and scope of the invention, and not to limit the same, but to include all modifications, substitutions, and alterations falling within the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
