An embodiment of the present invention provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, where the non-transitory computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, where the computer program causes the computer to execute the method provided by the foregoing method embodiments, for example, the method includes: determining a second subcarrier interval corresponding to a random access channel to be planned according to a preset subcarrier interval configuration parameter and a first subcarrier interval; the first subcarrier interval is a subcarrier interval of a random access channel corresponding to a first frame structure with a first time length as scheduling granularity, and the random access channel to be planned is a random access channel corresponding to a second frame structure with a second time length as scheduling granularity; calculating a configuration proportion parameter according to the first subcarrier interval, the first time length, the second subcarrier interval and the second time length; and generating a target configuration parameter list corresponding to the random access channel to be planned according to the configuration proportion parameter and the configuration parameters of the preamble formats of the random access channel corresponding to the first frame structure, wherein the target configuration parameter list comprises the configuration parameters of the preamble formats corresponding to the random access channel to be planned.
Furthermore, the logic instructions in the memory 302 may be implemented in software functional units and stored in a computer readable storage medium when sold or used as a stand-alone product. 1. A method for planning a random access channel, comprising:
determining a second subcarrier interval corresponding to a random access channel to be planned according to a preset subcarrier interval configuration parameter and a first subcarrier interval; the first subcarrier interval is a subcarrier interval of a random access channel corresponding to a first frame structure with a first time length as a scheduling granularity, the random access channel to be planned is a random access channel corresponding to a second frame structure with a second time length as the scheduling granularity, the first time length is 14 symbols, and the second time length is 7 symbols;
calculating a configuration proportion parameter according to the first subcarrier interval, the first time length, the second subcarrier interval and the second time length;
generating a target configuration parameter list corresponding to the random access channel to be planned according to the configuration proportion parameter and the configuration parameters of the lead code formats of the random access channel corresponding to the first frame structure, wherein the target configuration parameter list comprises the configuration parameters of the lead code formats corresponding to the random access channel to be planned;
the calculating a configuration ratio parameter according to the first subcarrier interval, the first time length, the second subcarrier interval and the second time length includes:
calculating a first scale parameter according to the first subcarrier spacing and the second subcarrier spacing;
calculating a second proportion parameter according to the first time length and the second time length;
and calculating the configuration proportion parameter according to the first proportion parameter and the second proportion parameter.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and determining a target configuration parameter according to the selected lead code format and the target configuration parameter list, and planning a random access channel corresponding to the first frame structure according to the target configuration parameter.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a second subcarrier interval corresponding to a random access channel to be planned according to a preset subcarrier interval configuration parameter and a first subcarrier interval comprises:

a processing unit, configured to generate a target configuration parameter list corresponding to the random access channel to be planned according to the configuration ratio parameter and configuration parameters of each preamble format of a random access channel corresponding to the first frame structure, where the target configuration parameter list includes configuration parameters of each preamble format corresponding to the random access channel to be planned;
the second calculating unit 202 is specifically configured to calculate a first scale parameter according to the first subcarrier spacing and the second subcarrier spacing; calculating a second proportion parameter according to the first time length and the second time length; and calculating the configuration proportion parameter according to the first proportion parameter and the second proportion parameter.

the processor may invoke a computer program in memory to perform the steps of the method of any of claims 1-5.
