In yet another embodiment of the present application, the input information includes at least two intention information and at least two scene information, and different scene information and different intention information correspond to different feedback information. However, the present application is not limited thereto, as the case may be.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments, in an embodiment of the present application, acquiring and outputting the feedback information based on the scene information and the intention information includes:
determining at least one combined relation based on the scene information and the intention information in the input information, wherein any one combined relation in the at least one combined relation comprises intention information and scene information, and at least one piece of information in the intention information and the scene information which are contained in different combined relations is different;
determining a user input intention corresponding to each combination relation based on each combination relation in the at least one combination relation;
and acquiring and outputting feedback information corresponding to each combination relation based on the user input intention corresponding to each combination relation.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, at least one of the intention information and the scenario information included in different combination relationships includes: and the intention information and the scene information contained in different combination relations are different, the intention information and the scene information and the intention information and the scene information contained in different combination relations are different, and the intention information and the scene information contained in different combination relations are different.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments, in an embodiment of the present application, determining at least one combination relationship based on the scene information and the intention information in the input information includes:
and querying a first database based on scene information and intention information in the input information, and determining at least one combined relation.
Specifically, on the basis of the above embodiment, in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the determining, by the first database, at least one combination relationship based on the scene information and the intention information in the input information includes:
matching each scene information stored in a database by using input information so as to extract the scene information included in the input information;
matching each intention information stored in a database by using input information so as to extract the intention information included in the input information;
and searching a relational network database of the scene information and the intention information based on the scene information and the intention information extracted from the input information so as to determine the combined relation of each scene information and each intention information.
On the basis of the above embodiments, in an embodiment of the present application, any intention information in the input information may form a combined relationship with each scene information in the input information, and any scene information may form a combined relationship with each intention information in the input information. In another embodiment of the present application, the presence of at least one piece of intention information in the input information may form a combined relationship with only a part of the scene information in the input information, and at least one piece of scene information may form a combined relationship with only a part of the intention information in the input information. The present application is not limited thereto, as the case may be.
In another embodiment of the present application, the context information, the intention information, and the relationship between the context information and the intention information are stored together, then in this embodiment, querying the first database based on the context information and the intention information in the input information, and determining at least one combined relationship includes:
querying the first database based on each intention information in the input information, and determining scene information corresponding to each intention information in the first database;
and determining at least one combination relation based on each intention information and the corresponding scene information.
In other embodiments of the present application, other manners may also be adopted, and at least one combination relationship is determined based on the scene information and the intention information in the input information, which is not limited in the present application, and is specifically determined as the case may be.
On the basis of any of the foregoing embodiments, in an embodiment of the present application, determining, based on each combination relationship in the at least one combination relationship, a user input intention corresponding to each combination relationship includes: and continuously querying the first database based on each combination relation in the at least one combination relation, and determining the user input intention corresponding to each combination relation. In another embodiment of the present application, determining, based on each combination relationship of the at least one combination relationship, the user input intention corresponding to the combination relationship includes: and querying the second database based on each combination relation in the at least one combination relation, and determining the user input intention corresponding to each combination relation. In other embodiments of the present application, the user input intention corresponding to each of the at least one combination relationship may also be determined based on each of the at least one combination relationship in other manners, which is not limited in this application, and is determined as the case may be.

and acquiring and outputting feedback information corresponding to each combination relation based on the session guidance corresponding to each combination relation.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, determining, based on the user input intention corresponding to each of the combination relationships, a session guide corresponding to each of the combination relationships includes:
based on the user input intention corresponding to each combination relationship, searching a third database, and determining a session guide corresponding to each combination relationship, where the third database includes intention processing policies under each scene, but this application is not limited thereto.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in an embodiment of the present application, the number of user input intentions obtained based on the input information is small, and the number of feedback information that needs to be output based on each user input intention is small, so that all feedback information can be output at one time, and the expected answer of the user is matched to the greatest extent, thereby improving the conversation efficiency; in another embodiment of the present application, the number of the input intentions of the user is obtained based on the input information, the number of the feedback information to be output based on the input intentions of the user is large, only a part of the feedback information may be output at a time, and if the currently output part of the feedback information cannot match the expectation of the user, at least a part of the remaining feedback information is obtained by clicking a trigger operation such as "page turning" or "more" to reduce the difficulty of reading the feedback information by the user.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, in an embodiment of the present application, the acquiring and outputting the feedback information includes: and N pieces of feedback information are acquired and output at a time, wherein N is a positive integer not less than 1. If the number of the feedback information which needs to be output by each user input intention is not more than N, all the feedback information is output at one time, and if the number of the feedback information which needs to be output by each user input intention is more than N, only N pieces of feedback information are output at one time at most.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, in an embodiment of the present application, if the number of feedback information that each user inputs an intention and needs to be output is large, and all feedback information cannot be output at one time, the feedback information is sorted according to the weight of the feedback information from top to bottom, and the feedback information is output according to the sort, wherein the feedback information with a high weight is output before the feedback information with a low weight, so as to improve the probability that the output feedback information matches the user expectation on the basis of the difficulty of reading the feedback information by the user.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, in an embodiment of the present application, the more effective information included in the scene information corresponding to the feedback information (or the more information amount included in the scene information corresponding to the feedback information), the higher the weight of the feedback information is, and/or the more effective information included in the intention information corresponding to the feedback information (or the more information amount included in the intention information corresponding to the feedback information), the higher the weight of the feedback information is.
Specifically, in an embodiment of the present application, if there are two feedback information, namely first feedback information and second feedback information, where the number of effective information included in the scene information corresponding to the first feedback information is greater than the number of effective information included in the scene information corresponding to the second feedback information, and the number of effective information included in the intention information corresponding to the first feedback information is less than the number of effective information included in the intention information corresponding to the second feedback information, in an embodiment of the present application, the weight of the second feedback information is greater than the weight of the first feedback information, but the present application does not limit this.
The electronic equipment that this application embodiment provided, when providing feedback information for the user based on user input information, not only can consider intention information that includes in the input information, still can include scene information among the input information, thereby based on intention information among the input information with the whole that scene information constitutes goes to obtain and output feedback information, has improved feedback information and the degree of similarity of user's expected answer, and then guide the user to go more smooth carrying on the conversation, and the more quick solves the problem for the user, has reduced the probability of unsmooth or invalid communication, has improved user experience.

1. An information processing method applied to an intelligent conversation system, wherein the intelligent conversation system can respond to received input information and provide feedback information, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring user input information, wherein the input information represents that a user expects the intelligent session system to feed back the feedback information;
extracting scene information and intention information in the input information;
acquiring and outputting the feedback information based on the scene information and the intention information;
wherein, based on the scene information and the intention information, acquiring and outputting the feedback information comprises:
determining at least one combined relation based on scene information and intention information in the input information, wherein any combined relation in the at least one combined relation comprises one intention information and one scene information, at least one of the intention information and the scene information which are included in different combined relations is different, and intentions expressed by the same intention information in different scene information are different;
determining a user input intention corresponding to each combination relation based on each combination relation in the at least one combination relation;
and acquiring and outputting feedback information corresponding to each combination relation based on the user input intention corresponding to each combination relation.
2. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein acquiring and outputting the feedback information based on the scene information and the intention information includes:
and acquiring and outputting different feedback information based on the same intention information and different scene information.
3. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein determining at least one combined relationship based on the scene information and the intention information in the input information comprises:
and querying a first database based on scene information and intention information in the input information, and determining at least one combined relation.
4. The information processing method according to claim 3, wherein the first database is queried based on the scene information and the intention information in the input information, and the determining of the at least one combined relationship comprises:
querying the first database based on each intention information in the input information, and determining scene information corresponding to each intention information in the first database;
and determining at least one combination relation based on each intention information and the corresponding scene information.
5. The information processing method of claim 3, wherein determining, based on each of the at least one combined relationship, the user input intent corresponding to the respective combined relationship comprises:
continuously querying the first database based on each combination relation in the at least one combination relation, and determining a user input intention corresponding to each combination relation;
or the like, or, alternatively,
and querying a second database based on each combination relation in the at least one combination relation, and determining the user input intention corresponding to each combination relation.
6. The processing method according to claim 5, wherein the obtaining and outputting the feedback information corresponding to each combination relationship based on the user input intention corresponding to each combination relationship comprises:
determining the conversation guide corresponding to each combination relation based on the user input intention corresponding to each combination relation;
and acquiring and outputting feedback information corresponding to each combination relation based on the session guidance of each combination relation.
7. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein if at least two pieces of scene information are included in the input information, contents of different pieces of scene information are at least partially different.
8. An electronic device for use in an intelligent conversational system, the intelligent conversational system being capable of responding to received input information and providing feedback information, the electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the processor is configured to execute a program stored in the memory; the memory is to store a program to at least:
acquiring user input information, wherein the input information represents that a user expects the intelligent session system to feed back the feedback information;
extracting scene information and intention information in the input information;
acquiring and outputting the feedback information based on the scene information and the intention information;
wherein, based on the scene information and the intention information, acquiring and outputting the feedback information comprises:
determining at least one combined relation based on scene information and intention information in the input information, wherein any combined relation in the at least one combined relation comprises one intention information and one scene information, at least one of the intention information and the scene information which are included in different combined relations is different, and intentions expressed by the same intention information in different scene information are different;
determining a user input intention corresponding to each combination relation based on each combination relation in the at least one combination relation;
and acquiring and outputting feedback information corresponding to each combination relation based on the user input intention corresponding to each combination relation.
9. The electronic device of claim 8, wherein the same scene information with different intention information corresponds to different feedback information.
