Of course, the connection portion 21 and the body 1 may be connected by a screw, a clip, or the like.
It should be noted that, in order to realize different mounting angles of the connection portion 21 through the first limiting structure 11 and the second limiting structure 211, at least one of the first limiting structure 11 and the second limiting structure 211 may be provided with a plurality of, for example, the first limiting structure 11 and the second limiting structure 211 are provided with a plurality of, and are correspondingly matched one by one; or the first limiting structures 11 are provided with a plurality of, the second limiting structures 211 are provided with one, and at different installation angles, the different first limiting structures 11 are in limiting fit with the second limiting structures 211; one first limiting structure 11 may be provided, a plurality of second limiting structures 211 may be provided, and at different installation angles, different second limiting structures 5211 are in limiting fit with the first limiting structure 11; of course, the first limiting structure 11 and the second limiting structure 211 may be in other combination forms, so long as the connecting portion 21 can be mounted on the trigger 52 at different angles through the limiting cooperation of the second limiting structure 211 and the first limiting structure 11.
Regardless of the setting manners adopted by the first limiting structure 11 and the second limiting structure 211, the following specific structures can be adopted by the two: the first limiting structure 11 and the second limiting structure 211 may be one limiting hole and the other limiting protrusion, and the limiting hole and the limiting protrusion are inserted and assembled; or both are limiting holes, and the connecting part 21 and the body 1 pass through the limiting holes on the two through the limiting pins to realize limiting fit. In another embodiment, the first limiting structure 11 is a first limiting surface, and the second limiting structure 211 is a second limiting surface, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, where the first limiting surface is in limiting fit with the second limiting surface. Regardless of which structure is adopted by the first limiting structure 11 and the second limiting structure 211, one first limiting structure may be provided, a plurality of second limiting structures 211 may be provided, and the number of second limiting structures 211 is equal to the number of operating parts 22; a plurality of first limit structures may be provided, one second limit structure 211 may be provided, and the number of first limit structures 11 is equal to the number of operation portions 22.
In the embodiment where the connecting portion 21 has a shaft-like structure and the body 1 has the mounting hole 17, the mounting hole 17 may be a polygonal hole, and the wall of the polygonal hole forms the first limiting structure 11; the connecting portion 21 is the polygon axle, and the lateral wall of polygon axle 21 forms second limit structure 211, and polygon hole and polygon axle insert fit close, as shown in fig. 2, 8, 9, and mounting hole 17 is the quadrilateral hole, and connecting portion 21 is the quadrilateral axle, and both insert fit close, so set up, after connecting portion 21 and body 1 are installed, can play spacing effect, prevent that firepower key 2 from rotating in user's operation, influence operation precision. Of course, the connection portion 21 may have a cylindrical structure, and each operation portion 22 may have a polygonal structure near an end of the connection portion 21, and the polygonal structure may be engaged with the mounting hole 17 to form a limit after the connection portion 21 is inserted into the mounting hole 17. By adopting the structure, the installation of the fire key 2 can be facilitated, the fire key 2 and the body 1 can be limited, and the structure of the mouse is simplified.
Wherein, the connection portion 21 and the body 1 can be connected without disassembly, specifically, if the first limiting structure 11 is a limiting hole, the second limiting structure 211 is a plurality of limiting protrusions when the limiting protrusions are located, and the second limiting structure 211 can set the limiting protrusions to elastic protrusions, at this time, only the connection portion 21 needs to be rotated, so that another limiting protrusion is clamped into the limiting hole to realize that the thermal key 2 is mounted on the body 1 at another mounting angle. In one embodiment of the present application, the connecting portion 21 is detachably mounted to the body 1, and correspondingly, the connecting portion 21 has a plurality of mounting angles with respect to the body 1, and the plurality of mounting angles and the plurality of operating portions 22 are correspondingly disposed, so that different operating portions 22 can be in the ergonomic position. When the thermal key is used, a user selects the operation part 22 according to the needs of the user, then installs the operation part 22 on the body 1 according to the installation angle corresponding to the operation part 22, when the user is replaced and the hand size of the user is changed, the thermal key 2 can be detached from the body 1, and the operation part 22 suitable for the user is installed on the body 1 according to the corresponding installation angle, so that the thermal key can be better suitable for the operation angles of different users, and the user experience is improved.

In the working state (that is, the connecting portion 21 is mounted at a mounting position such as the mounting hole 17, etc.), the connecting portion 21 is connected to the receiving portion 521 of the trigger 52, when the body 1 is provided with the mounting hole 17, the mounting hole 17 may be disposed on the receiving portion 521, so that when the operating portion 22 in the working position is pressed, both the connecting portion 21 and the triggering portion 523 rotate around the rotation shaft 522, so that the triggering portion 523 presses the key switch 4, and the key switch 4 may be disposed on the circuit board 19 and in signal connection with the circuit board 19 for transmitting the pressing signal of the fire key 2. By adopting the matching structure of the trigger mechanism 5 and the fire key 2, lever structures can be formed between the operation part 22 and the connecting part 21, between the connecting part 21 and the rotating shaft 522 and between the rotating shaft 522 and the trigger part 523, so that the operation of the fire key 2 is more labor-saving, and the user experience is further improved.
Preferably, the extending direction of the trigger portion 523 is perpendicular to the axis of the rotation shaft 522 to further reduce the pressing force of the fire key 2 and facilitate the reduction of the overall height of the mouse. Of course, the extending direction of the trigger portion 523 and the axis of the rotation shaft 522 may be disposed obliquely, such as when the rotation shaft 522 is disposed in the vertical direction, the tip end of the trigger portion 523 is disposed obliquely downward or upward. Regardless of how the trigger portion 523 is provided, the push switch 4 may be triggered during its movement.
Further, the key switch 4 is disposed on a movement track of an end of the trigger portion 523 away from the rotation shaft 522, and when the fire key 2 is pressed, the trigger portion 523 rotates around the rotation shaft 522, and the end of the trigger portion 523 away from the rotation shaft 522 presses the key switch 4. It should be understood that the key switch 4 may be disposed on any portion of the movement trace of the trigger portion 523.
In order to prevent the thermal key 2 from falling out of the body 1 after being mounted, a magnetic adsorption force is provided between the thermal key 2 and the mounting seat 51 or the triggering piece 52, that is, the triggering mechanism 5 further comprises a magnetic attraction portion 53, the magnetic attraction portion 53 may be disposed on the mounting seat 51 or the receiving portion 521, that is, the mounting seat 51 or the receiving portion 521 is provided with the magnetic attraction portion 53, in a working state, adsorption is formed between an inner side end (an end facing away from the operation portion 55) of the connection portion 21 and the magnetic attraction portion 53 through magnetic force, specifically, one of the inner side end of the connection portion 21 and the magnetic attraction portion 53 is made of an iron material, and the other is made of a magnet material, and the two can be mutually adsorbed; the inner end of the connecting portion 21 and the magnetic attraction portion 53 may be made of magnetic material, but one of the opposite ends is an N pole and the other is an S pole. The thermal key 2 is installed in a magnetic adsorption mode, so that the thermal key 2 can be further convenient to install and detach.
When the mounting hole 17 is disposed in the receiving portion 521, the mounting hole 17 may be a through hole, and the inner end of the connecting portion 21 may be directly contacted with and adsorbed by the magnetic attraction portion 53, as shown in fig. 5, to increase the adsorption force of the two. In another embodiment, a gap is left between the inner end of the connecting portion 21 and the magnetic portion 53, so that friction between the magnetic portion 53 and the connecting portion 21 when the fire key 2 changes the installation angle can be avoided as much as possible, especially when the fire key 2 and the body 1 are not detachably installed. Regardless of how the magnetic part 53 and the connecting part 21 are provided, the magnetic part 53 and the mounting seat 51 or the receiving part 521 may be integrally formed (i.e., formed by one-step molding by injection molding or machining, or formed by injection molding with the magnetic part 53 as an insert), or may be separately formed and then connected together by bonding, clamping, screw connection, or the like. As shown in fig. 7, when the magnetic part 53 is provided to the receiving part 521, the mounting hole 17 may be provided as a through hole, the magnetic part 53 being inserted into one end of the mounting hole 17, and the connection part 21 being inserted into the mounting hole 17 from the other end of the mounting hole 17.
With continued reference to fig. 6 and 7, the triggering mechanism 5 further includes an elastic restoring member 54, which may be a torsion spring, mounted between the triggering member 52 and the mounting seat 51 for providing a restoring force to the triggering member 52, which force tends to urge the triggering portion 523 away from the key switch 4, that is, after the triggering portion 523 triggers the key switch 4, the triggering portion 523 can be restored to an initial position under the action of the elastic restoring member 54, that is, a space or surface contact is left between the triggering portion 523 and the key switch 4 but no pressing force is left between the triggering portion 523 and the key switch 4. Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, the elastic restoring member 54 is a torsion spring, the mounting seat 51 is provided with a mounting column 512, the torsion spring is sleeved on the mounting column 512, one end of the torsion spring abuts against the mounting seat 51 and can be directly fixed on the mounting seat 51, if the mounting seat 51 is further provided with a limit groove 513, the limit groove 513 and the trigger portion 523 are respectively located at two sides of the mounting column 512, one end of the torsion spring is located in the limit groove 513, and the other end of the torsion spring abuts against the trigger portion 523. With such a torsion spring structure, the entire volume of the trigger mechanism 5 can be reduced. The specific mounting structure of the elastic restoring member 54 and the trigger portion 523 is not limited to the above embodiment, as long as the restoring force can be applied to the trigger portion 523, and the elastic restoring member 54 may be an extension spring or a compression spring.
The trigger portion 523 and the mount 51 may be mounted by providing a mounting hole in the mount 51, and the rotation shaft 522 may be directly inserted into the mounting hole. In one embodiment, the rotation shaft 522 includes two coaxially arranged segments, referring to fig. 5-7, the two segments of the rotation shaft 522 are respectively located at two outer sides of the receiving portion 521, and may be disposed along the Z-axis, the mounting seat 51 is provided with two clamping slots 511 respectively matched with the two segments of the rotation shaft 522, and the two segments of the rotation shaft 522 are respectively clamped into the two clamping slots 511, so as to facilitate the installation of the trigger piece 52.
Regardless of how the fire key 2 is connected to the body 1, the two operation parts 22 and the installation angle can be provided, in order to facilitate the installation of different operation parts 22, the two operation parts 22 are symmetrically provided with respect to the central axis of the connection part 21, when the connection part 21 is in a columnar structure, the extending directions of the two operation parts 22 are opposite, and after such arrangement, in use, a user only needs to rotate the fire key 2 by 180 degrees, so as to switch between the two operation parts 22. In this embodiment, when the fire key 2 is mounted on the body 1, the radiation direction of the operation portion 22 is parallel or coincident with the Y axis, and the connection portion 21 is parallel with the X axis.
In the embodiment in which the fire key 2 is detachably mounted to the body 1, in order to prevent the fire key 2 from being lost after being detached, in one embodiment of the present application, the bottom of the body 1 is provided with a receiving cavity 18 for receiving the fire key 2, and specifically, the receiving cavity 18 may be provided on the bottom surface of the lower case 151, as shown in fig. 2 and 4.
When the connecting portion 21 has a columnar structure, since the extending directions of the connecting portion 21 and the operating portion 22 are different, a large space of the accommodating cavity 18 may need to be provided, and the volume of the body 1 is limited, and the number of parts inside the accommodating cavity is relatively large, which is disadvantageous for the design concept of miniaturization and high integration, therefore, in one embodiment of the present application, the accommodating cavity 18 has a first accommodating portion 181 accommodating the connecting portion 21 and a second accommodating portion 182 accommodating the operating portion 22, the first accommodating portion 181 is recessed inward from the bottom of the second accommodating portion 182, in other words, the accommodating cavity 18 has a stepped structure, including the first accommodating portion 181 and the second accommodating portion 182 for accommodating the connecting portion 21 and the operating portion 22, respectively, and the first accommodating portion 181 extends toward the interior of the body 1, such as the upper cover 132, and the opening thereof may be consistent with the structure of the connecting portion 21; the second accommodating portion 182 corresponds to the structure of the plurality of operating portions 22, so that the space of the mouse is fully utilized, and the space utilization of the mouse is improved.
It is easy to understand by those skilled in the art that the above preferred embodiments can be freely combined and overlapped without conflict.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments are exemplary only and not limiting, and that various obvious or equivalent modifications and substitutions to the details described above may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the underlying principles of the present application, and are intended to be included within the scope of the claims of the present application.
