The water storage structure 1 comprises a water storage box 11 and a first water outlet pipeline 12 which is fixedly connected with the water storage box 11 and realizes water outlet of the water storage box 11. The water storage box 11 includes a water box 111 opened to one side and a water box cover 112 covering the opening. The water storage box 11 is also provided with a water filling port 113 and a water outlet 114. In this embodiment, the water inlet 113 is disposed on the water box cover 112, the water storage box 11 further includes a water inlet cover (not shown) covering the water inlet 113, the water outlet 114 is also disposed on the water box cover 112, and the first water outlet pipeline 12 passes through the water outlet 114 and is fixedly connected to the water storage box 11. The first water inlet joint 232 and the first water outlet joint 122 are installed to connect the first water outlet pipe 12 and the first water inlet pipe 23. In this embodiment, after the installation, the first water inlet joint 232 is located outside the first water outlet joint 122.
The ice making structure is connected to the second water outlet line 24. After the first water outlet pipeline 12 and the first water inlet pipeline 23 are installed, the first water outlet pipeline 12, the first water inlet pipeline 23 and the second water outlet pipeline 24 form a complete water path of the ice making device 100, the water pump operates to suck water in the water storage box 11 to the ice making structure through the water path, and the ice making structure makes ice.
The monitoring structure 3 directly or indirectly monitors the air tightness between the first water outlet pipeline 12 and the first water inlet pipeline 23, and ensures that no air enters the whole water channel, thereby ensuring the ice making effect of the ice making structure.
The monitoring structure 3 comprises an air tightness monitoring unit 31 for directly or indirectly monitoring the air tightness between the first water outlet pipeline 12 and the first water inlet pipeline 23, and a prompting unit 32 which is in communication connection with the monitoring unit 31 and gives a prompt according to air tightness information detected by the monitoring unit 31. The air tightness between the first water outlet pipeline 12 and the first water inlet pipeline 23 is the air tightness between the first water outlet joint 122 and the first water inlet joint 232.
In this embodiment, the monitoring unit 31 is located between the water storage box 11 and the water pump 20, the monitoring unit 31 monitors a distance between the water storage box 11 and the water pump 20, and the distance between the water storage box 11 and the water pump 20 indirectly reflects a position between the first water outlet connector 122 and the first water inlet connector 232, so as to reflect an air tightness between the first water outlet connector 122 and the first water inlet connector 232, thereby achieving indirect monitoring of the air tightness between the first water outlet pipeline 12 and the first water inlet pipeline 23.
Preferably, the monitoring unit 31 is located between the water pump box 21 and the water storage box 11. The monitoring unit 31 is an elastic element which is installed on the water pump box 21 and protrudes out of the water pump box 21, one end of the elastic element, which is far away from the water pump box 21, is stressed and moves towards the water pump box 21, and self-resetting can be realized after the elastic element moves. When the first water outlet joint 122 is connected with the first water inlet joint 232, one end of the elastic piece, which is far away from the water pump box 21, is always in contact with the outer surface of the water storage box 11, the air tightness information monitored by the elastic piece is the distance between the water storage box 11 and the water pump box 21, and the distance between the water storage box 11 and the water pump box 21 is the distance between one end of the elastic switch, which is far away from the water pump box 21, and the outer surface of the water pump box 21. In some other embodiments, the monitoring unit 31 may also be a distance sensor for sensing the distance between the water pump box 21 and the water storage box 11; or the monitoring unit 31 can also directly monitor the distance between any position where the first water outlet joint 122 is fixed and any position where the first water inlet joint 232 is fixed.
The prompting unit 32 comprises a judging unit in communication connection with the monitoring unit and an alarming unit in communication connection with the judging unit. The judging unit is preset with a first distance interval and a second distance interval, and the air tightness between the first water outlet pipeline 12 and the first water inlet pipeline 23 is effective when the distance monitored by the monitoring structure 3 is within the first distance interval; when the distance monitored by the monitoring structure 3 is within the second distance interval, the air tightness between the first water outlet pipeline 12 and the first water inlet pipeline 23 is invalid. In this embodiment, the first distance interval and the second distance interval are both the distance between the water storage box 11 and the water pump box 21, and any distance in the second distance interval is greater than any distance in the first distance interval. The judging unit judges that the distance between the water storage box 11 and the water pump box 21 is within a first distance interval and a second distance interval according to the distance monitored by the elastic piece, and sends a judgment result to the alarm unit.
If the distance monitored by the monitoring unit 31 is within the first distance interval, the alarm unit does not work; if the distance monitored by the monitoring unit 31 is within the second distance interval, the alarm unit gives an alarm to prompt a user that the air tightness of the water path of the ice making device 100 is invalid. Specifically, the prompting unit 32 is installed in the water pump box 21.
The present invention also discloses a refrigerator equipped with the ice-making device 100 to ensure the ice-making effect.
In summary, the ice making device 100 of the present invention is provided with the monitoring structure 3 for directly or indirectly monitoring the air tightness between the first water outlet pipeline 12 and the first water inlet pipeline 23, so as to monitor the air tightness between the two pipelines, ensure that no air enters, and ensure the ice making effect of the ice making device 100.
