Abstract
本发明涉及一种可调一体化太阳能路灯,包括壳体和太阳能板,壳体的两侧各安装有对称的旋转连接件,安装有太阳能板的支撑板固定在两侧的旋转连接件上,旋转连接件由一字形旋转片和T形旋转片构成,一字形旋转片的一端与壳体通过销轴转动连接。本发明具有结构简单,太阳能板可调,安装方便的有益效果。

发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种安装方便的太阳能路灯。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种可调一体化太阳能路灯,包括壳体、和太阳能板,壳体的两侧各安装有对称的旋转连接件,安装有太阳能板的支撑板固定在两侧的旋转连接件上。所述旋转连接件由一字形旋转片和T形旋转片构成,一字形旋转片的一端与壳体通过销轴转动连接,一字形旋转片上沿销轴周向分布有多个锁止孔,T形旋转片的竖边与一字形旋转片的另一端通过销轴转动连接,T形旋转片上沿销轴周向分布有多个锁止孔。
上述的一体化的太阳能路灯,灯体的结构简单,安装方便,并且,可通过旋转连接件调整太阳能板吸收太阳光的角度。同时,在灯体需要收纳搬运时,可将太阳能板完全收缩调节到与壳体平齐,减小包装体积。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本专利的优选实施方案作进一步详细的说明。如图1所示的一种一体式太阳能路灯,包括壳体1、和太阳能板2,从上部盖合在壳体1上,壳体1的两侧安装有对称设置的两个旋转连接件,安装有太阳能板2的支撑板固定在两侧的旋转连接件上。所述旋转连接件由一字形旋转片4和T形旋转片3构成,一字形旋转片4上沿销轴周向分布有多个锁止孔5,T形旋转片3的竖边上设有定位孔,并且与一字形旋转片4的另一端在定位孔处通过销轴转动连接,T形旋转片3上沿销轴周向分布有多个锁止孔5。出货时,可通过旋转一字形旋转片4和T形旋转片3将太阳能板2完全收缩调节到与壳体1平齐,减小出货时的包装体积。将灯体安装在灯杆上后,可以通过调节旋转一字形旋转片4和T形旋转片3将太阳能板2张开并调节太阳能板2吸收太阳光的角度。壳体需要强调的是:以上仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

1.一种可调一体化太阳能路灯,其特征在于,包括壳体(1)、和太阳能板(2),壳体的两侧各安装有对称的旋转连接件,安装有太阳能板的支撑板固定在两侧的旋转连接件上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调一体化太阳能路灯,其特征在于所述旋转连接件由一字形旋转片(4)和T形旋转片(3)构成,一字形旋转片(4)的一端与壳体(1)通过销轴转动连接,一字形旋转片(4)上沿销轴周向分布有多个锁止孔(5),T形旋转片(3)的竖边与一字形旋转片(4)的另一端通过销轴转动连接,T形旋转片(3)上沿销轴周向分布有多个锁止孔(5)。
