Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Examples
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a flip-type hidden lamp, which includes a light source, a lampshade covering the light source, and an electrical module (not shown) electrically connected to the light source; the lamp comprises a support 1, an inclined rotating frame 2, a lamp shell 3, a rotating shaft 4, an electric push rod 5, a turnover transmission assembly and an inclination adjusting assembly;
the light source is arranged inside the lamp shell 3, and the lampshade covers the front surface of the lamp shell 3; the middle parts of two sides of the lamp shell 3 are connected with the pivots of two sides of the frame-shaped inclined rotating frame 2 through rotating shafts 4; the bottom side of the inclined rotating frame 2 is hinged with the support 1, so that the inclined rotating frame 2 can swing outwards around the bottom side; the electric push rods 5 which can stretch along the two side edges of the inclined rotating frame 2 are arranged on the inclined rotating frame 2 and are electrically connected with the electric module; the turnover transmission assembly is connected between the rotating shaft 4 and the electric push rod 5 in a transmission manner, so that the electric push rod 5 can drive the lamp shell 3180 degrees to rotate; the inclination adjusting component is connected between the electric push rod 5 and the inclined rotating frame 2 in a transmission way, so that the electric push rod 5 can drive the inclined rotating frame 2 to swing outwards around the bottom side.
In a normal idle state, the tilt rotating frame 2 is completely accommodated in the support 1, the lamp housing 3 is disposed with its back facing outward, and the lamp housing is accommodated in the support 1 with its lamp cover facing inward. For aesthetic reasons, the back of the lamp housing 3 is preferably provided with a smooth finish with good appearance. Under idle state of accomodating, whole lamps and lanterns product protrusion in the thickness of a support 1 of wall, can save not few spaces, also can prevent that external scraping from bumping and damaging lamps and lanterns. In addition, the lamp housing 3 and the support 1 are used for protecting the light source and the lampshade and preventing dust accumulation and aging.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, preferably, the turnover transmission assembly comprises a gear 6, a rack 7, a first spring 8 and a limit block 9; the gear 6 is connected to the outer side of the rotating shaft 4 in a transmission way; the rack 7 extends along the axial direction of the electric push rod 5 and is connected to the rod body of the electric push rod 5 in a sliding manner, the rear part of the rack 7 is in elastic contact with the rod body of the electric push rod 5 through a first spring 8, and the rack 7 is meshed with the gear 6; the limiting blocks 9 are fixedly arranged on two side edges of the inclined rotating frame 2 and located in front of the rack 7, so that after the electric push rod 5 pushes the rack 7 to move forwards to contact with the limiting blocks 9, the rack 7 overcomes the elasticity of the first spring 8 and slides relative to the rod body of the electric push rod 5.
The lamp housing 3 is turned over by the rack 7 and the gear 6. When illumination is needed, the electric push rod 5 can perform jacking action to drive the rack 7 to be pushed out, the gear 6 meshed with the rack can rotate to drive the lamp shell 3 to rotate 180 degrees, and one surface of the lampshade is exposed. The mounting position of the limiting block 9 is calculated, at the moment, the front end of the rack 7 is just propped against the limiting block 9, so that the limiting block 9 cannot move forwards continuously, and the rotating angle of the lamp shell 3 is determined.
Further movement can be achieved by continued pushing of the electric push rod 5. Referring to fig. 1, preferably, the inclination adjustment assembly includes a guide rail 10, a slider 11, a second spring 12, and a link 13; the guide rails 10 are arranged on two sides of the inclined rotating frame 2, and the sliding blocks 11 are connected with the guide rails 10 in a sliding mode; the front end surface of the sliding block 11 is in elastic contact with the top side of the inclined rotating frame 2 through a second spring 12; two ends of the connecting rod 13 are respectively hinged with the sliding block 11 and the support 1.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, when the lamp housing 3 is turned over, the electric push rod 5 continues to extend to make the end of the rod body touch the slide block 11, and along with the pushing of the electric push rod 5, the slide block 11 slides to drive the connecting rod 13 to jack up the top side of the inclined rotating frame 2, so as to swing the inclined rotating frame 2, and thus all the lamp housings 3 are swung at the same time to adjust the lighting angle. This angular adjustment can be achieved by controlling the push-out length of the electric putter 5, and therefore the electric putter 5 is preferably a product with a push-out length detection function.
When the electric push rod 5 contracts, the slide block 11 will slide back along with the elastic force of the second spring 12, and drive the tilting rotating frame 2 to swing and store. At this time, the shaft of the electric push rod 5 and the rack 7 also slide along with the elastic force of the first spring 8 to return to the initial state, and along with the further contraction of the electric push rod 5, the rack 7 moves back to drive the gear 6 to rotate reversely, so that the lamp housing 3 is turned over and stored.
Preferably, the link 13 is a push rod elastically pushed to increase the swing stroke of the tilting rotating frame 2 in a limited space.
Preferably, a foldable protective cover is provided between the top side of the tilting swivel frame 2 and the support 1, the protective cover being located outside the link 13. When the tilting frame 2 swings outwards, the protective sleeve will automatically extend, covering the connecting rod 13.
Preferably, the rack 7 is slidably connected with the shaft of the electric push rod 5 through a bushing 14.
Preferably, the electrical module is installed inside the support 1, and the light source is electrically connected with the electrical module through the rotating shafts 4 on two sides of the lamp housing 3, so that the lamp housing 3 still keeps electrical connection with the electrical module after being turned over.
The turnover type hidden lamp provided by the invention realizes turnover of all the lamp shells 3 by driving of the electric push rod 5, so that the lamp can be turned out when in use and can be stored when not in use. The electric push rod 5 can also be driven together to realize the adjustment of the illumination inclination angle, so that a better illumination effect can be adjusted. The wall lamp can be made into a thinner structure which is attached to the wall, so that the space is saved, and dust accumulation and aging of the lamp are prevented.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
