Abstract
无机高分子净水剂涉及水质净化处理物,它是针对采用硫酸亚铁、硫酸铝处理水质效益差,成本高的缺点,而公开一种由280‑580g聚合氯化铝,5‑20g聚合硫酸铁,0.1‑2g二氯异氰脲酸,4‑15g炭酸钠进行混配而成的无机高分子净水剂,此剂相比现有技术具有:净化软化效率高、祛除杂菌、氟、油及悬浮物能力强,降解重金属和放射性物质效果好的优点,本剂除用于处理井、河水水质外,还可应在净化城市居民生活污水、食品加工用水、饮料养殖业用水等场合上。
Description
技术领域:本发明涉及一种水质净化物质,特别是涉及井、河水饮用前进行净化处理的物质。
背景技术:目前,井、河水饮用前进行水质净化处理的物质有硫酸亚铁、硫酸铝等,前者对水中的微生物、细菌、藻类、有害重金属等杂物去除率在65%以下,后者对水质净化处理的效果较好,但成本高,实用中均感不尽理想。
本发明的目的在于提供一种专用祛除杂菌、微生物、藻类、悬浮物、有害重金属、放射性物质,改善口味、净化、软化、水质的无机高分子净水剂。
发明内容:本发明的目的是这样实现的:即选用聚合氧化铝、聚合硫酸铁、2氯异氰脲酸、炭酸钠,进行混配制成无机高分子净水剂,依上述材料顺序其投入重量比为280-580:5-20:0.1-2:4-15。
该净水剂主要应用于井、河水饮用前进行水质处理,是对饮用前的每100kg井、河水役入该剂2-15克搅拌0.5-2其使用方法分钟,静置3-60分钟可使水达到软化净化作用。
由于本发明采用聚合氧化铝、聚合硫酸铁作为净化剂,2氯异氰脲酸作为杀菌剂,炭酸钠作为祛油、祛氟剂,因此本无机高分子净水剂相比现有技术,具有对井、河水作为饮用水起净化、软化作用、能明显祛除杂菌、防止地方病、传染病、结石症发生,能有效降除悬浮物,减少重金属和放射性物质对水污柒。尤其处理城市居民生活污水能够达到二次使用标准。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例一:取聚合氯化铝390-420g,聚合硫酸铁8-12g , 2氯异氰脲酸0.2-0.5g、炭酸纳7-15g,在常温常压下进行混配,将白此得到的无机高分子净水剂2-8g投在砂尘含量<0.5%,藻类含量<0.1%,重金属含量<0.03%,微生物指数<0.08%, PH值<7.4的100kg井水中,获得净化率95%以上,重金属净化率92%以上,细菌指数≤3, PH值中性,去氟、去油率90%以上,达到饮用标准。
实施例二:取聚合氯化铝450-490克,聚合硫酸铁5-10g , 2氯异氰脲酸0.3-0.8g,炭酸纳4-10g在常温常压下进行混配,将由此得到的无机高分予净水剂6-10g,将由此得到的无机高分子净水剂6-10g投在砂尘含量<0.7%,藻类含量<0.2%,重金属含量<0.01%,微生物指数<0.1%q PH值≤6.3的100kg河水中,获得净化率达98%以上,重金属净化率95%以上,细菌指数<2, PH值中险,去氟去油率90%以上达到饮用标准。

1.一种无机高分子净水剂,其特征在于它由聚合氯化铝、聚合
硫酸铁、2氯异氰脲酸、炭酸纳混配而成,依上述材料顺序其投入重
量比为280-580:5-20:0.1-2:4-15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无机高分子净水剂,其特征在于用
作井、河水饮用前进行水质处理的净化剂。
3.根据权利要求1, 2所述的一种无机高分予净水剂,其特征在
于对饮用前的每100kg井、河水,投入该剂2-15克,搅拌0.5-2分钟,静置3-60分钟可使水达到软化净化作用。
