The rice cooker is provided with: a main body part which is accommodated with an inner kettle in a freely-moving way and is provided with a heating component for heating the accommodated inner kettle; a lid section which is openably and closably provided to the main body section by a hinge and closes an opening of the inner pot accommodated in the main body section; an operation part which takes the hinge part side as a rear part and is arranged at the front part of the main body part or the cover part for indicating the rice cooking action; and a wireless sensing unit which is provided in the body or the lid portion on the front side of the operation unit and accommodates an antenna unit for performing short-range wireless communication with the wireless communication terminal.

Problems to be solved by the invention
In the conventional rice cooker, when the lid portion is provided with the wireless sensing portion for performing wireless communication with the wireless communication terminal, since the lid portion is provided with the steam port, there is a risk of scalding by steam from the steam port when the wireless communication terminal is caused to cover the wireless sensing portion. In addition, there is a possibility that the wireless communication terminal may cause a trouble due to heat from the lid portion.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object thereof is to provide a rice cooker in which there is no danger of scalding and in which the wireless communication terminal does not cause troubles due to heat from the lid portion.
Means for solving the problems
The rice cooker of the present invention comprises: a main body part which is accommodated with an inner kettle in a freely-moving way and is provided with a heating component for heating the accommodated inner kettle; a lid section which is openably and closably provided to the main body section by a hinge and closes an opening of the inner pot accommodated in the main body section; an operation part which takes the hinge part side as a rear part and is arranged at the front part of the main body part or the cover part for indicating the rice cooking action; and a wireless sensing unit which is provided in the body or the lid portion on the front side of the operation unit and accommodates an antenna unit for performing short-range wireless communication with the wireless communication terminal.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, since the wireless sensing portion is provided on the front side of the main body portion or the lid portion with respect to the operation portion, the rice cooker does not cause scalding even when steam is ejected from the steam port of the lid portion during cooking, and the wireless communication terminal does not cause troubles due to heat from the lid portion.

Detailed Description
Embodiment mode 1
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an external appearance of a rice cooker according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, fig. 2 is a front view of the rice cooker shown in fig. 1, fig. 3 is a perspective view showing the rice cooker shown in fig. 1 with a lid portion thereof opened, and fig. 4 is an enlarged longitudinal sectional view showing the rice cooker of fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a rice cooking device 100 according to embodiment 1 includes: a main body part 10 which accommodates an inner vessel 11 in a freely removable manner and has an induction heating coil 12 as a heating member for heating the accommodated inner vessel 11; a lid 30 openably and closably provided to the main body 10 by a hinge 33 and closing an opening of the inner vessel 11 housed in the main body 10; an operation display part 50 provided at the front side wall 30a of the lid part 30 with the hinge 33 side as the rear part and having an operation part 51 for instructing a rice cooking operation; and a wireless sensing unit 70, which is provided, for example, on the front side of the main body 10 with respect to the operation display unit 50, and houses an antenna unit 71 for performing short-range wireless communication with the wireless communication terminal 80.
The outer contour of the main body 10 is constituted by an outer frame 13 whose side surface portion is formed in a cylindrical shape, and a lower frame 14 which is provided at a lower portion of the outer frame 13 and forms a bottom plate 15 of the main body 10. The main body 10 includes a cylindrical inner heat insulating plate 16, a main body heater 17 attached to the outer peripheral surface of the inner heat insulating plate 16 in close contact therewith, a substantially deep-dish-shaped coil base 18 provided below the inner heat insulating plate 16, a temperature sensor 19 provided at the center of the coil base 18, and a power supply board 20. The main body 10 has a bottom-cylindrical inner vessel housing 22 formed by the inner heat insulating plate 16 and the coil base 18.
The induction heating coil 12 generates an alternating magnetic field by energization, and heats the inner vessel 11 by electromagnetic induction. The main body heater 17 is energized to generate heat during cooking and during keeping warm. The temperature sensor 19 is composed of, for example, a thermistor, and is in contact with the bottom of the inner pot 11 to detect the temperature of the inner pot 11.
A heater energization circuit for energizing the main body heater 17, a rectifier circuit for converting ac power into dc power, an inverter circuit for converting dc power from the rectifier circuit into high-frequency power and supplying the high-frequency power to the induction heating coil 12, a heating control unit for controlling the inverter circuit and the heater energization circuit, and the like are mounted on the power supply substrate 20. A heat sink is provided on the switching element of the inverter circuit.
The lid portion 30 is provided with a steam port 31 at a position on the hinge 33 side of the upper portion, and an inner lid 32 detachably attached to the inner side. The lid 30 is locked by the lid opening/closing button 21 when the opening of the inner pot storage 22 formed in the main body 10 is closed. The lid opening/closing button 21 is provided on the front outer frame 10a of the main body 10 so as to protrude toward the front side, and locks the lid 30 by the lock mechanism 21a when the lid 30 is closed. When the lid opening/closing button 21 is pushed inward, the locking mechanism 21a releases the locking of the lid 30.
The operation display unit 50 includes an operation unit 51 having a rice cooking key, a temperature keeping key, a menu selection key, and the like, and a display unit 52 for displaying a rice cooking operation, a rice cooking function, and the like in accordance with a key operation of the operation unit 51. The operation display unit 50 is provided with a display window 52a at a position facing the display unit 52. An operation board 53 is provided at a front portion of the inside of the cover 30 at a position facing the operation display unit 50. The operation board 53 is provided with a control unit, a buzzer, a communication unit described later, and the like, which output a command signal for operating the heating control unit of the power supply board 20 in response to an operation signal from the operation unit 51, and display a cooking operation based on the operation signal on the display unit 52.
The wireless sensor unit 70 is provided directly above the lid opening/closing button 21 provided on the front outer frame 10a of the main body 10 and on the front side wall 30a of the lid 30, and protrudes from the lid opening/closing button 21 toward the near side (see fig. 4). The wireless sensing unit 70 houses the antenna unit 71 as described above. The antenna portion 71 is printed on a substrate or a film-like sheet, and is attached to the inside of the sensing surface 70a of the wireless sensing portion 70. The sensing surface 70a of the wireless sensing unit 70 is perpendicular to the ground. The antenna portion 71 is connected to a thin-plate cable or a lead wire connected to a substrate or a film-like sheet. The thin cable or lead is connected to a communication unit mounted on the operation board 53.
Here, a schematic configuration of the wireless communication terminal 80 and the rice cooker 100 will be described with reference to fig. 5.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram showing a schematic configuration of the wireless communication terminal of fig. 4 and a block diagram showing a schematic configuration of the rice cooker of fig. 1.
The wireless communication terminal 80 is configured by a terminal control unit 81, a terminal display unit 82, a terminal communication unit 83, and the like, and is configured to acquire rice information such as white rice, wash-free rice, and brown rice, cooking information other than the rice information, such as rice cooking information including fast cooking, rice cooking, porridge cooking information, and new cooking information other than the rice cooking information as a rice cooking menu via a communication network by a user's operation. In addition, the wireless communication terminal 80 writes an identification number set in the rice cooker 100 by the operation of the wireless communication terminal 80.
As described above, the rice cooker 100 is provided with the control unit 60, the heating control unit 61 connected to the control unit 60 on the operation board 53, the communication unit 62, the buzzer 63, the storage unit 64, and the like, and is further provided with the operation display unit 50 connected to the control unit 60, the temperature sensor 19, the induction heating coil 12 connected to the heating control unit 61, the body heater 17, and the like.
When receiving a signal of the identification number from the wireless communication terminal 80 via the antenna unit 71, the communication unit 62 extracts the identification number from the received signal and outputs the identification number to the control unit 60. When the rice information and the rice cooking information are received, the rice information and the rice cooking information are extracted from the received signal and output to the control unit 60.
When the identification number is input, the control unit 60 reads the identification number of the rice cooker 100 stored in the storage unit 64, determines whether or not the identification number matches, and transmits the reception permission information through the communication unit 62 and the antenna unit 71 when the identification number matches. When the rice information and the cooking menu of the cooking information are input by the output of the communication permission information, the control unit 60 stores the information in the storage unit 64, and when receiving the cooking instruction of the cooking menu selected by the wireless communication terminal 80, reads the cooking menu from the storage unit 64 in accordance with the cooking instruction, and outputs the instruction signal corresponding to the cooking menu to the heating control unit 61.
In the rice cooker 100 configured as described above, when the wireless communication terminal 80 is placed so as to cover the wireless sensing part 70 provided on the front side wall 30a of the lid part 30, the short-range wireless communication is performed between the wireless communication terminal 80 and the wireless sensing part 70 as described above.
As described above, the wireless sensing unit 70 is provided on the front side wall 30a of the lid 30 positioned above the lid opening/closing button 21, and the lid opening/closing button 21 is provided on the front outer frame 10a of the main body 10. According to this configuration, the rice cooker 100 does not burn a rice when steam is ejected from the steam port 31 of the lid 30 during cooking, and the wireless communication terminal 80 does not cause a trouble due to heat from the lid 30.
In addition, during cooking in which steam is generated, there is no limitation that short-range wireless communication between the wireless communication terminal 80 and the wireless sensing part 70 is not possible, and convenience of use is improved.
Further, since the wireless sensing section 70 is provided on the front side wall 30a of the lid section 30, an unintended operation of pressing the key of the operation section 51 by the wireless communication terminal 80 can be prevented.
(modification 1)
In embodiment 1, the case where the sensing surface 70a of the wireless sensing unit 70 is perpendicular to the ground surface has been described, but the sensing surface 70a of the wireless sensing unit 70 may be inclined as shown in fig. 6. Fig. 6 is a side view showing a rice cooker according to modification 1 of the wireless sensing part of fig. 1.
The sensing surface 70a of the wireless sensing unit 70 in modification 1 is inclined such that the lower end in the vertical direction protrudes to the near side more than the upper end. In this way, by inclining the sensing surface 70a of the wireless sensing unit 70, the wireless communication terminal 80 can easily cover the wireless sensing unit 70. Therefore, in addition to the effects of embodiment 1, the short-range wireless communication between the wireless communication terminal 80 and the wireless sensing part 70 can be easily performed.

In embodiment 1, the case where the wireless sensing part 70 protrudes to the near side of the lid opening/closing button 21 is described, but the wireless sensing part 70 may be provided inside the front side wall 30a of the lid 30 as shown in fig. 7. Fig. 7 is a side view showing a modification 2 of the wireless sensing part of fig. 1 in a rice cooker different from the rice cooker of fig. 1.
The sensing surface 70a of the wireless sensing unit 70 in modification 2 is provided on the same surface as the front side wall 30a of the cover 30. In addition, in modification 2, the terminal abutting portion 72 is provided. The terminal contact portion 72 is provided so as to protrude forward from the front side wall 30a of the cover 30 below the wireless sensing portion 70.
When the short-range wireless communication is performed between the wireless communication terminal 80 and the wireless sensing unit 70, the wireless communication terminal 80 is brought into contact with the terminal contact portion 72 while covering the wireless sensing unit 70 with the wireless communication terminal 80.
In this way, since the wireless communication terminal 80 is brought into contact with the terminal contact portion 72 to perform the short-range wireless communication with the wireless sensing portion 70, the short-range wireless communication between the wireless communication terminal 80 and the wireless sensing portion 70 can be reliably performed in addition to the effect of embodiment 1.

Fig. 8 is a front view of the rice cooker of embodiment 2 of the present invention, and fig. 9 is a side view of the rice cooker shown in fig. 8. The wireless sensing unit 70 in embodiment 2 is provided so as to protrude further to the front than the lid opening/closing button 21 and so as to surround the lid opening/closing button 21. As described above, according to embodiment 2, since the wireless sensor unit 70 is provided so as to protrude further forward than the lid opening/closing button 21 and surround the periphery of the lid opening/closing button 21, short-range wireless communication can be performed between the wireless communication terminal 80 and the wireless sensor unit 70 without contacting the lid opening/closing button 21. In addition, since the wireless communication terminal 80 can perform the short-range wireless communication in contact with the sensing surface 70a of the wireless sensing unit 70, the short-range wireless communication between the wireless communication terminal 80 and the wireless sensing unit 70 can be reliably performed in addition to the effect of embodiment 1.

As described above, according to embodiment 3, the lid opening/closing button 21 is provided at the front outer frame 10a of the main body 10 at a position further to the back side than the front outer frame 10a, and the wireless sensing part 70 is provided on the same surface as the front outer frame 10a so as to surround the lid opening/closing button 21. With this configuration, short-range wireless communication can be performed between the wireless communication terminal 80 and the wireless sensing unit 70 without contacting the lid opening/closing button 21. Further, since the wireless communication terminal 80 can be brought into contact with the sensing surface 70a of the wireless sensing unit 70 to perform short-range wireless communication, the short-range wireless communication between the wireless communication terminal 80 and the wireless sensing unit 70 can be reliably performed in addition to the effect of embodiment 1.

Claims (2)

1. A rice cooker is characterized in that,
the rice cooker comprises:
a main body part which is accommodated with the inner kettle in a freely-moving manner;
the heating component is used for heating the inner kettle;
a lid section which is openably and closably provided to the main body section by a hinge and which closes an opening of the inner pot accommodated in the main body section;
an operation part which is arranged at the front part of the main body part or the cover part with the hinge part side as the rear part and indicates the rice cooking action;
a wireless sensing unit which is provided in the cover portion on the front side of the operation unit and accommodates an antenna unit for performing short-range wireless communication with a wireless communication terminal; and
a cover opening/closing button provided on the front outer frame of the main body so as to protrude toward the front side,
the wireless sensor unit is provided to protrude from a front side wall of the lid unit, and is positioned directly above the lid opening/closing button and protrudes forward of the lid opening/closing button.
2. The rice cooker as claimed in claim 1,
