Description

Method and device for determining size of service channel transmission block
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a method and a device for determining the size of a service channel transmission block.
Background
With the continuous development of wireless communication technology and the vigorous development of the mobile internet and internet of things industries, the requirements of radio services on radio frequency spectrum are rapidly expanded, and the spectrum resources are increasingly in short supply.
In the existing discrete narrow-band private network system, frequency domain resources are few, and one sub-band only has 25KHz bandwidth. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a single subband frame structure in a conventional discrete narrowband private network system. As shown in fig. 4, one sub-band includes 11 sub-carriers, one radio frame includes 5 sub-frames, and downlink resources are 9 symbols of the sub-frame 0 and the first 4 symbols of the sub-frame 1, which are 13 Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbols in total; the uplink resource is the last 4 symbols of subframe 1 and 31 OFDM symbols in total of subframe 2, subframe 3, and subframe 4.
Wherein, the uplink subframe 2, subframe 3, and subframe 4 fixedly transmit a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH), and the Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) or PDSCH is transmitted through a Physical Control Format Indicator Channel (PCFICH) of the first 2 symbols of the subframe 0 to indicate the last 5 symbols of the subframe 0 and the first 4 symbols of the subframe 1, which are 9 symbols in total. Therefore, it can be seen that the PCFICH needs to fixedly occupy 2 OFDM symbols of the downlink resource, which causes waste in downlink resource usage.
At present, in order to solve the problem of resource waste, a traffic channel may adopt semi-static configuration, that is, in one traffic scheduling period, a fixed position of a downlink resource transmits a PDCCH, and the rest of the downlink resources are used for transmitting a PDSCH, a ratio of the downlink resources occupied by the PDCCH and the PDSCH is determined by a parameter startF, and the PDCCH may schedule a part of uplink resources in one period for transmitting a PUSCH, and a PDCCH search period determines that the maximum number of uplink resources can be scheduled. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a conventional downlink resource allocation based on semi-static configuration. For example, when startF is 2, the ratio of PDCCH to PDSCH is 1: 1; when startF is 4, the ratio of PDCCH to PDSCH is 1: 3.
However, the existing method for calculating the size of the transport block is obtained by querying the index value of the transport block size carried in the PCFICH in the corresponding index table, and as the traffic channel adopts the semi-static configuration technology, the PCFICH is no longer required to indicate, so the existing method for determining the size of the transport block is no longer applicable, and therefore a new method for determining the size of the transport block of the traffic channel needs to be provided.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments, but not all embodiments, of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Traffic Channels (TCH) are used to carry coded voice or customer data and are transmitted in a point-to-point fashion over uplink and downlink channels.
Transport Block (TB) is defined as the basic switching unit between the physical layer and the MAC sublayer, and the physical layer adds a CRC code to each Transport Block. I.e. voice or client data packets on the traffic channel constitute a transport block.
Resource Element (RE) is the smallest time frequency unit and is uniquely determined by the time domain OFDM symbol and the frequency domain subcarrier.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for determining a size of a traffic channel transport block according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
s101, obtaining the resource unit number RE _ num and the modulation coding mode index value I of the service channel to be measuredMCSAnd a channel coding mode;
specifically, the resource element number RE _ num and the modulation and coding scheme index value IMCSAnd the channel coding mode is that the base station side is configured for the service channel to be tested (or to be transmitted) in advance according to specific conditions, and the base station can directly obtain the channel coding mode. For example, different modulation coding scheme index values IMCSCorresponding to different modulation and coding modes. The base station can allocate the modulation coding mode index value I to the service channel to be detected (or to be transmitted) according to the quality difference of the service channel to be detected (or to be transmitted)MCS(ii) a When the base station and the user terminal transmit data, the base station side can schedule the resource size and the index value I of the current modulation coding mode according to the size of the data volume to be transmittedMCSAnd determining the number RE _ num of the resource units required to be occupied by the traffic channel to be detected (or to be transmitted).
The quality of the service channel can be determined according to the channel state information CSI reported by the user terminal, or the base station itself can measure the quality of the service channel. There are two main channel coding methods, including convolutional coding and Turbo coding. The base station can determine which channel coding mode to use according to different service types.
S102, according to the modulation coding modeIndex value IMCSAnd a preset modulation coding mode index table, and determining the transmission efficiency of the service channel to be tested;
specifically, the modulation and coding scheme determines the transmission efficiency of the traffic channel. The base station may be according to IMCSQuerying a preset modulation coding scheme index table (as shown in table 1), and determining I through the index tableMCSAnd the corresponding modulation coding mode, so that the transmission efficiency of the traffic channel is determined according to the modulation coding mode.

S103, determining the size TB _ size of the transmission block of the service channel to be detected according to the resource unit number RE _ num, the channel coding mode and the transmission efficiency.
Specifically, the base station obtains the resource unit number RE _ num occupied by the service channel to be detected (or to be transmitted), determines the channel coding mode used by the service channel to be detected and the transmission efficiency of the service channel to be detected, and finally determines the transport block size TB _ size according to the RE _ num, the channel coding mode and the transmission efficiency.
It can be seen from the above embodiments that, after selecting a suitable modulation and coding scheme, the base station counts the time-frequency resources that need to be occupied by the traffic channel to be measured according to the size of the data volume to be transmitted, the allocable resources of the base station side, and the modulation and coding scheme; and finally, determining the size of the transmission block of the service channel to be detected by combining different channel coding modes. Therefore, on the basis that the service channel adopts semi-static configuration, the size of the transmission block can be determined according to the method, and the utilization rate of resources is effectively improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the determining the transport block size TB _ size of the traffic channel to be measured according to the resource element number RE _ num, the channel coding method, and the transmission efficiency in the method specifically includes:
if the channel coding mode is convolutional coding, determining the transport block size TB _ size of the traffic channel to be detected according to the following formula:
TB _ size ═ a floor ((RE _ num; -transmission efficiency-L _ CRC)/a)
Wherein, a represents the bit number contained in the minimum unit of the hardware storage; l _ CRC indicates the length of the CRC check code added by the transport block.
In particular, the floor function floor (x), whose function is "round down", or "round down", i.e. taking the largest integer not greater than x. In general, a is 8.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the determining the transport block size TB _ size of the traffic channel to be measured according to the resource element number RE _ num, the channel coding method, and the transmission efficiency in the method specifically includes:
if the channel coding mode is turbo coding, determining a transmission block size reference value TB _ size (n) of the traffic channel to be detected according to the following formula:
TB_size(n)=TB_size(n-1)-a;
TB _ size (0) ═ a floor ((RE _ num) — transmission efficiency-L _ CRC)/a);
if the reference value of the transport block size TB _ size (n-1) is judged and known not to meet the preset turbo coding requirement, the reference value of the transport block size TB _ size (n) meets the preset turbo coding requirement, and the reference value of the transport block size TB _ size (n-1) is greater than 0, the transport block size TB _ size of the traffic channel to be tested is TB _ size (n);
wherein, a represents the bit number contained in the minimum unit of the hardware storage; n is the judgment frequency; l _ CRC indicates the length of the CRC check code added by the transport block.
Specifically, if the base station knows that the channel coding mode is Turbo coding, the base station mainly includes two steps when determining the size of the transport block:
firstly, the base station calculates TB _ size0 according to a formula TB _ size0 ═ a floor ((RE _ num ═ transmission efficiency-L _ CRC)/a); the transport block size reference value TB _ size (n) at the nth determination is calculated from TB _ size (n) -a.
Step two, further adjusting TB _ size (n-1) to meet the design requirement of a turbo coding interleaver, wherein the adjusting method comprises the following steps:
and verifying the TB _ size (n-1) according to the design requirement of a turbo coding interleaver, if the TB _ size (n-1) does not meet the preset turbo coding requirement, judging whether the TB _ size (n-1) is larger than 0, and if the TB _ size (n) is larger than 0, executing TB _ size (n-1) -a.
And step three, the base station verifies the TB _ size (n) according to the design requirement of the turbo coding internal interleaver, and if the TB _ size (n) meets the preset turbo coding requirement, the size TB _ size (n) of the transmission block is determined.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the method further includes: if the reference value of the transport block size TB _ size (n-1) is judged to be not meeting the preset turbo coding requirement, the reference value of the transport block size TB _ size (n) meets the preset turbo coding requirement, and the reference value of the transport block size TB _ size (n-1) is smaller than 0, the transport block size TB _ size of the traffic channel to be tested is TB _ size (n).
Specifically, when the base station further adjusts the TB _ size (n-1) to meet the design requirement of the turbo coding inner interleaver, the base station firstly verifies the TB _ size (n-1) according to the design requirement of the turbo coding inner interleaver, if the TB _ size (n-1) is judged to be not met the preset turbo coding requirement, the base station judges whether the TB _ size (n-1) is smaller than 0, if the TB _ size (n) is smaller than 0, the base station executes the verification of the TB _ size (n-1) + a according to the design requirement of the turbo coding inner interleaver, and if the TB _ size (n) is met the preset turbo coding requirement, the base station obtains the transmission block size TB _ size (TB _ size) (n) of the traffic channel to be tested.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the method further includes: determining the modulation coding mode index value I of the service channel to be tested according to the channel quality of the service channel to be testedMCS
According to the formula IMCSDetermining the number of sub-bands Nsb and the number of wireless frames Nf of a service channel to be tested in a scheduling period;
and determining the resource unit number RE _ num of the service channel to be tested according to the sub-band number Nsb and the wireless frame number Nf.
Specifically, the base station determines RE _ nu of an uplink/downlink traffic channelWhen m, RE _ num can be calculated by determining Nf and Nsb. The quality of the channel determines the modulation and coding mode of the traffic channel to be tested. The base station determines the index value I of the modulation coding mode according to the channel qualityMCS(ii) a According to the amount of data to be transmitted or the buffer size, IMCSThe allocable resource size determines Nf and Nsb.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the determining the resource unit number RE _ num of the traffic channel to be measured according to the sub-band number Nsb and the radio frame number Nf in the method specifically includes:
RE_num=RE_num_f*Nsb*Nf;
here, RE _ num _ f is the number of REs included in a unit resource block.
Specifically, RE _ num _ f may be specifically determined according to an adopted communication standard protocol, and is used to indicate the number of REs included in one resource block.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the index value I according to the modulation and coding scheme in the methodMCSAnd a preset modulation coding mode index table, determining the transmission efficiency of the service channel to be tested, specifically comprising:
according to the modulation coding mode index value IMCSDetermining a modulation order and a channel code rate of a service channel to be detected according to a preset modulation coding mode index table;
and determining the transmission efficiency of the service channel to be tested according to the modulation order and the channel code rate.
Specifically, the modulation order is used to calculate the number of bits that each symbol of the code pattern can represent, and for example, the modulation orders corresponding to the code patterns such as QPSK, 16QAM, 64QAM, etc. are 2, 4, 6, respectively, and then the number of bits per symbol of the code patterns is 2, 4, 6, respectively. The channel code rate refers to the number of symbols transmitted per second of the channel. The base station may be according to IMCSInquiring a preset modulation coding mode index table, and determining I through the index tableMCSAnd the corresponding modulation coding mode determines the modulation order and the channel code rate of the service channel according to the modulation coding mode. And finally determining the transmission efficiency of the service channel to be measured by the base station according to the modulation order and the channel code rate.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the method further includes: and adjusting the transport block size TB _ size according to a preset medium access control layer transport block length rule.
Specifically, for a medium access control layer (MAC layer), the length of a transport block should be between a minimum length value and a maximum length value, so that when a base station performs data transmission when mapping a transport block from a physical layer to the MAC layer, the Tb _ size needs to be adjusted to meet the MAC layer minimum/maximum transport block length rule.
