本发明揭示了一种新型SR结构的连接线,其包括线材(1),所述连接线还包括套设在所述线材(1)折弯部位的防护组件(2),所述防护组件(2)包括固定套设在所述线材(1)上的安装板(22)和与所述安装板(22)可拆卸连接的SR溢放口(21)。本发明SR溢放口可拆卸连接在线材的弯折处,不受本身材质限制,能够根据实际需要选择性替换。

一种新型SR结构的连接线
技术领域
本发明涉及连接线技术领域,特别涉及一种新型SR结构的连接线。
背景技术
随着医疗设备在医疗领域应用的广泛普及,设备间的通信要求也越来越高,医疗用线需求也越来越大。
现有的连接线为防止线材连接处的芯线断裂,通常在线材折弯处成型一个SR溢放口来保护线材折弯处。普通的SR溢放口靠注塑成型工艺成型,受限于成形材料的因素,普通的材料不管是PVC还是TPE,只能透过材料的柔软度和成形的外形的设计增强SR柔软度寿命的测试条件,限定了此产品的使用条件和使用寿命。鉴于医疗用线的要求较高,需要连接线使用寿命长,因此设计经久耐用的连接线迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的上述缺陷,提供一种新型SR结构的连接线,提高使用寿命。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种新型SR结构的连接线,其包括线材,所述连接线还包括套设在所述线材折弯部位的防护组件,所述防护组件包括固定套设在所述线材上的安装板和与所述安装板可拆卸连接的SR溢放口。
此外,本发明还提出如下附属技术方案:所述SR溢放口与所述安装板螺纹式连接,所述SR溢放口包括注塑成型的空管和内埋在所述空管内的螺母。
所述安装板包括配合所述螺母的螺牙端,所述螺牙端套设在所述线材上。
所述连接线还包括照明组件,所述安装板包括安装板本体,所述照明组件固定安装在所述安装板本体上。
所述照明组件包括依次卡合在所述安装板本体上的FPC电路板、LED指示器、导光环和后盖。
所述连接线包括与所述线材相连的连接器和固定在所述线材上的铜扣,所述铜扣位于所述连接器与安装板之间。
所述铜扣包括铆压在所述线材上的圆环和与所述圆环一体成型且位于所述圆环两侧的展开部。
所述连接器的外壳成型在所述铜扣外端。
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:1.本发明SR溢放口可拆卸连接在线材的弯折处,不受本身材质限制,能够根据实际需要选择性替换;
2.本发明SR溢放口与安装板螺纹连接,相较于一体成型的SR溢放口,线材摇摆过程中不易断裂,提高可靠性;
3.安转板上设有照明组件,能够在昏暗环境下方便辨别;
4.线材上设有铜扣,铜扣包括展开部,能够增加与连接器的外壳的接触面积,提高连接器与线材的附着力,提高连接线牢固性。

具体实施方式
以下结合较佳实施例及其附图对本发明技术方案作进一步非限制性的详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供一种新型SR结构的连接线,其包括线材1和套设在线材1折弯部位的防护组件2。防护组件2包括固定套设在线材1上的安装板22和与安装板22可拆卸连接的SR溢放口21。SR溢放口21能够保护线材1,起到弯折缓冲的效果,增强连接线使用寿命。
进一步参照图2和图3,SR溢放口21与安装板22螺纹式连接。SR溢放口21包括注塑成型的空管211和内埋在空管211内的螺母212,空管211为柔软橡胶材质。安装板22包括安装板本体221和套设在线材1上且与螺母212配合的螺牙端222。
进一步参照图1至图3,连接线还包括设置在防护组件2上的照明组件4,照明组件4包括安装在安装板本体221一侧的底板为环形的FPC电路板41、LED指示器42、导光环43和后盖44。具体的,安装板本体221包括位于其侧面两端连成的对角线上且用于定位的两个凸台2211和位于安装板本体221另外两端连成的对角线上的第一凹槽2212。FPC电路板41和LED指示器42均设有与凸台2211对应的第二凹槽411。LED指示器42两侧均设有圆形通孔421,导光环43设有穿设在圆形通孔421的连接部431。后盖44设有与第一凹槽2212对应的卡合部441。FPC电路板41、LED指示器42、导光环43和后盖44依次卡位在安装板本体221上。
进一步参照1和图4,连接线还包括与线材1连接的连接器3和套设在线材1上且与安装板本体221另一侧相抵接的铜扣5,铜扣5位于安装板22与连接器3之间。铜扣5包括铆压在线材1外被上的圆环51和与圆环51一体成型且位于圆环51两侧的展开部52。连接器3的外壳(图未示)成型在连接器3和铜扣5外,展开部52能够增加外壳与线材1之间的附着力,提高连接器3与线材的牢固性。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明SR溢放口可拆卸连接在线材的弯折处,不受溢放口本身材质限制,能够根据实际需要选择性替换;
2.本发明SR溢放口与安装板螺纹连接,相较于一体成型的SR溢放口,线材摇摆过程中不易断裂,提高可靠性;
3.安转板上设有照明组件,能够在昏暗环境下方便辨别;
4.线材上设有铜扣,铜扣包括展开部,能够增加与连接器的外壳的接触面积,提高连接器与线材的附着力,提高连接线牢固性。

1.一种新型SR结构的连接线,其包括线材(1),其特征在于:所述连接线还包括套设在所述线材(1)折弯部位的防护组件(2),所述防护组件(2)包括固定套设在所述线材(1)上的安装板(22)和与所述安装板(22)可拆卸连接的SR溢放口(21);所述SR溢放口(21)与所述安装板(22)螺纹式连接,所述SR溢放口(21)包括注塑成型的空管(211)和内埋在所述空管(211)内的螺母(212);所述安装板(22)包括配合所述螺母(212)的螺牙端(222),所述螺牙端(222)套设在所述线材(1)上;所述连接线还包括照明组件(4),所述安装板(22)包括安装板本体(221),所述照明组件(4)固定安装在所述安装板本体(221)上;所述照明组件(4)包括依次卡合在所述安装板本体(221)上的FPC电路板(41)、LED指示器(42)、导光环(43)和后盖(44)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型SR结构的连接线,其特征在于:所述连接线包括与所述线材(1)相连的连接器(3)和固定在所述线材(1)上的铜扣(5),所述铜扣(5)位于所述连接器(3)与安装板(22)之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型SR结构的连接线,其特征在于:所述铜扣(5)包括铆压在所述线材(1)上的圆环(51)和与所述圆环(51)一体成型且位于所述圆环(51)两侧的展开部(52)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型SR结构的连接线,其特征在于:所述连接器(3)的外壳成型在所述铜扣(5)外端。
