Abstract
The flexible folding user terminal comprises a flexible screen (100), a support layer (200), a first shell (300), a second shell (400) and a hinge part (500); the hinge part (500) is connected with the supporting layer (200) through at least two supporting pieces (501), each supporting piece (501) is connected with the side edge of an elastic U-shaped plate (502), and two ends of each elastic U-shaped plate (502) are respectively connected with the first shell (300) and the second shell (400). The hinge part (500) with the structure can keep the support layer (200) of the flexible screen (100) in a bending state or a straight state by using the elastic U-shaped plate (502) similar to a structure of a shooting ruler, can freely switch the bending state or the straight state along with the bending of the first shell (300) and the second shell (400) of a user, and can protect the flexible screen (100) from being deformed or damaged due to excessive extrusion of bending and straightening through the support layer (200).
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of flexible screens, in particular to a flexible folding user terminal.
Background
The flexible folding user terminal (such as a folding mobile phone, a tablet computer with a folding display screen, a television with a folding display screen, a notebook computer with a folding display screen, and a vehicle machine with a folding display screen) is a development trend of future user terminals, namely, the screen is bent in a mode preset by a user by utilizing the characteristic that the flexible screen is bendable.
The folding user terminal generally has an inner folding and an outer folding, wherein the inner folding has a smaller R angle for the bending of the screen, which easily damages the screen, and the outer folding has a larger R angle, which more easily protects the screen.
However, the current folding terminal has a plurality of problems in structural optimization. For example, how to keep the flexible screen in a bent state or a flat state, and can be switched at will.
There is therefore a need for a flexible folding user terminal with a more optimized structure.

The flexible folding user terminal comprises
A flexible screen for displaying an image;
the supporting layer is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the flexible screen;
a first housing for fixing with one side of the support layer;
the second shell is used for being fixed with the other side of the supporting layer;
the two ends of the hinge part are respectively connected with the first shell and the second shell and support the supporting layer;
the hinge part is connected with the supporting layer through at least two supporting pieces, each supporting piece is connected with the side edge of the elastic U-shaped plate, and two ends of the elastic U-shaped plate are respectively connected with the first shell and the second shell.

The flexible folding user terminal is different from the prior art in that the flexible folding user terminal can enable the supporting layer of the flexible screen to keep a bending state or a straight state by the hinge part of the structure and the elastic U-shaped plate similar to the structure of the shooting ruler, can freely switch the bending state or the straight state along with the bending of the first shell and the second shell of a user, and can protect the flexible screen from being deformed or damaged due to too large extrusion on bending and straightening through the supporting layer.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the flexible folding user terminal of the present invention comprises
A flexible screen 100 for displaying an image;
a support layer 200 fixedly connected to an inner surface of the flexible screen 100;
a first housing 300 for fixing with one side of the support layer 200;
a second housing 400 for fixing with the other side of the support layer 200;
a hinge part 500 having both ends connected to the first and second housings 300 and 400, respectively, and supporting the support layer 200;
the hinge part 500 is connected with the support layer 200 by at least two support members 501, and each support member 501 is connected with a side edge of an elastic U-shaped plate 502, and two ends of the elastic U-shaped plate 502 are respectively connected with the first and second housings 300 and 400.
The hinge part 500 of the present invention with the above structure can keep the support layer 200 of the flexible screen 100 in a bent state or a straight state by using the elastic U-shaped plate 502 with a structure similar to a racket ruler, and can freely switch the bent state or the straight state along with the bending of the first casing 300 and the second casing 400 by a user, and the flexible screen 100 is protected from being deformed or damaged by excessive compression due to bending and straightening by the support layer 200.
The number of the supports 501 may be 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15.
The racket ruler is an elastic piece with a U-shaped section, and the U-shaped section can be bent when changed into a linear type.
The material of the elastic U-shaped plate 502 may be iron, steel, manganese steel, aluminum, titanium alloy, and is preferably a thin steel plate.
The supporting layer 200 may be a thin plate made of iron, steel, manganese steel, aluminum, titanium alloy, and the supporting layer 200 is preferably a thin steel plate.
The support 501 may be a long thin plate with a straight cross section, so as not to affect the bending of the flexible screen 100 and the support layer 200.
Certainly, the supporting member 501 may also be a long bar with an inverted trapezoid or triangle cross section, so that when the flexible screen 100 is bent, the maximum bending angle of each section of the flexible screen 100 is limited, and it is avoided that when a certain section of the flexible screen 100 is bent, the bending angle of the certain section is too large due to uneven stress, so that the flexible screen 100 is damaged.

According to the invention, the elastic U-shaped plate 502 and the support piece 501 are connected through the first spring 503, so that on one hand, the difference of the angle between the rotation of the support piece 501 and the rotation of the elastic U-shaped plate 502 can be overcome, and on the other hand, the problem of asynchronous movement tracks of the support piece 501 and the elastic U-shaped plate 502 to a certain extent can be overcome, so that the local stretching and extrusion of the flexible screen 100 is smaller, and the service life of the flexible screen 100 is longer.
Wherein, both ends of the first spring 503 are respectively fixed with the side edge of the elastic U-shaped plate 502 and the middle part of the support member 501.
Preferably, referring to fig. 4 and 6, the support 501 of the hinge part 500 is a rod-shaped body with a pentagonal cross section, and the upper end of the support 501 is hinged to the surface of the support layer 200 away from the flexible screen 100.
The support layer 200 is supported by the support member 501 having the pentagonal rod-shaped body cross section, so as to support the flexible screen 100, and when the flexible screen is bent, the bending of the support layer 200 can be limited by two side surfaces of the pentagonal rod-shaped body far away from the support layer 200, so as to avoid an excessively large bending angle of the flexible screen 100.
Referring to fig. 5, the top of the support 501 is fixed to the first shaft 504, the first shaft 504 is fixed to the inner ring of the first bearing 505, and the outer ring of the first bearing 505 is fixed to the lower surface of the support layer 200.
Preferably, referring to fig. 7, 11 and 12, the first casing 300 and the second casing 400 are symmetrically provided with an adjusting portion 600 therein, the adjusting portion 600 includes a first rod 601, a second rod 602, a third rod 603, a first electromagnet 611, a second electromagnet 612 and a third permanent magnet 613, the lower end of the first rod 601 is fixed to the lower portion of the inside of the first casing 300 or the second casing 400, the upper end of the first rod 601 is fixed to the first electromagnet 611, the upper end of the second rod 602 is fixed to the upper portion of the first casing 300 or the second casing 400, the lower end of the second rod 602 is fixed to the second electromagnet 612, the third permanent magnet 613 is provided between the second electromagnet 612 and the first electromagnet 611, the two third permanent magnets 613 are respectively fixed to two ends of the elastic U-shaped plate 502, the two ends of the elastic U-shaped plate 502 are respectively fixed to one end of the two third rods 603, the other end of the third rod 603 is fixed to the first casing 300 or the second casing 400;
the power supply module of the first electromagnet 611 and the power supply module of the second electromagnet 612 are both connected with the control module.
The two ends of the elastic U-shaped plate 502 are respectively connected with the first casing 300 and the second casing 400 through the adjusting part 600, so that the cross-sectional shape of the elastic U-shaped plate 502 is changed by controlling the attraction state of the first electromagnet 611, the second electromagnet 612 and the third permanent magnet 613, thereby the elastic U-shaped plate 502 is automatically straightened or automatically bent, and the automatic straightening or automatic bending state of the flexible screen 100 is completed through the support 501.
Wherein the third permanent magnet 613 is cylindrical, the axial direction of the third permanent magnet 613 is parallel to the length direction of the elastic U-shaped plate 502, the elastic U-shaped plate 502 is fixed to the inner surface of the U-shape of the elastic U-shaped plate 502, preferably the third permanent magnet 613 is fixed to the upper surface of the elastic U-shaped plate 502, the section of the second electromagnet 612 is an arc-shaped plate which is concave upwards, when the second electromagnet 612 is attracted with the third permanent magnet, the upper surface of the elastic U-shaped plate 502 is flattened by both ends of the second electromagnet 612, the third permanent magnet 613 with a circular cross section is disposed in the groove of the upper concave arc-shaped plate, so that when the second electromagnet 612 and the third permanent magnet 613 are attracted to each other, the elastic U-shaped plate 502 can be changed from a U-shaped section to a flat section, so that the elastic U-shaped plate 502 can automatically bend to drive the support 501 to bend, thereby bending the flexible screen 100.
The first electromagnet 611 is an arc-shaped plate with a concave section, and when the first electromagnet 611 and the third permanent magnet 613 are attracted, the third permanent magnet 613 fixed on the upper surface of the elastic U-shaped plate 502 presses the elastic U-shaped plate 502 down to the same shape as the concave upper surface of the first electromagnet 611, so that the elastic U-shaped plate 502 becomes U-shaped in section, and thus maintains a straight state, so that the flexible screen 100 maintains a straight state through the support 501.
The control module only needs to control the mutual attraction of the first electromagnet 611, the second electromagnet 612 and the third permanent magnet 613, so as to control the bending or straightening state of the flexible screen 100. Automatic bending and flattening of the flexible screen 100 are achieved, or semi-automatic bending or flattening is achieved for further locking of the bending and flattening states or assisting human hands.
The first casing 300 and the second casing 400 are both provided with a first through hole facing each other, and the elastic U-shaped plate 502 penetrates through the first through hole to connect the first casing 300 and the second casing 400.
Preferably, referring to fig. 9 and 10, both ends of the supporting member 501 with the pentagonal cross section near the top end are both provided with a first groove 510, the length direction of the first groove 510 is the same as the length direction of the supporting member 501, a first connecting ring 511 is arranged in the first groove 510, and a first bayonet 512 is sleeved in the first connecting rings 511 of the two supporting members 501.
If it is necessary to connect the two supporting members 501 to achieve smooth and flexible folding, the two supporting members need to be connected. The invention can realize the connection of the end parts of two adjacent supporting pieces 501 when the supporting pieces 501 are bent or straight along with the flexible screen 100. Specifically, since the two ends of the two supporting members 501 are closer when in the bending state, and the two ends of the two supporting members 501 are farther when in the flat state, in order to avoid the influence of the two supporting members 501 on the flatness of the flexible screen when the two supporting members 501 are farther and avoid the flexible screen 100 from being bent in the opposite direction of bending, that is, avoid the occurrence of an uneven concave flexible screen, and limit the maximum flat angle of the flexible screen 100, the connection is realized by installing a first bayonet 512 in the two first connecting rings 511, so as to ensure that the two supporting members 501 are smoothly bent and flat.
Two ends of the first bayonet 512 are provided with pin caps 513, the area of the pin caps 513 is larger than that of the inner hole of the first connecting ring 511, and the pin caps at the two ends of the first bayonet 512 are clamped with two end faces of the supporting piece 501.
Wherein the first connection ring 511 of one support 501 does not touch the other support 501 or the first groove 510 of the other support 501.
