The disclosure firstly provides a method for reminding children of falling order in public places. The invention discloses a method for rapidly finding lost children in public places, which is characterized in that the public places are any places such as shopping malls, amusement parks and tourist attractions which occupy certain areas and can be provided with cameras, and the lost condition of the children is easy to occur due to weak safety consciousness of the children after the children drop the order. The method can be fixed to various terminals, such as a server, a physical infrastructure of cloud computing, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, a notebook computer, an iPad, a self-service terminal and any equipment or equipment set with an operation control function and a communication function.
Fig. 1 is an environment diagram illustrating an application of a child drop alert method in a public place according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, cameras are provided at various positions or corners in a public place, each camera can take pictures in the visual field of the camera, and each camera can communicate with the implementation terminal of the present invention through a communication link: and sending the pictures taken by the camera to the implementation terminal of the invention or receiving the instructions from the implementation terminal of the invention and executing the instructions. The communication link connection mode can be as follows: wired communication network connection, wireless communication network connection. The wired communication network can be connected by twisted pair, coaxial cable, optical fiber, etc.; the connection mode of the wireless communication network can be microwave, cellular network and the like. In a public place, a plurality of tourists or customers exist, the identity of the customers or the identity of the tourists are various, but adults often play in the public place with children.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for reminding a child of falling order in a public place according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step 210, when it is detected that the child enters a public place, a first photo taken for the child and the fellow staff is obtained.
The fellow persons are persons who fellow with the child and enter the public place together, and may be parents, relatives, teachers, brothers, and the like of the child.
In one embodiment, a height sensor is arranged at the entrance of the public place and is connected with the implementation terminal of the invention, so that the height of each person entering the public place can be detected, and when the height of one person entering the public place is detected to be lower than a preset height threshold value, a signal is sent to the implementation terminal of the invention to trigger the implementation terminal of the invention to control a camera arranged at the entrance of the public place to take a picture.
In one embodiment, the implementation terminal of the invention can utilize a machine learning algorithm to monitor the face entering the visual field picture of the camera controlled by the implementation terminal of the invention in real time, calculate the age of the face, and control the camera to shoot when the age is judged to be lower than a certain threshold.
In one embodiment, when a child enters the public place from the entrance, the first photo is obtained in a camera capturing mode, the camera arranged at the entrance of the public place can capture the child and the fellow passengers of the child, the captured photo can be a photo of the child and the fellow passengers, the captured photo can also be a photo of the child and the fellow passengers, and if the captured photo is a photo, the photo of the child and the photo of the fellow passengers are required to be stored in an associated mode. It is to be understood that the first photograph may not be a single photograph, but a type of photograph. This has the advantage of improving the efficiency of obtaining photographs of children and fellow persons.
In one embodiment, when a sensor arranged at an entrance of a public place detects that a child enters, a peer is reminded through broadcasting to take the child to enter photos of the peer and the child before the photo entering device, and then the photos shot by the photo entering device are obtained.
In one embodiment, each customer entering the public place installs a specific app (application) and uploads a face-up photograph, and if a child is present, the face-up photograph of the child; get into this public place from the entry when children, acquire children's photo through the mode that the camera was snatched the photograph, then determine the face-righting photo of children that matches with the children photo of this candiding and the face-righting photo of this customer that corresponds in the photo that uploads, as the first photo that acquires.
And step 220, receiving the pictures of the target camera in the public place, which are shot in a preset time period.
In one embodiment, the target camera may be a camera that has previously established a communication connection with the implementation terminal of the present invention.
In one embodiment, all cameras in the public place have network cards, each network card of the camera has a unique MAC (media Access control) address, and the target camera is a camera with a MAC address as a predetermined MAC address.
In one embodiment, the target cameras are all cameras within the public space. This has the advantage of increasing the likelihood of the child becoming lost to detection.
In one embodiment, all cameras in a public place are in network connection with the implementation terminal, each camera has a fixed IP address, the IP addresses of all the cameras belong to different network segments, and the target camera is a preset network segment or a camera with a preset IP address.
In one embodiment, an ID (identification) is preset for each of all cameras in a public place, a predetermined ID is stored in an implementation terminal of the present invention, and a target camera is a camera of the predetermined ID.
In one embodiment, the predetermined time period is a time period between the door opening time and the door closing time of the public place, and the pictures taken by the target cameras in the public place are received in the time period between the door opening time and the door closing time of the public place.
In one embodiment, the predetermined time period is a time period when the number of people in the public place reaches a predetermined threshold, and the photos taken by the target camera in the public place are received when the number of people in the public place reaches the predetermined threshold on the same day. Because the number of people in the public place is not fixed, when the number of people in the public place is less, the possibility of the children missing is lower, and the advantage of doing so is that the pertinence of the received photos is improved.
Step 230, obtaining a photo matching with the first photo recording the child from the received photos as a second photo, and obtaining a photo matching with the first photo recording the fellow person as a third photo.
In one embodiment, a preset classifier is used for extracting a face from a photo, and then a pre-trained convolutional neural network model is input to determine the photo in which the face matched with the face in the preset photo is recorded. The convolutional neural network model can output the similarity of two groups of faces according to the two groups of input faces, and when the similarity is larger than a preset similarity threshold value, the two pictures recording the two groups of faces are considered to be matched.
And 240, determining to send the child drop alert information with the position of the child to a target person based on the second photo and the third photo.
The second photo and the third photo record various information of the child and the fellow persons respectively, and the falling order risk of the child can be analyzed by judging the acquisition conditions of the second photo and the third photo.
The target person may be any person, including fellow persons, that may help the falling child return to the side of their fellow persons, such as parents of the child, the grand of the fellow person, staff in the public space, nearby policemen, all people in the public space, and so forth.
The child drop alert information may be any information that allows the target person to know that there is a child drop, such as a short message, a telephone call, a mail, an APP notification, a broadcast, an alarm, etc.
In one embodiment, any person with a child entering the public place needs to enter the photos of the child and the fellow persons and the mobile phone numbers of the fellow persons, and after the child is judged to be fallen, the child is reminded to fall in the form of sending a short message to the mobile phone of the fellow persons.
In one embodiment, the second photos and the third photos are respectively sorted from morning to evening according to shooting time, and when the faces of only one person of a child are judged in a preset number of continuous photos in the sorted second photos and the faces of only the persons in the same row are judged in a preset number of continuous photos in the sorted third photos, the child order-falling reminding information with the positions of the children is sent to the target person. Under normal conditions, the child is easy to lose, so the distance between the child and the fellow passenger is very short, and therefore the second photo and the third photo are likely to be repeated; in the second or third photograph which is not repeated, it is highly likely that there is both a child and a fellow person, and if there is only a child or a fellow person among a predetermined number of consecutive photographs, it is considered that the child may be at risk of falling an order.
If only the face of one person of the child is in the continuous preset number of the second photos after sorting, the accuracy rate of judging whether the child is falling off is not high, because the position of each camera is basically fixed, and due to the problem of the visual field or the visual angle of the camera, the situation that only the child is in the photos shot by the camera, but the same person is very close to the child is likely to occur. The advantage of making a post-determination of the second and third photographs at the same time is that the accuracy of the determination of whether a child has fallen an order is improved.
In one embodiment, each camera has a gps (global Positioning system) module, and each picture taken by each camera records the position of the camera taking the picture.
In one embodiment, an ID is set for each camera in advance when the camera is installed, the implementation terminal of the present invention receives the ID of each camera and the position of the camera input by the user and stores the ID and the position in the correspondence table, and the position of the camera taking the picture can be determined by determining the ID of the camera from which the picture originates and then querying the correspondence table.
In one embodiment, when no person is in the public place, the standard photos of all cameras in the public place are obtained, then the label of the user on the position of each camera for taking the standard photo is received, the standard photos and the positions of the cameras are correspondingly stored, when any photo taken by the camera is received, the similarity between the photo and each standard photo is compared, and the position corresponding to the standard photo with the maximum similarity is used as the position of the camera for taking the photo.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating details of step 240 according to one embodiment illustrated in a corresponding embodiment of fig. 2. As shown in fig. 3, step 240 includes the following steps:
and 241, acquiring the positions of the child and the fellow passenger according to the second picture and the third picture.
Optionally, the position of the camera for taking the picture of the child is taken as the position of the child, and the position of the camera for taking the picture of the fellow passenger is taken as the position of the fellow passenger.
Due to the fact that the visual field range of the camera is limited, the distance between the camera and the person in the visual field of the camera is usually short, and therefore the position error of the person in the shot picture is small when the position of the camera is selected, the method has the advantages that the position obtaining mode of the child and the position of the person in the same race is simplified, and meanwhile the position obtaining precision is guaranteed to a certain extent.
And 242, when the position meets a preset condition, sending a child drop alert message with the position of the child to a target person.
In one embodiment, the predetermined condition is as shown in FIG. 5. Fig. 5 is a flow chart illustrating predetermined conditions according to an embodiment illustrated in a corresponding embodiment of fig. 3, as illustrated in fig. 5, including the steps of:
and step 510, determining the distance between the child and the fellow passenger according to the positions of the child and the fellow passenger.
In one embodiment, the positions of the child and the fellow walker are longitude and latitude coordinates, and the distance returned by an interface can be obtained by calling the general map application Programming interface (api) in the industry.
In one embodiment, a coordinate system is established in advance for the layout in the public place, each camera is regarded as a point, the position of each point in the coordinate system is determined in advance through field measurement, and the distance between the child and the fellow passenger is determined through a formula for mathematically determining the distance between two points according to the coordinates of the two points.
And step 520, when the distance is larger than a preset distance threshold, sending a child drop alert message with the child position to a target person.
Distance is an index that directly measures the severity of a child's drop. The greater the distance, the further away the fellow passenger is from the child, and the greater the risk of the child getting lost. The advantage of doing so is that whether to send children's falling order warning information is judged through using the index that can directly measure children's falling order risk, has improved the accuracy of the children's falling order condition of judging.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating details of step 241 according to the corresponding embodiment of fig. 3. As shown in fig. 4, step 241 includes the following sub-steps:
step 2411, acquiring the time for shooting the second picture as a second time, acquiring the position of the child in the second picture as a second position, acquiring the time for shooting the third picture as a third time, and acquiring the position of the fellow person in the third picture as a third position.
Each second and each third photo is a photo in which a child or a fellow person is recorded, but since the position of a person is constantly changing and the distance of the time taken for some of them may now have passed a long time, it is not reasonable to use the photos to determine the position of a person recorded therein. The times of taking the second and third pictures and the positions of taking the pictures are taken and the positions of the child and the fellow person are determined from them.
Step 2412, obtaining the difference between the current time and each second time as the first time difference.
The second time is the time when the child is shot, is the time related to judging whether the child is in the order, obtains the difference value between the current time and the second time, and can help to select the photo for determining the position of the child and the position of the fellow person.
Step 2413, determining an absolute value of a difference between the second time and the third time in each combination as a second time difference for each combination of the second time and the third time.
The time of the child at a certain position is recorded at the second time, the time of the co-worker of the child at a certain position is recorded at the third time, due to the problems that the child and the co-worker continuously move or shoot angles and the like, the difference value between the second time and the third time is possibly quite large, the situation that the child leaves the order cannot be truly reflected due to the fact that the positions of the child and the co-worker are different and are determined by pictures shot at intervals of quite long time, and therefore the difference between the second time and the third time is limited.
Step 2414, determining a second time with the minimum first time difference as a target second time from the second times included in the combination with the second time difference smaller than a preset second time difference threshold value.
When the second time difference is smaller than a preset second time difference threshold value, the photos corresponding to the two time points generating the second time difference are considered to be enough to judge whether the child is fallen down, the second time with the minimum first time difference is determined, the second time is the closest to the current time, and therefore the time capable of determining whether the child is fallen down can be screened out to the maximum extent.
Step 2415, regarding the second position of the photo corresponding to the target second time as the position of the child, and regarding the third position of the photo corresponding to the third time with the minimum second time difference corresponding to the target second time in the combination as the position of the fellow person.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, to determine the positions of the child and the fellow passenger according to the first picture and the second picture, the target second time is determined according to the second time difference threshold, and then the positions of the child and the fellow passenger are determined according to the second time and the second time difference. The method has the advantages that the time interval between the time when the child leaves the bill and the time when the child leaves the bill is found is minimized under the condition that the position represented by the selected photo can be ensured to determine whether the child leaves the bill, and the timeliness of finding the child leaves the bill is improved.
Fig. 6 is a flow chart of predetermined conditions according to another embodiment shown in a corresponding embodiment of fig. 3, as shown in fig. 6, including the steps of:
and step 610, determining the distance between the child and the fellow passenger according to the positions of the child and the fellow passenger.
The distance between the child and the fellow passenger can be determined by the position relationship of the child and the fellow passenger. It is understood that various representation types of positions and how the corresponding distances are determined have been described in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
Step 620, acquiring the difference between the second time of the photo corresponding to the position of the child and the third time of the photo corresponding to the position of the fellow person.
In many cases, the time when the child is shot and the time when the fellow passenger is shot may be greatly different, and if it is not reasonable to judge whether the child is placed because the person is moving, it may happen that the position of the child and the position of the fellow passenger are far apart in the shot picture, but actually the child and the fellow passenger are close to each other. The difference between the second time and the third actual time is determined for the comprehensive judgment.
Step 630, the product of the difference and a predetermined value is obtained.
The predetermined value may be a predetermined difference between the moving speeds of the fellow passenger and the child.
Step 640, determining the difference between the distance and the product.
And 650, when the difference is larger than a preset distance threshold value, sending a child drop alert message with the child position to a target person.
In summary, in this embodiment, by using a compensation method, it is estimated whether different people in photos taken at different times will arrive within a specified distance range at the same time point, so as to determine whether the child places the order and send the order-placement reminding message according to the estimation. The advantage of doing so is that the problem of being unable to judge whether the child is likely to drop the order because the difference between the second time and the third time is too large is solved to a certain extent.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating details of step 220 and a method following step 240 according to the corresponding embodiment of fig. 2. As shown in fig. 7, the method comprises the following steps:
step 220', receiving the pictures of all cameras in the public place taken according to the first preset frequency.
In one embodiment, the hardware configuration of the camera allows the camera to shoot at a specified frequency.
In one embodiment, the pictures taken by the camera according to the first predetermined frequency are videos recorded by the receiving camera at a certain frame rate fps (frames Per second), and each frame in the videos is taken as a picture.
And 250, sending an instruction of shooting according to a second preset frequency to all the cameras in the public place so as to receive the pictures shot by all the cameras in the public place according to the second preset frequency.
The second predetermined frequency is greater than the first predetermined frequency, which has the advantage of increasing the frequency of taking photos after a child is found to be dropped, and helps to further monitor and judge the actual condition of the child after the child is found to be dropped, and helps others to find the child.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating details of step 240 of another embodiment according to the corresponding embodiment of fig. 2. As shown in fig. 8, step 240 includes:
step 241', determining the number of said second photos as a first number and determining the number of said third photos as a second number.
In one embodiment, the implementation terminal of the present invention is provided with a counter, and each time a second photo is determined, the first number is incremented by 1, and each time a third photo is determined, the second number is incremented by 1.
Step 242', for each of the second photos, determine whether the third photo is the same as the second photo, among all the second photos and the third photos.
Step 243', the same number of second photographs as the third photograph is acquired as the third number.
And 244', when the ratio of the third number to the first number and the ratio of the third number to the second number are both smaller than a preset ratio threshold, sending a child drop alert message with the position of the child to the target person.
In public places, because children generally follow the same persons, the proportion of the second photo and the third photo which are the same is generally very high, but the problems of angles and the like are not eliminated, and the situation that the children are very close to the same persons but the second photo and the third photo are different occurs; when the proportion of the second photo and the third photo is lower, the probability that the children have the drop is generally considered to be higher, and the drop reminding information can be sent. This has the advantage of providing a simple and straightforward solution for determining whether a child has fallen an order.
