Abstract
The embodiment of the application provides a report collaborative arrangement method and a report collaborative arrangement device, wherein the report collaborative arrangement method comprises the steps of obtaining a collaborative arrangement task from a report collaborative arrangement request after receiving the report collaborative arrangement request sent by a first client; creating a report layout page according to the collaborative layout task; generating an arrangement invitation link according to the report arrangement page, and sending the arrangement invitation link to a second client for executing the collaborative arrangement task, so that the second client accesses the report arrangement page through the arrangement invitation link; and obtaining the cooperatively arranged data report according to the sub data report obtained by the second client executing the cooperative arrangement task. Optionally, before the step of obtaining the collaborative layout task from the report collaborative layout request after receiving the report collaborative layout request sent by the first client, the method further includes:
after receiving an active collaborative scheduling request sent by the second client, forwarding the active collaborative scheduling request to the first client;

the server obtains a collaborative arrangement task from the report collaborative arrangement request according to the report collaborative arrangement request;

The inventor of the application provides a report collaborative layout method and a report collaborative layout device to solve the technical problems, a user of a first client can invite related technicians to carry out report collaborative layout through a second client by a layout invitation link, and the layout efficiency of a data report is improved.

Referring to fig. 1, a schematic block diagram of an interaction of a report collaborative layout system 10 according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. As shown in fig. 1, the report collaborative layout system 10 includes a server 100, a first client 200, and a second client 300, wherein the server 100 is communicatively connected to the first client 200 and the second client 300, respectively.
The server 100 may be configured as a part of a server running an internal system of the company, and the first client 200 may be a terminal for an employee of the company to access the system of the company.
Based on the report collaborative layout system 10, please refer to fig. 2, which is a schematic flow chart of a report collaborative layout method according to an embodiment of the present application, in which the report collaborative layout method is executed by the server 100 shown in fig. 1. It should be noted that the report collaborative layout method provided in the embodiment of the present application is not limited by fig. 2 and the following specific sequence. The report collaborative arrangement method provided by the application has the following specific flow:
step S110, after receiving the report collaborative layout request sent by the first client 200, obtaining a collaborative layout task from the report collaborative layout request.
Optionally, before the step S110 is executed, the report collaborative layout method provided by the present application may further receive an active collaborative layout request sent by the second client 300, forward the active collaborative layout request to the first client 200, and then obtain a report collaborative layout request sent by the first client 200 in response to the active collaborative layout request.
Optionally, the active collaborative scheduling request sent by the second client 300 may include a collaborative scheduling task, specifically, in operation, a user of the second client 300 may actively create the collaborative scheduling task and execute the collaborative scheduling task under the approval of the first client 200, and based on the above design, it is avoided that all collaborative scheduling tasks need to be created by a manager, and the workload of the first client 200 is reduced.
Optionally, in step S110, the first client 200 may actively send the report collaborative layout request, the first client 200 may also send the report collaborative layout request in response to the active collaborative layout request of the second client 300 according to the above manner, and the first client 200 may further establish a periodic collaborative layout task and send the report collaborative layout request periodically.
And step S120, creating a report layout page according to the collaborative layout task. The report layout page comprises a report layout area and a report data source, wherein the report data source can comprise at least one data dimension and data measurement corresponding to each data dimension.
When the server 100 works, the collaborative arrangement task may be analyzed to obtain a report data source of the collaborative arrangement task, and then a report arrangement page is created, where as an implementation, the report arrangement page may include a report data source region, a report arrangement region, and a configuration region. And then, at least one data dimension of the report data source and the data measurement corresponding to each data dimension can be obtained according to the report data source, and the at least one data dimension and the data measurement corresponding to each data dimension are loaded into the report data source.
It should be noted that the report generation method provided in the embodiment of the present application may be configured as a report generation method for constructing a data report according to data dimensions and data metrics, but the present application does not limit the report generation method, for example, a report layout page may also be composed of a data source display area and a table editing area, and when generating a report, a technician may first construct a report structure, and then fill data into the report structure according to the data in the data source display area.
Step S130, generating an arrangement invitation link according to the report arrangement page, and sending the arrangement invitation link to the second client 300 for executing the collaborative arrangement task, so that the second client 300 accesses the report arrangement page through the arrangement invitation link.
It should be noted that the collaborative layout task of the first client 200 may not limit the second client 300, and according to the actual work requirement, a terminal accessing the report layout page through the layout invitation link may be configured as the second client 300.
In step S130, if the collaborative layout task needs to be subdivided into specific second clients 300, the layout permissions of the second client 300 and the second client 300 specified by the collaborative layout task may be obtained from the collaborative layout task, where the layout permissions include layout range permissions of the second client 300 on the report layout page and access permissions to the report data source. Then, the report layout sub-page for the second client 300 is obtained according to the layout right of the second client 300, and the layout invitation link for the second client 300 is generated according to the report layout sub-page.
Based on the design, the collaborative arrangement task can be refined to each specific second client 300, and the data security during arrangement of the data report can be improved by setting the authority of each second client 300.
The inventor of the present application considers that data adopted when performing report orchestration may be confidential data, and a worker may need to access the encrypted intranet when performing the report orchestration, so that, optionally, before sending an orchestration invitation link to the second client 300 for performing a collaborative orchestration task, the report collaborative orchestration method provided by the present application may first determine network environment information of the second client 300, where the network environment information may include IP information, MAC information, and network link information, and send the orchestration invitation link to the second client 300 only when the network environment information of the second client 300 meets a preset requirement.
The inventor of the present application considers that the first client 200 may not designate the second client 300 in the collaborative orchestration task and configure a terminal specifically executing the collaborative orchestration task as the second client 300, and at the same time, the inventor of the present application finds that, when the second client 300 is not designated, the orchestration invitation link cannot be accurately sent by the server 100, and based on this, optionally, when the orchestration invitation link is sent to the second client 300 for executing the collaborative orchestration task, the orchestration invitation link may be sent to the first client 200 first, so that the first client 200 sends the orchestration invitation link to the second client 300.
Step S140, obtaining a cooperatively arranged data report according to the sub data report obtained by the second client 300 executing the cooperative arrangement task.
It should be noted that, when the second client 300 completes the collaborative layout task, the sub data report corresponding to the second client 300 is obtained, and in the process of generating the sub data report by the second client 300, the second client 300 may be connected to the server 100 in real time. Optionally, in the process of generating the sub-data report, the report collaborative layout method provided by the present application may first update data in a corresponding page area in the report layout page according to the data update operation information in the layout request after receiving the layout request sent by the second client 300, and update the report layout sub-page of the second client 300 according to the updated report layout page; finally, the updated report layout sub-page is sent to the second client 300.
Optionally, the second client 300 may use the refresh time of the report layout sub-page as a period, and package and send the layout request in the form of a message, and the second client 300 may also connect with the server 100 in real time through a websoc key protocol to send the layout request in real time.
Optionally, after receiving the layout request of the second client 300, the data update operation information and the report layout page before updating sent by the second client 300 may be stored, and then the report layout sub-page of the second client 300 may be updated according to the layout request.
Based on the above design, when the second client 300 performs an error operation, the operation information may be updated by canceling the erroneous data, so as to repair the effect of the error operation.
It should be noted that the second client 300 may obtain the sub data report by first generating the sub data report template and then rendering the sub data report template, but in the editing process, the sub data report template may not visually reflect the editing condition, therefore, in the editing process, the second client 300 may send a test rendering request to the server 100, and after receiving the test rendering request of the second client 300, the server 100 may first render the sub data report template, which is constructed on the report layout sub page by the second client 300, according to the test rendering request to obtain the sub data report of the second client 300, and then send the sub data report to the second client 300.
Optionally, considering that the data source of the data report may include company secrets, the report collaborative layout method provided by the present application may obtain a test data source according to a test rendering request when rendering, where the test data source includes at least one test data dimension and a test data measure corresponding to each test data dimension, and then render the sub data report template of the second client 300 according to the test data source, so as to obtain the sub data report of the second client 300.
Referring to fig. 3, the present application also provides a server 100, and as shown in fig. 3, the server 100 may be implemented by a bus 110 as a general bus architecture. The bus 110 may include any number of interconnecting buses and bridges depending on the specific application of the server 100 and the overall design constraints. Bus 110 connects various circuits together, including processor 120, storage medium 130, and bus interface 140. Alternatively, the server 100 may connect a network adapter 150 or the like via the bus 110 using the bus interface 140. The network adapter 150 may be used to implement the signal processing function of the physical layer in the server 100, and is communicatively connected to each user end through a network protocol. The user interface 160 may connect external devices such as: a keyboard, a display, a mouse or a joystick, etc. The bus 110 may also connect various other circuits such as timing sources, peripherals, voltage regulators, or power management circuits, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described in detail.
Alternatively, the server 100 may be configured as a general purpose processing system, such as what is commonly referred to as a chip, including: one or more microprocessors providing processing functions, and an external memory providing at least a portion of storage medium 130, all connected together with other support circuits through an external bus architecture.
Alternatively, the server 100 may be implemented using: an ASIC (application specific integrated circuit) having a processor 120, a bus interface 140, a user interface 160; and at least a portion of the storage medium 130 integrated in a single chip, or the server 100 may be implemented using: one or more FPGAs (field programmable gate arrays), PLDs (programmable logic devices), controllers, state machines, gate logic, discrete hardware components, any other suitable circuitry, or any combination of circuitry capable of performing the various functions described throughout this application.
Among other things, processor 120 is responsible for managing bus 110 and general processing (including the execution of software stored on storage medium 130). Processor 120 may be implemented using one or more general-purpose processors and/or special-purpose processors. Examples of processor 120 include microprocessors, microcontrollers, DSP processors, and other circuits capable of executing software. Software should be construed broadly to mean instructions, data, or any combination thereof, whether referred to as software, firmware, middleware, microcode, hardware description language, or otherwise.
The processor 120 may perform the following embodiments, specifically, the storage medium 130 may store therein a report collaborative arranging apparatus 400, and the processor 120 may be used for the report collaborative arranging apparatus 400.
In an implementation manner, please refer to fig. 4, which is a functional block diagram of the report collaborative layout apparatus 400 provided in the embodiment of the present application, the report collaborative layout apparatus 400 may include the following functional blocks:
the request receiving module 410 is configured to obtain a collaborative arrangement task from a report collaborative arrangement request after receiving the report collaborative arrangement request sent by the first client 200;
the page creating module 420 is configured to create a report layout page according to the collaborative layout task, where the report layout page includes a report layout area and a report data source, and the report data source includes at least one data dimension and a data measure corresponding to each data dimension;
the invitation generating module 430 is configured to generate an arrangement invitation link according to the report arrangement page, and send the arrangement invitation link to the second client 300 for executing the collaborative arrangement task, so that the second client 300 accesses the report arrangement page through the arrangement invitation link; and
the report generating module 440 is configured to obtain a cooperatively arranged data report according to a sub data report obtained by the second client 300 executing the cooperative arrangement task.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a report collaborative layout method applied to the report collaborative layout system 10, and a flow diagram of the report collaborative layout method is shown in fig. 5. It should be noted that the report collaborative layout method provided in the embodiment of the present application is not limited by fig. 5 and the following specific sequence. The report collaborative arrangement method provided by the application has the following specific flow:
step S210, the first client 200 responds to the user operation to generate a report form collaborative arrangement request, and sends the report form collaborative arrangement request to the server 100;
step S220, the server 100 obtains a collaborative arrangement task from the report collaborative arrangement request according to the report collaborative arrangement request;
step S230, a report layout page is created according to the collaborative layout task, wherein the report layout page comprises a report layout area and a report data source, and the report data source comprises at least one data dimension and data measurement corresponding to each data dimension;
step S240, generating an arrangement invitation link according to the report arrangement page, and sending the arrangement invitation link to the second client 300 for executing the collaborative arrangement task;
step S250, the second client 300 accesses the report layout page through the layout invitation link, executes the collaborative layout task to obtain a sub data report, and sends the sub data report to the server 100;
in step S260, the server 100 obtains the cooperatively arranged data report according to the sub data report.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored in the readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed, the report collaborative layout method in any of the above method embodiments may be implemented.

1. A report collaborative arrangement method is applied to a server, and comprises the following steps:
after a report form collaborative arrangement request sent by a first client is received, obtaining a collaborative arrangement task from the report form collaborative arrangement request;
creating a report arranging page according to the collaborative arranging task, wherein the report arranging page comprises a report arranging area and a report data source, and the report data source comprises at least one data dimension and data measurement corresponding to each data dimension;
generating an arrangement invitation link according to the report arrangement page, and sending the arrangement invitation link to a second client for executing a collaborative arrangement task, so that the second client accesses the report arrangement page through the arrangement invitation link;
obtaining a data report after collaborative arrangement according to a sub data report obtained by the second client executing the collaborative arrangement task;
the step of generating the layout invitation link according to the report layout page comprises the following steps:
acquiring a second client specified by the collaborative arrangement task and arrangement permission of the second client from the collaborative arrangement task, wherein the arrangement permission comprises arrangement range permission of the second client on the report arrangement page and access permission of the report data source;
and obtaining a report arranging sub-page aiming at the second client according to the arranging authority of the second client, and generating an arranging invitation link aiming at the second client according to the report arranging sub-page.
2. The report collaborative layout method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of obtaining a collaborative layout task from the report collaborative layout request after receiving the report collaborative layout request sent by the first client, the method further comprises:
after receiving an active collaborative scheduling request sent by the second client, forwarding the active collaborative scheduling request to the first client;
and acquiring a report form collaborative arrangement request sent by the first client end in response to the active collaborative arrangement request.
3. The report collaborative layout method according to claim 1, wherein in the step of obtaining the collaboratively laid out data report according to the sub data report obtained by the second client executing the collaborative layout task:
after an arrangement request sent by the second client is received, updating data in a corresponding page area in the report arrangement page according to data updating operation information in the arrangement request, and updating a report arrangement sub-page of the second client according to the updated report arrangement page;
and sending the updated report layout sub-page of the second client to the second client.

The report collaborative layout method according to claim 3, wherein before the step of updating the data in the corresponding page area in the report layout page according to the data update operation information in the layout request after receiving the layout request sent by the second client, the method further comprises:
and storing the data updating operation information sent by the second client and the report layout page before updating.
5. The report collaborative orchestration method according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending the orchestration invitation link to a second client for performing a collaborative orchestration task comprises:
sending the orchestration invitation link to the first client to cause the first client to send the orchestration invitation link to the second client.
6. The report collaborative layout method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of obtaining the collaboratively laid out data report according to the sub data report obtained by the second client executing the collaborative layout task, the method further comprises:
and after receiving a test rendering request of the second client, rendering a sub data report template constructed on the report layout sub page of the second client according to the test rendering request to obtain a sub data report of the second client, and sending the sub data report to the second client.
7. The report collaborative layout method according to claim 6, wherein the step of rendering the sub-data report template of the second client, which is constructed on the report layout sub-page, according to the test rendering request to obtain the sub-data report of the second client comprises:
obtaining a test data source according to the test rendering request, wherein the test data source comprises at least one test data dimension and test data measurement corresponding to each test data dimension;
and rendering the sub data report template of the second client according to the test data source to obtain a sub data report of the second client.
8. The report collaborative arrangement device is applied to a server, and comprises:
the request receiving module is used for obtaining a collaborative arrangement task from the report collaborative arrangement request after receiving the report collaborative arrangement request sent by the first client;
the page creating module is used for creating a report layout page according to the collaborative layout task, wherein the report layout page comprises a report layout area and a report data source, and the report data source comprises at least one data dimension and data measurement corresponding to each data dimension;
the invitation generating module is used for generating an arrangement invitation link according to the report arrangement page and sending the arrangement invitation link to a second client for executing a collaborative arrangement task so that the second client accesses the report arrangement page through the arrangement invitation link; and
the report generation module is used for obtaining a data report after collaborative arrangement according to a sub data report obtained by the second client executing the collaborative arrangement task;
the invitation generating module is further used for obtaining a second client specified by the collaborative arrangement task and arrangement permission of the second client from the collaborative arrangement task, wherein the arrangement permission comprises arrangement range permission of the second client on the report arrangement page and access permission of the report data source;
the invitation generating module is also used for obtaining a report arranging sub-page aiming at the second client according to the arranging authority of the second client and generating an arranging invitation link aiming at the second client according to the report arranging sub-page.
9. A report form collaborative arrangement method is characterized in that the report form collaborative arrangement method is applied to a report form collaborative arrangement system, the report form collaborative arrangement system comprises a first client, a second client and a server, the server is respectively in communication connection with the first client and the second client, and the method comprises the following steps;
the first client responds to user operation to generate a report form collaborative arrangement request and sends the report form collaborative arrangement request to the server;
the server obtains a collaborative arrangement task from the report collaborative arrangement request according to the report collaborative arrangement request;
creating a report arranging page according to the collaborative arranging task, wherein the report arranging page comprises a report arranging area and a report data source, and the report data source comprises at least one data dimension and data measurement corresponding to each data dimension;
generating an arrangement invitation link according to the report arrangement page, and sending the arrangement invitation link to the second client for executing the collaborative arrangement task;
the second client accesses the report arranging page through the arranging invitation link, executes the collaborative arranging task to obtain a sub data report, and sends the sub data report to the server;
the server obtains a data report after collaborative arrangement according to the sub data report;
the server is further used for obtaining a second client specified by the collaborative arrangement task and arrangement permission of the second client from the collaborative arrangement task, wherein the arrangement permission comprises arrangement range permission of the second client on the report arrangement page and access permission of the report data source;
the server is further used for obtaining a report arranging sub-page aiming at the second client according to the arranging authority of the second client, and generating an arranging invitation link aiming at the second client according to the report arranging sub-page.
