Abstract
本发明公开了一种消防门,它包括一木制门体,门体上部分开有一窗口,门体内部为空腔,空腔分为上空腔与下空腔,上空腔内设有若干根水管,若干根水管一端汇集于一进水管,进水管延伸至下空腔与上空腔之间,下空腔与上空腔之间设有一置物槽,置物槽开口朝上,置物槽能转动地固定于空腔内壁两端,进水管一端设有一电磁阀,另一端与置物槽相通,每根水管上等距地设有若干通孔,通孔位于窗口处,窗口上设有一盖板,空腔两侧内壁上设有滑轨,盖板沿着滑轨能在上空腔与下空腔之间移动,门体上方设有一温度感应器,上空腔顶部设有一磁簧继电器,盖板顶部设有一导磁金属片。本发明具有自动直接喷水并且能提供湿毛巾的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及消防器材技术,具体地是一种消防门。
背景技术
现有技术的防火门一般是在门里加入防火材料,起到耐火的作用,但往往起不到将门上的火扑灭的作用,另外门内的供水机构是直接门板上设隔板,往里面注水也对门板造成一定损坏,减少门板的使用寿命,特别是木质门。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种消防门,具有自动直接喷水并且能提供湿毛巾的功能。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:它包括一木制门体,所述门体上部分开有一窗口,所述门体内部为空腔,所述空腔分为上空腔与下空腔,所述上空腔内设有若干根水管,若干根水管一端汇集于一进水管,所述进水管延伸至下空腔与上空腔之间,所述下空腔与上空腔之间设有一置物槽,所述置物槽开口朝上,所述置物槽能转动地固定于空腔内壁两端,所述进水管一端设有一电磁阀,另一端与置物槽相通,每根水管上等距地设有若干通孔,所述通孔位于窗口处,所述窗口上设有一盖板,所述空腔两侧内壁上设有滑轨,所述盖板沿着滑轨能在上空腔与下空腔之间移动,所述门体上方设有一温度感应器,所述上空腔顶部设有一磁簧继电器,所述盖板顶部设有一导磁金属片。
优选地,所述空腔内还设有木制门骨架,所述门骨架固定于门体内壁四周。
优选地,所述水管通过卡扣固定于门骨架上。
优选地,所述下空腔底部滑轨处设有阻尼器。
优选地,所述门体空腔内填充有防火隔热材料。
优选地,所述进水管接入门体处外壁套设有金属保护套。
本发明一种消防门,其优点如下:该火灾时可以喷水的防火门,通过门上温度传感器的配合,周围的温度到达到一定值或者断电时,温度传感器的信号传给磁簧继电器和电磁阀,磁簧继电器断电,使得磁簧继电器与盖板导磁金属片之间由吸附状态切换为分离状态,盖板受重力作用,直接从上空腔落入下空腔内,之前被盖板盖住的水管及置物槽暴露,与此同时,电磁阀控制进水管进水,水管内的水通过通孔直接排出,使得门前会有一道水幕产生,且置物槽内放有干毛巾,因为置物槽接通进水管,进水管内的水进入置物槽,使得置物槽内的毛巾会马上湿润,火灾时,可以为逃灾人员提供短暂的水源及降温。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种消防门,包括一木制门体1,门体1上部分开有一窗口2,门体1内部为空腔,空腔分为上空腔4与下空腔5,上空腔4内设有若干根水管6,若干根水管6一端汇集于一进水管7,所述进水管7延伸至下空腔5与上空腔4之间,所述下空腔5与上空腔4之间设有一置物槽17,所述置物槽17开口朝上,所述置物槽17能转动地固定于空腔内壁两端,所述置物槽17内置有干毛巾,所述进水管7一端设有一电磁阀8,另一端与置物槽17相通,电磁阀8连接外部电源,其原理是通电时,电磁线圈产生电磁力把关闭件从阀座上提起,阀门打开;断电时,电磁力消失,弹簧把关闭件压在阀座上,阀门关闭,即控制进水管7进水的开关,这里要指出的是,通电时,其为关闭状态,断电时,其为打开状态。每根水管6上等距地设有若干通孔9,通孔9位于窗口2处,进水管7进来的水再从通孔9排出,窗口2上设有一盖板10,盖板10沿着滑轨11能在上空腔4与下空腔5之间移动,盖板10移至上空腔4内时,正好盖住水管6及置物槽17,当断电时,磁簧继电器13断开,磁性消失,使得原本与之磁性相吸的盖板10上的导磁金属片14瞬间脱离,盖板10受重力影响,直接沿着滑轨11掉落至下空腔5内,此时,水管6通孔9和置物槽17裸露在窗口2处,通孔9排出的水能顺利到达窗口2前方空间,而置物槽17内的干毛巾由于进水管7内的水流入置物槽17而变成湿毛巾,此时,只要将置物槽17开口旋转至窗口2,就能方便的拿到湿毛巾。
门体1上方设有一温度感应器12,温度感应器12与电磁阀8、磁簧继电器13均为电连接,当没断电时,温度感应器12检测到门周围的温度到达一定值时,温度感应器12的信号传给电磁阀8和位于上空腔4顶部的磁簧继电器13与电磁阀8,使得磁簧继电器13闭合,盖板10下落,电磁阀8打开,水管6内的水能顺利排出。
空腔内还设有木制门骨架15,门骨架15固定于门体1内壁四周,且门体1空腔内填充有防火隔热材料,用来加固防火门。
下空腔5滑轨11处设有阻尼器,防止盖板10下落时速度太快误伤人体。
进水管7接入门体1处外壁套设有金属保护套16,金属保护套16不仅保护进水管7,而且还可用作转轴,防止开门时进水管7扭曲及折弯,影响进水。

1.一种消防门,其特征在于:包括一木制门体,所述门体上部分开有一窗口,所述门体内部为空腔,所述空腔分为上空腔与下空腔,所述上空腔内设有若干根水管,若干根水管一端汇集于一进水管,所述进水管延伸至下空腔与上空腔之间,所述下空腔与上空腔之间设有一置物槽,所述置物槽开口朝上,所述置物槽能转动地固定于空腔内壁两端,所述置物槽内置有干毛巾,所述进水管一端设有一电磁阀,另一端与置物槽相通,每根水管上等距地设有若干通孔,所述通孔位于窗口处,所述窗口上设有一盖板,所述空腔两侧内壁上设有滑轨,所述盖板沿着滑轨能在上空腔与下空腔之间移动,所述门体上方设有一温度感应器,所述上空腔顶部设有一磁簧继电器,所述盖板顶部设有一导磁金属片。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种消防门,其特征在于:所述空腔内还设有木制门骨架,所述门骨架固定于门体内壁四周。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种消防门,其特征在于:所述水管通过卡扣固定于门骨架上。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种消防门,其特征在于:所述下空腔底部滑轨处设有阻尼器。
5.根据权利要求2所述一种消防门,其特征在于:所述门体空腔内填充有防火隔热材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种消防门,其特征在于:所述进水管接入门体处外壁套设有金属保护套。
