技术领域
本发明涉及钢结构技术领域，具体涉及一种低层装配式钢结构住宅用复合墙板。
背景技术
钢结构建筑用钢板或型钢替代了钢筋混凝土，强度更高，抗震性更好。并且由于构件可以工厂化制作，现场安装。因而大大减少工期，由于钢材的可重复利用，可以大大减少建筑垃圾，更加绿色环保。因而被世界各国广泛采用，应用在工业建筑和民用建筑中。钢结构建筑相比于砖混结构建筑在环保、节能、高效、工厂化生产等方面具有明显优势。
构筑钢结构建筑的主要材料一是构成钢结构框架的型钢，二是填充在型钢框架中的墙板。是专门为钢结构房屋建筑配套使用开发生产的一种新型环保型绿色新材料，是由钢结构建筑专用三防板材多层叠加而成，并且根据不同的要求制成双层或多层并可在层间设置聚苯阻燃板、阻燃泡沫板、珍珠岩保温板或农作物秸秆粉制成空心或夹芯的钢结构建筑复合多功能墙板，它以不燃、防火、防腐性能对钢结构起了不可估量的保护作用，对人体无毒无害、施工方便快捷、无三废、制造简单、生产成本低并可再生循环。但是该种复合多功能墙板的保温、强度等性能还有待提高，其与钢结构框架的连接比较困难。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供了一种低层装配式钢结构住宅用复合墙板。
本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种低层装配式钢结构住宅用复合墙板，包括钢筋混凝土增强层、EPS模块保温层和钢丝网混凝土保护层，EPS模块保温层夹在钢筋混凝土增强层与钢丝网混凝土保护层之间，钢筋混凝土增强层的四周有EPS模块保温层外沿边，EPS模块保温层和钢丝网混凝土保护层的尺寸相等，钢筋混凝土增强层的四个侧面上有预埋连接件。
所述钢丝网混凝土保护层的外设置装饰饰面层。
所述EPS模块保温层中布设有钢丝网捆绑固定件。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明钢筋混凝土增强层、EPS模块保温层和钢丝网混凝土保护层等在工厂中预制成一体，构成夹心保温复合墙板。在建筑物的施工现场将整体夹心保温复合墙板装配到钢结构框架上，即可组成建筑物墙体结构，使建筑物的施工速度提高，施工工艺简化。EPS模块保温层夹在钢筋混凝土增强层与钢丝网混凝土保护层之间形成夹心结构，内侧的钢筋混凝土增强层具有较高的强度和承重能力；夹在中间的EPS模块保温层可以起到良好的隔热、隔声作用；外侧的钢丝网混凝土保护层一可以对EPS模块保温层起到保护作用，避免其在运输施工过程中损坏，影响保温效果。

结合附图1所示，本发明的用于钢结构墙体的装配式EPS模块夹心保温复合墙板的组成包括钢筋混凝土增强层5、EPS模块保温层3和钢丝网混凝土保护层4，EPS模块保温层夹在钢筋混凝土增强层与钢丝网混凝土保护层之间，钢筋混凝土增强层的四周有EPS模块保温层外沿边，EPS模块保温层和钢丝网混凝土保护层的尺寸相等，钢筋混凝土增强层的四个侧面上有预埋连接件1，钢筋混凝土增强层中分布交错布置钢筋。在钢丝网混凝土保护层的外可以设置装饰饰面层。EPS模块保温层中布设有钢丝网捆绑固定件。夹心保温复合墙板的中间可以根据需要设置窗口。在钢丝网混凝土保护层的一个侧面上可以设置预埋固定桩2。预埋固定桩用于上下层夹心保温复合墙板之间的定位。

1.一种低层装配式钢结构住宅用复合墙板，包括钢筋混凝土增强层、EPS模块保温层和钢丝网混凝土保护层，其特征在于：EPS模块保温层夹在钢筋混凝土增强层与钢丝网混凝土保护层之间，钢筋混凝土增强层的四周有EPS模块保温层外沿边，EPS模块保温层和钢丝网混凝土保护层的尺寸相等，钢筋混凝土增强层的四个侧面上有预埋连接件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低层装配式钢结构住宅用复合墙板，其特征在于：所述钢丝网混凝土保护层的外设置装饰饰面层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低层装配式钢结构住宅用复合墙板，其特征在于：所述EPS模块保温层中布设有钢丝网捆绑固定件。
