本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀橡胶,包括:所述橡胶是由天然橡胶、锌粉、炭黑、白炭黑、促进剂、镁粉、硬脂酸、硫磺、石蜡、防老剂、白矿油、叔丁基过氧化氢、硫醇基苯骈噻唑、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、氯磺化聚氯乙烯;其各种成分的质量数为:天然橡胶:30‑50Kg,氯磺化聚氯乙烯10‑20Kg,锌粉:150‑250g,炭黑:5‑15Kg,白炭黑:5‑15Kg,促进剂:15‑40g,镁粉30‑50g,硬脂酸80‑120g,硫磺60‑90g,石蜡70‑100g,防老剂15‑40g,白矿油20‑35g,叔丁基过氧化氢7‑15g,硫醇基苯骈噻唑8‑13g,羧甲基纤维素钠12‑20g,羧甲基纤维素钠10‑15g;本发明揭示了一种耐腐蚀橡胶,通过该配方制备的橡胶,抗老化能力强,更加耐用,耐冲击性能和热稳定性能显著提高,硬度高,粘接效果好,具有很好的抗腐蚀性能,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明属于橡胶生产制备领域,具体涉及一种耐腐蚀橡胶。
背景技术
橡胶是指具有可逆形变的高弹性聚合物材料,在室温下富有弹性,在很小的外力作用下能产生较大形变,除去外力后能恢复原状。橡胶属于完全无定型聚合物,它的玻璃化转变温度(T g)低,分子量往往很大,大于几十万。
现有的橡胶材质硬度差,粘接效果差,抗腐蚀性能差,造成使用寿命短,无法满足人们的需求。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种耐腐蚀橡胶,解决上述问题。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种耐腐蚀橡胶,包括:所述橡胶是由天然橡胶、锌粉、炭黑、白炭黑、促进剂、镁粉、硬脂酸、硫磺、石蜡、防老剂、白矿油、叔丁基过氧化氢、 硫醇基苯骈噻唑、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、氯磺化聚氯乙烯;其各种成分的质量数为:天然橡胶:30-50Kg,氯磺化聚氯乙烯10-20Kg,锌粉: 150-250g,炭黑:5-15Kg,白炭黑:5-15Kg,促进剂:15-40g,镁粉30-50g,硬脂酸80-120g,硫磺60-90g,石蜡70- 100g,防老剂15-40g,白矿油20-35g, 叔丁基过氧化氢7-15g, 硫醇基苯骈噻唑8-13g,羧甲基纤维素钠12-20g,羧甲基纤维素钠10-15g。

一种耐腐蚀橡胶,包括:所述橡胶配方其各种成分的质量数为:天然橡胶:30Kg,氯磺化聚氯乙烯10Kg,锌粉: 160g,炭黑:6Kg,白炭黑:7Kg,促进剂:20g,镁粉30g,硬脂酸80g,硫磺60g,石蜡70g,防老剂20g,白矿油24g, 叔丁基过氧化氢8g, 硫醇基苯骈噻唑9g,羧甲基纤维素钠15g,羧甲基纤维素钠11g。
实例二
一种耐腐蚀橡胶,包括:所述橡胶配方其各种成分的质量数为:天然橡胶:42Kg,氯磺化聚氯乙烯15Kg,锌粉:200g,炭黑:10Kg,白炭黑:10Kg,促进剂:30g,镁粉40g,硬脂酸90g,硫磺75g,石蜡85g,防老剂30g,白矿油30g, 叔丁基过氧化氢12g, 硫醇基苯骈噻唑10g,羧甲基纤维素钠16g,羧甲基纤维素钠13g。
实例三
一种耐腐蚀橡胶,包括:所述橡胶配方其各种成分的质量数为:天然橡胶:48Kg,氯磺化聚氯乙烯18Kg,锌粉:220g,炭黑:14Kg,白炭黑:12Kg,促进剂:38g,镁粉45g,硬脂酸110g,硫磺85g,石蜡95g,防老剂35g,白矿油33g, 叔丁基过氧化氢15g, 硫醇基苯骈噻唑13g,羧甲基纤维素钠18g,羧甲基纤维素钠14g。
本发明的通过该配方制备的橡胶,抗老化能力强,更加耐用,耐冲击性能和热稳定性能显著提高,硬度高,粘接效果好,具有很好的抗腐蚀性能,使用寿命长。

1.一种耐腐蚀橡胶,其特征在于,包括:所述橡胶是由天然橡胶、锌粉、炭黑、白炭黑、促进剂、镁粉、硬脂酸、硫磺、石蜡、防老剂、白矿油、叔丁基过氧化氢、 硫醇基苯骈噻唑、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、氯磺化聚氯乙烯;其各种成分的质量数为:天然橡胶:30-50Kg,氯磺化聚氯乙烯10-20Kg,锌粉: 150-250g,炭黑:5-15Kg,白炭黑:5-15Kg,促进剂:15-40g,镁粉30-50g,硬脂酸80-120g,硫磺60-90g,石蜡70- 100g,防老剂15-40g,白矿油20-35g, 叔丁基过氧化氢7-15g, 硫醇基苯骈噻唑8-13g,羧甲基纤维素钠12-20g,羧甲基纤维素钠10-15g。
